I had a question about weather I was part of a scam or it was actually Pink Lily and I was helped right away within a minute two minutes tops the wonderful person I had to help me was so fast at figuring everything out and helpful and so nice I have never had any issues with pink lily in the past and I have recommended them to family and friends

I have always loved Pink Lily (definitely my favorite place to shop). After my most recent order, for the first time Eve I had to reach out to customer support (one of my items arrived damaged). Pink Lily support was quick in responding to me and remedying the problem!

I ordered a few items from pink lily because I got a gift card for Christmas. I accidentally put the order through without entering my gift card. I contacted the company right away. Within an hour, they had refunded my original order so that I could place it with the gift card. My order arrived this week and I love it all! The clothes fit well, look as pictured and are a fair price. I'll definitely be shopping here again

Beautiful and really cute clothing selections different from the typical store bought. I get compliments all of the time. Great customer service and easy returns. I'm obsessed with their clothing! They are so soft and well made. The best jeans I've ever owned too!

I purchased 3 tops from this site and they did not fit well. 2 were marked "clearance", so when I tried to return I received a message that they were "Final Sale". At no time was I informed that " clearance" is "final sale" when finalizing my transaction which most stores will do. This is misleading at the very least. It was listed in a disclaimer, so I have no action to take. You can only make a return for credit AND pay for return shipping.

I've been shopping on Pink Lily for probably 2-3 years at this point & have found soooo many cute stylish finds on their site. It something hasn't worked for me they have an easy return process & customer service is always helpful. I ALWAYS get the most compliments on my Pink Lily outfits!

I placed an order for several items and received everything in just a few days. One of the sweaters I ordered had a flaw in the material. I took a picture of the flaw and emailed customer service. I was incredibly thank you for how helpful the Pink Lily team was! My mom had ordered a few things for me for Christmas around Thanksgiving. She did not give me any of the items until Christmas and did not take anything out of the packaging. One of my sweaters had a hole in it when I finally did open it. Even though their policy states items with defects must be claimed within 3 days, the team was super helpful and understanding of the situation and helped me out. I am grateful for them!

Great customer service! Every time I have needed to contact customer service they are helpful and prompt. From processing payments, to the pink perks program, they have been ready to help how they can.
More recently, one of the items I purchased had a slight defect and they immediately offered to resolve it at no extra cost. Very pleased!

I've ordered from Pink Lily 6 times now. My most recent ordered I place on 12.31.2020. I never really created an account, just always checked out as a guest. For some reason I decided to go ahead and create an account for a login after I had placed my order. I saw that there was a Pink Perks Reward Program, if you earned 3000 Pink Perks by 12.31.2020 you would get Magenta Status for the whole year. The order from the 31st was double points or something like that, but I ended up with 2130 Pink Perks. So, I emailed customer support asking if it was possible to go back and give me credit for the other 3 orders I had placed that month.(I went a bit "ham" on the AMAZING sales they kept having all month.) They replied back that same day thanking me for shopping with them, and that they updated my points for those orders. Now I have 5,254 points and Magenta status for the year. So thanks Pink Lily!

Answer: They are a legit company but have very shady ethics and values. Their products are about the same quality as Dollar Tree or some bargain outlet vendor. All brands are from China.
