You are always being threatened with a write up in inbound. That's how the morning meeting starts. You are under constant loaded gun here. Fun environment, please... give me a break. The managers definitely have their favorites so prepare for a double standard too. Hard work is not rewarded or recognized here. They are in the middle of changing their racking or whatever, and no one has confidence that the "new" system is going to work. No one. But I'm sure the lowly employees will get blamed for that too (not management). The hardest part of this is you can't even voice a complaint or concern without it being noted in your personal file that you are being belligerent or noncompliant. The most enjoyable part of the day is when you get to clock out. No joy in inbound. A good place to start however if you need experience. If you can remind yourself that "I am going to leave a soon as I can", then you can treat this as an "in-between" job experience.
Clothes are cute and good quality, reasonably priced. Love the size inclusivity and the variety of models! Customer service is fantastic.
I ordered a few items and when I received one of the sweatshirts it had a hole on the sleeve. I reached out to customer service and heard back within 24 hours. They offerred to send a new sweatshirt or give me store credit, I chose the sweatshirt because I just loved it so much! I was also thankful they didn't make me send back the defective sweatshirt because with an infant at home it's hard to eat a hot meal let alone go to a post office to return something.

Pink Lily responds very quickly to customer service inquires. I love the quality and variety of their products. Also, it's very encouraging to see the boutique include a large range of sizes in their models! I will be shopping Pink Lily again soon.
Received an item that was damaged, emailed the customer service on Saturday received a response on my options by Sunday and by Sunday night it was resolved with my replacement item being shipped on Monday. I was very happy with how quick this happened and how it was handled!

Return and exchange policies are deliberately challenging to make you keep items. Customer service is terrible. I'll never order from them again. Poor quality clothing.

Great customer service. I accidentally mixed up the shipping and billing addresses. I sent an email with mistake and they were able to get it corrected. They were even able to add a note to wish my sister a Happy Birthday!

I have followed and shopped Pink Lily on Instagram for years -- ever since they were just an online store! I've loved watching them grow into this massive business with their incredible CEO (#girlboss) and love following all of their models and influencers. I would say 75% of my closet is Pink Lily and I recommend it to all of my friends! I recently bought two of the same exact dresses on accident that were final sale. The dresses didn't fit and I was stuck with what to do with them! The Pink Lily customer service team allowed me a one-time courtesy exchange for store credit. I am so thankful for their service and understanding. (Sometimes my aggressive online shopping during a pandemic backfires. ;)) Thank you PL!

I made a typo on my shipping address which I didn't realize until the day of delivery, USPS ended up sending my order back to Pink Lily and after contacting them and speaking with Ashley, they quickly resent my order with my corrected address. They were kind and courteous and fast with their response time. I will definitely be ordering again and letting my friends and family know how great Pink Lily is!

Answer: The description of the product, the detailed sizing information and all the reviews from other customers makes it so easy. It's hard enough to purchase online clothing, but Pink Lily does a great job of going into detail about the sizing
Answer: They are a legit company but have very shady ethics and values. Their products are about the same quality as Dollar Tree or some bargain outlet vendor. All brands are from China.
