Hi I ordered flowers for for daughter to arrive in bulgaria the 16th September. An agent said they would be delivered by 7pm on that day it was her birthday she text to say never arrived. Every time I go onto the chat live site it says not available.

She will never get the flowers nor will you get your refund. You are doomed like thousands of others who ordered from this website
