I didn't know to what a mess I'm getting into when ordering from this place. And all I wanted was just make my daughter happy with flowers and chocolates when she come back from the hospital with her new baby.
But everything went wrong:
1. The internet site is not friendly and clear.
2. After I made the order - I received about 10 emails in a row - all the same, all confirming my order.
3. Two days later I entered the site to see the status of my order - nothing. I also didn't get any notice from my daughter about receiving the flowers. I contacted the costumer service, and then began an annoying conversation online, in which they insisted on calling me on the phone, in order to verify certain mysterious things. I explained that I live in Chine, and in the area in which I live there's zero reception, but they continued harassing me - all the while refusing to tell me what the problem was. What, in the name of god, they need to verify with me? I only wanted to send flowers, for crying out loud. Several hours later I needed to contact them again to ask again whether they are sending the flowers or not.
4. Later that day the flowers & chocolates where eventually sent, but what a sorry, pitiful bouquet it was. Not at all like the one that I chose from the photo.
What a huge mistake it was to use this site. Never never again!

Personally they don't even deserve one star but I can't leave zero stars - STAY AWAY from this waste of time company.
I placed an order to be delivered, all details and contact details were provided at point of order, the delivery day came and went NOTHING. I called to chase first thing the following day and was greeted by mediocre customer services at best, all the advisors that I talked to were more interested in talking over me rather than actually listening - VERY FUSTRATING.
I wish I stuck with Interflora rather than wasting time and money with this company, the order has been cancelled, lets see if I get a refund. This was meant to be a happy occasion but PickupFlowers destroyed that.

Order 3 Bouquets 2 weeks ago online, Oder was accepted and money taken from my Debit Card. Received an email asking for ALL my Bank and Card details, I refused, then they cancelled my Order, They wont answer my email or Live Chat and do not answer their Telephone.
I have reported them to my Trading Standards Office and reported them to my Bank.

Okay, if you are reading this and you are wondering if they are a reliable and customer focused business, here is your answer: no.
When I decided to buy flowers for my significant other, it was on a whim. Naturally, I went to the first website that was on Google. It was this service. I made a huge mistake by NOT looking up reviews, like you may be doing right now. If so, heed my advice. This company is awful.
Take it however you want, but this Indian run company is horse$#*!. First, I placed the order. I input my girlfriend's address for the delivery and then MY address for the credit card billing information, as required by the website. I thought all was good, until I checked my order and saw that whoever input the damn information on the other end put half of my girlfriend's address and half of mine.
HOW? Does this mistake happen? It seems too $#*!ing dumb to be a real mistake. As other's are claiming, IT MUST BE A SCAM. I called, no exaggeration, around 15 times, tried to use their online chat. Tried to get it corrected before the delivery date. Awful english and communication skills. Customer service is waaay inadequate and the man knows nothing of hospitality or service whatsoever. Even all the times I called, he never wrote down my order number, my name, gave me his name. I knew it was the same guy every time, he acted like I didn't know.
Fast forward 15 calls later, I ask for my money back. They don't give it. They "try to deliver" but ask for more money. At this point, this company is the worst I've ever dealt with. Just don't do business with them. PLEASE. They are thieves.

The worst service i have received in my entire life! Flowers were meant to be delivered on the 22nd March and today is 24th March still not delivered. Their excuse everyday is "the location of your delivery is very far so they didn't do it today, they will do it tomorrow" The customer care team is more of a customer hell's service. No apologies, no politeness, they hang up the phone while you are talking to them and ignore you on the phone.
Did not even receive a confirmation email once i placed the order nor any other emails regarding status of my order. They are a big SCAM and THIEVES!

I used pickupflowers.com to send some flowers to Ontario Canada for the birth of our grate grand niece. Placed the order on 13th July for flowers and my credit card was debited for US$ 89.50 then and there. Up to now flowers were not delivered even though the delivery date given was 13.07.2015. I have exchanged more than 25 mails in this regard and still i have not got my refund. Do not get caught to this international thieves. They are robbing people without shame. Every time it is a new story. If I attached all the mails it is very interesting to see their ever changing excuses and how they try to send the customers around the mulberry bush! I'm going to report to to the relevant authorities. I had to block my credit card as I'm not trusting them with my card details. Please do not use them. The good people read this review kindly place on your face book about this scammers. So we can save others from getting caught to this scammer. I do not like to rate them as one star even. There should be negative marks to rate them. I have attached some of the mails sent up and down.
I have ordered the flower on 18-Aug-17 to deliver on 20-Aug-17 which are for my Brother's death anniversary.
I wanted to decorate my Brother's Cemetry with the flowers I send from the UK.
An order has been approved on the same day but they haven't delivered the flower. I tried to contact them through online chat, customer support agent joined the chat and there was no response for 10 mins. I tried to close and open another chat. No answer again.
I couldn't see the latest status on the pickup flowers account. Today 21-Aug, i am wiring the complaint after i talking to the customer service over the phone. They said the agent delivering the flower is not available and they cannot deliver it and they are going to refund my money in next 7 working days.
This is so frustrating that I cannot send any flowers on my brother's death anniversary. I am really irritated with the service they provide. I have provided my email, phone number and recipient phone number. They haven't contacted any of us.
My mum ordered a cake for me. The cake she ordered was not available, so Pickupflowers offered a substitution. Mum agreed, but she thought that the substitution will be of the same value as the original cake, this also states the substitution policy on the pickupflowers website. However mum paid for a cake worth 80 Euros, and I have received a cake worth 22 Euros. I tried to contact the customer service, I provided screenshots, differences in prices, no results. Skype contact does not work. It is just horrible. I am trying to explain that 80 is not equal 22 and people at customer service just do not get it.
All the time I get the same answer: "We regret to inform you that we have checked with local agent and found that the order was delivered with the best availability and value paid with the best arrangement and round cake". No further explanation. I asked them to provide me the price of the cake I have received. Further I asked them to give me a contact of a manager, no answer. I am very dissapointed!
This is a complete SCAM, please beware. I am out $107 USD right now and countless hours of my time out the window. Same situation as others, order never delivered. Live Chat Reps said the same thing, concerned department will take a look at it, it's one big script that they copy and paste... I bet they will never even look at it. Just closed the Live Chat window because Rep LEFT the chat session, I have proof of this, I took a screenshot. I have copy of chat sessions stating the refund will be initiated but still don't see any movement, nor any communications from this so called company with any sort of status update... Oh yeah, 24x6 customer service? Maybe they should put a disclaimer that it's 24x6 Philippines time, the Rep today said that at 11am EST there was no one who could approve the refund AND it's not a business day, so what 24x6 customer service if they don't in fact work the 6th day? I had placed an order last year which was delivered, that's the messed up part, I already trusted these people so whoever reads this, if you think it may be a one-off error, think again, I would have given them 5 stars last year just like the people from previous posts. Unless I receive a full refund, I will not take back my words!
It's supposed to be a special day for me and my wife. While I'm out stationed in South America and she in europe, and I can't meet her for Vday, all I wanted was to surprise her and make her happy.
