I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday but the recipient did not receive the order from pickupflowers.com which they have claimed to be delivered. I requested the proof of delivery with the recipient signature until now they cannot provide. Customer service Sheryl and Marc keep giving me an answer that it will allow some time and for sure they will get back to me with resolution. I requested to get a refund which i'm not happy to their service and i'm still waiting from pickupflowers... VERY POOR SERVICE, REALLY UNACCEPTABLE, SCAMMERRR.
