Order flowers to be delivered to Hong Kong earlier this year. Company requested to double the price last minute. I decline but did not get refund. Ended up with no refund and no delivery.
BIG SCAM, FRAUD, CHEAT, LIES, VERY FAKE!
I strongly urge YOU / ALL to read this because this is not a company but operates like other companies that promote their products by only using suppliers and has a staffs always make promises they will investigate, and sometimes they will say its already deliver even there is no actual deliver on that the date they mentioned. My ORDER NEVER CAME BUT THEY CHARGED MY CRIDET CARD. See attachment. All lies and they just want money! I dont know why this kind of website still operating even a lot of people already been robbed / steal their money including me. Ordered flowers days in advance Jan 30,2018 for Valentines Day, still waiting for delivery. Terrible customer service. The chat line is useless. I am trying to cancel my order and get a refund, but until now no refund. A $92.95 lesson learned for me.
It arrived one day late but the flowers were great and they answered me quickly and correctly on their website.

I do not typically write reviews. But I feel compelled to warn off would-be customers of this sham of a company. I briefly perused some negative reviews below and agree completely.
They will not refund me for non-delivered flowers.
I am in the USA and placed an order to my girlfriend who is currently in Taiwan two weeks before the date i need said flowers delivered. I reconfirmed with an agent the day of to make sure that the flowers will be delivered. I was informed that they will deliver before 7 pm (similar story to another fellow displeased reviewer). My girlfriend even called that day and they said it would be delivered within an hour.
To our chagrin, flowers were not delivered. And customer service via online chat at first appears prompt and professional but is anything but. 2 days later they are still asking if I would like to upgrade and have flowers redelivered. They should know the importance of deadlines, so no, I do not need flowers delivered past the date from which I had ordered them for.
I am still waiting for a refund. And have taken preemptive actions by calling my credit card to put a dispute on this basically fraudulent charge.
Please do not place orders through this company or trust their satisfaction guarantee.

Please do not use this company bcuz they're a fraud. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend in the Philippines for her birthday this past February and the flowers never were delivered. They told me after many attempts to try to contact them that they would refund my money which was $70. I never got the refund and this is June. Appalling disgraceful service and they don not give a jot! Ordered a Christmas prezzie for my Newphew in Australia and was told it would be delivered on 24th December and that i would be kept informed and notified when it had been delivered. What a joke this company is, i was not kept informed i had to keep e-mailing and was finally told on 30th December that they were too busy to send my gift to my newphew and his family! They were happy to keep the money and not inform me that they could not deliver. Had i not made contact I would not of known. Seriously stay away from this site/company, they are nable to fulfill their commitments and cannot keep their promises as stated on their website.

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday but the recipient did not receive the order from pickupflowers.com which they have claimed to be delivered. I requested the proof of delivery with the recipient signature until now they cannot provide. Customer service Sheryl and Marc keep giving me an answer that it will allow some time and for sure they will get back to me with resolution. I pay for a Splendid Arrangment of Flowers. The delivery day was Friday 24/Feb/2017 and the order was delivered on 2/March/2017. On the other hand, I paid for an arrangment of flower with some types of flowers like roses and with a vase. My friend recieved different kind of flowers (cheper flowers) in paper, not in a vase. I want to complain because I paid for something that my friend didn´t recieve and send it it to late. This company stole my money. Don´t buy anything.
Flowers arrived 2 weeks late! I had to call them everyday to follow up, eventually I cancelled my order and they confirmed they will give me a full refund. I then ordered from another company.The next day, the flower arrived from PickupFlowers and it was not what I ordered, I ordered for 2 dozens of gerbera and they only sent 1 dozen! When I called their customer service, they said they can only offer 50% off when they have confirmed that they will give me a full refund in the first place. Took at least a another couple of weeks for them to give me 50% of what I have paid. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS! AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
I wished I had read all the reviews prior to ordering an arrangement for my sister in Hong Kong from Canada. As with everyone here stated, no delivery with an excuse email. I emailed the company on LinkedIn hoping I can reach the senior people quicker. Interesting enough, when it sent, 3 individuals names came up (Sheikdawood Dawood, Subas Rath and Kasala Yashwanth - all India) No professional profiles. I think these guys are running a fronted company from India. I suggest that everyone send an email through LinkedIn to these people with a link to the website here and let them know that they will be reported to the authorities.
I placed an order for "Autumn Romance with vase and Lindt chocolate", what the recipient received was an item without chocolate! By the way they were also one day late in delivery at least. Took this up with customer service, they responded with a description of the item (which they CONVENIENTLY CHANGED AFTER I asked why there was no chocolate). Wow, amazing! Changing the description of the item AFTER you placed the order!
Thankfully I saved the invoice which clearly states other wise. This company is deceptive, I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I will be taking this issue up with my credit card company. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
