This company does not answer its enquiry box, the email they give on
Their order confirmation is non existent and everything pings back. I
Ordered in December and have received nothing that I ordered. However a
Fake pair of Rayburn sunglasses were sent to me using my address and
Telephone number on the label. When I checked my bank account the above
Amount had been removed by a Chinese company called YJF rosalbachi.com -
Who it seems when you google it many other people have suffered the same fate. I have never knowingly brought anything from China and i have never given
My permission for any payments into a Chinese account. This transaction
Is clearly fraudulent and has been sanctioned by Adpalshop.com who you
Cannot get in touch with. I have therefore lost this money

This company is set up to make you think you are dealing with a site based in the UK, they are in America. I ordered a Sony projector from them advertised as NEW. It was used and had 5 hours lamp time on the projector to say nothing of the poor way it had been packaged. It took ages and several emails before they agreed I could return it. Initially DHL, their courier, would not deal with me as account names did not tally. Eventually SLRHut sent me DHL paperwork and documents for the return. One of the forms i was required to send back stated for Customs and Excise that the goods were worth 50.00 dollars when in fact I paid 1,375.00 pounds. I refused to send it back as would have no part in anything fraudulent and have asked SLRHut to pick the item up. It is still waiting for collection.

Appalling disgraceful service and they don not give a jot! Ordered a Christmas prezzie for my Newphew in Australia and was told it would be delivered on 24th December and that i would be kept informed and notified when it had been delivered. What a joke this company is, i was not kept informed i had to keep e-mailing and was finally told on 30th December that they were too busy to send my gift to my newphew and his family! They were happy to keep the money and not inform me that they could not deliver. Had i not made contact I would not of known. Seriously stay away from this site/company, they are nable to fulfill their commitments and cannot keep their promises as stated on their website.
