I used this service twice and it failed me TWICE!

I placed my order in advance for a week and the requested item keep changing, their reason its not available, they suggested alternative and i agreed after a day they said its not available again and replaced by cheap item. Delivery date come it didnt arrive, they said it will take two more $#*!ing days. Its useless to placed your order in advance, your item will not be delivered in exact days and not same item that you will expect

UNTIL NOW THE REQUESTED ITEM NOT YET DELIVERED.
DONT EVER DEAL WITH THIS PICKUP$#*!FLOWERS.

I'm not a leaver of reviews, but have been compelled to do so, in light of what is probably the WORST e-commerce customer service I have EVER encountered.

One of the most unbelievably unprofessional and incompetent outfits I have ever encountered...

The details: I placed an order for delivery of a bouquet of flowers and vase to surprise my girlfriend in Southern Brazil. I paid a high price (AUD$119) for what was supposed to be a premium product.

I got called back and then sent an email a couple of hours later (my 12am) saying that the local supplier did not have the arrangement I chose, and could substitute in another option - no pictures or prices of that option were provided. I was asked to confirm whether I was OK for Pickupflowers to proceed with this substitution.

Having been woken up by the call, I called back to ask for pictures of the alternate arrangement - and was advised, that they could not send me a picture of the alternative, I was to trust them that the alternative was the same price to what I had paid and Pickupflowers could not give me a refund because my order had been processed.

I called back another 3 times - flatly asking for a refund on the last occasion, only to have the extremely rude salesperson hang up on me.

I have referred the matter to the disputes team at my global bank and trust this will be sorted out, but please heed my message - you don't need this trouble in your life.

This is NOT a shop you want to be dealing with... simply atrocious!

SCAM! STAY AWAY

Hi there
I ordered on gift online on Feb 13th and was supposed to be delivered on 02/16/2017 in India.
However the delivery was never made and neither I was informed regarding this.
I came to know only when I contacted the recipient and he said he never received ithow embarrassing is that.
I called and tried to contact your USA office at *******697 and spoke to James Lad and Issac Lord.
I am sorry to say but I am so unsatisfied with the way they dealt this matter.
When I wished to speak to a manager or a supervisor, I was informed that there is nobody available.
I was told I can call back for the third time in morning(according to Indian time) coz the call center is in India.
Is this a way to run a business?
I was never informed that my gift is not gonna be available.
So when I contacted them again the next day which is today Feb 17,2017, the floor manager refused to cooperate with me. When I asked for refund he told me I have to wait 10 days for it. Asked owner or CEO of company name, he refused.

So guys I u want your order to be delivered then please don't fall in there trap

They should make a negative star rating, cos pickupflowers.com definitely deserve a -10 star.
I placed my order on 12th Feb, to be delivered on 14th Feb to my best friend at her school around 9-10am.
It was a really humiliating experience for her as she has to ask her department office if it was ok to send flowers there, and she even stayed back alone till 4pm waiting for it, which never came.
I tried the customer service hotline for U. S and everytime it got through, it appears to be "busy" and got cut off.
My attempt to find an alternative way to contact them yields nothing, as they dont even dare to put any sort of contact information on their website. Even that customer service hotline was from the "Approved" email they sent me.
Adam, if u r STILL the Customer Service Manager, DO SOMETHING!
DONT copy and paste that useless response of urs anymore.

That reply was from 13th May 2012, nearly 9 months ago and people r still getting the same $#*!ty problem.
And that number u paste its the exact same one i tried so many times.

Fraud Alert - this website, www.pickupflowers.com, is a bona fide internet scam. They have a rating of "F" from the Better Business Bureau, with numerous unresolved customer complaints and claims. I ordered from this website and fell into the same trap as the 100+ other reviewers on this website. I did not see this reviews on this site before I placed my order. Unfortunately, they are true and all describe their standard business practice. I am in the process of filing a fraud report with the FBI, as one other poster suggested. Basically, once they have your money, your product will not get delivered; or, it will be delivered weeks late with a poor quality and poor value substitution, with claims by the company that it is acceptable by their policy. The company has numerous "customer call numbers" for different regions of the world, and all customers experience the same thing; a service representative never picks up, and you are sent to voice mail; they never return your message. In addition, I sent them numerous emails trying to resolve them not delivering the flowers I ordered; they responded the first time with a "we will look into this and respond via email within 24 hours." They never responded to that email, or the numerous subsequent emails I sent asking to resolve my issue. Finally, I attempted to use their on line "chat customer service." The chat room service agent assured me that the issue would be resolved immediately, which obviously never happened. The website, www.pickupflowers.com, has a "service agent" calling herself "Betty" who monitors these consumer complaint boards, posting fake company responses assuring sympathy and that the matter will be resolved with 100% customer satisfaction; again, it will never happen. Obviously, the people fronting this business are making a profit run until the FBI or other agencies can gather enough evidence to shut them down. Avoid and warn your friends and family; the 100+ customers on this site sharing the same consumer victim story may never be compensated for their loss; however, it may prevent others from their consumer fraud or eventually shut this site down.

I've ordered 2 weeks in advance flowers for the Valentine's day to be delivered in Makati, and on the valentine's day itself, the flowers never came. I called them several times starting at noon, and i was told that the flowers were on the delivery for the afternoon and i will receive a confirmation email. Nothing was delivered in the afternoon, and i called them again to know what time they were supposed to deliver these flowers. They couldn't provide the time and they told me the flowers were supposed to be delivered. I told them to call and chase they 3rd party delivery company, to get the time of the delivery, but they refused to do that.
Stil as now, the flowers were not delivered. I sent them an email to cancel and get the full refund, but reading at the previous reviews, it seems it's a lost cause.

Above the money & the flowers on itself they just ruined our valentine's day and what it represents. STAY AWAY FOR THESE CROOKS, it will avoid a lot of frustration. This is by far my worst experience online.

I should have read the reviews before using their services. I hope other people will read them and not use their services.

Worst experience ever!

I ordered choclates for Valentine's day. Not only did they ruin the surprise by calling the person a day before Valentine's about it they also NEVER DELIVERED on the 14th! They said they would on the 16th cause they were out of stock of the item I chose weeks ago!... If was never delivered on the 16th either. THEY NEVER PICK UP THEIR PHONES EITHER! Icing on the cake. When they did deliver on the 22nd. It was the wrong damn item! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I don't believe how they still exist with a business ethic like this.
