This lot are major scammers! Thought i was the only one! Ordered flowers for valentines day never arrived! Customer service my $#*!! Never again! There should be a 0 for overall rating

YESTERDAY WAS VALENTINE'S DAY AND ITEMS WERE PRE-ORDERED DAYS BEFORE BUT NOTHING CAME! I AM ASKING FOR REFUND BUT NO RESPONSE! THEY CANNOT PROVIDE TRACKING OR COURIER NUMBER WHATSOEVER! I CANNOT LOG IN INTO MY ACCOUNT! ALL THEIR SPAM MAILS GO DIRECTLY TO SPAM FOLDER! DO NOT WASTE TIME! A SUPPOSED TO BE HAPPY DAY FOR AN ELDERLY TURNED OUT DISASTER FOR ME! It is SCAM avoid it

This is the worst online buying experience I ever had! Those people are awful! May be and because of them many relations got troubles! I ordered a flowers Bouquet to be delivered to Germany on 21 march as a birthday gift, but my girl received nothing! I was planning to surprise her but these idiots ruined my surprised and caused a problem between us! They never pick up the phone calls and I guess they have an automatic reply on live chat! I opened a dispute on paypal but they did not response yet, I am going to escalate to claim soon. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR RELATIONSHIP NEVER USE THEIR WEBSITE. THEY ARE CROOKS.

ITS A SCAM - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
They accepted an order, in 2 days they asked for 30$ more to deliver and now they cancelled both orders without any email notification or refund confirmation.

SCAM - AVOID THEM!

Hello,

I'm a real customer who purchased $30.75 from their website to be delivered to Taiwan for my mom's birthday. Guess what, they eat up my money and never delivered the followers. I have to call my credit card company and cancel this bogus transaction. I have to mention that their customer services is HORRIBLE as well! I called them twice to check on status of my order and they answered, "We'll have to check with our international partner", and just left the conversation like that.

SCAM WEBSITE, do not THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY. Try something else. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

Run away now!

Run away as fast as you can. Scam website!

Charged my credit card multiple times.
Paid extra for same day delivery. Never delievered, and customer service team go missing after a few emails when you ask for a refund or ask to checkup the status of your order.

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

This company has been reported to their host site GoDaddy.com, GoDaddy are allowing this company to continue ripping off anyone who has the misfortune of ordering from them.

If anyone who has had a bad experience could please take a few minutes to also make a report, I am sure GoDaddy.com will not want to be a part of this company's fraudulent activities.

Send an email detailing your experience to:

Abuse at GoDaddy.com (@ replaces "at" and delete spaces) and ensure you give them relevant dates information and what you have been charged.

GoDaddy will want to uphold their reputation and by continuing to allow pickupflowers.com to use their service to scam people they are legitimising their actions.

The images show what should have been delivered, then what actually was. It was POSTED in a box! 2 days late and inferior cheaper items that what was bought.

I was charged $45 for this NEVER given a refund or replacement. They are just thieves.

Monetary Loss: $45.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I ordered flowers for our anniversary and I've never had a more disappointing experience. I received a call from California (I live in TN) at 1:30 PM CST (the day of delivery) informing me the flowers I ordered were not in. Not wanting to go without, I asked him to do their best to match up the order. I received another call at 3PM CST from Canada saying my hours would be delivered in 3 hours, so 5PM CST. They did get their on the day I requested but didn't know I would be the delivery driver home.

Speaking of delivery, the lady that showed up had pajamas and 2 of the 12 roses were broken.

Speaking of the roses, nearly all of them were wilted and in terrible shape. My wife and I put them in water immediately and it looks like two of them will end up making it a handful of days - the others are on their way to dying in the next day or two.

I requested partial refund for 1) flowers I ordered not being in and 2) 2 of the roses being broken on arrival - no consideration given. $85 on 8 dead roses, 2 broken on arrival and 2 "decent" ones. If there's a definition of highway robbery this is it.

WARNING: BAD COMPANY
February 20, 2018

WARNING, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: I had a terrible experience with this company. I bought 2 valentine's gifts for delivery on valentines day. Both were delivered over 24 hours after valentine's day ended. Since then, I have tried to contact them by email and phone and have received some of the worst customer service experience including being hung up on, telling me they will reply and never replying, and refusing to refund for a purchase that as a gift company they surely know is useless after the holiday ended. I do no recommend anyone to use this company.

This company and Its Agents are a JOKE! Not recommended! They will screw up your order, NOT JUST ONCE, BUT TWICE! Then they don't back up their Satisfaction Guarantee they advertise on the website. Ive been fighting them almost a month now and all they do is play dumb! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM pickupflowers.com.

I hugely regret that I didn't read this review before booking. My order was approved, my money was taken and in the end the flowers were NEVER DELIVERED. They didn't even send an email informing me that the order had been cancelled. AND THE LIVE CHAT IS FAKE... NOTHING IS LIVE.

Its a scam. They do not deliver the flowers. Should have read the reviews first.
Ordered from Melbourne to Indonesia. Ruined fiancés birthday when they never delivered. There were excuses galore. My fault apparently. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH PICKUPFLOWERS EVER

I asked for the delievry of my flowers and they never were!
The assistance told me it was delivered while it was nowhere to be found.
I got back to the live assistance and when I asked for a refund they put me on hold for 30 minutes before exiting the chat without any comments
Worst company EVER! Scammers who took my money and delivered NO SERVICE whatsoever

If you are reading these reviews before you order then you're on a good start because STOP RIGHT HERE. I wish I had read them before I ordered. I placed two orders 1: An arrangement of Orchids (ordered orchids for a reason) in a vase which they replaced with a mix of roses & lilies no vase and looked very ordinary and arrived a day late. 2: A bottle of Shiraz which is now 2 days late and still not delivered... WTF.! I have asked for a refund based on their customer satisfaction (unsatisfactory) policy so not sure where that will get me, and I cant seem to get hold of anyone at their "live chat"... Bottom line is STAY AWAY FROM pickup flowers...!

I spent lot of hours searching through the best flowers to choose for my mother to be delivered on Mother's day this year(05/14/2017). I got confirmation email mentioning the delivery on the date with exact time was confirmed. On sunday the mother's day, I waited for an email confirmation or my mother calling me to say how excited she was to receive the beautiful flowers. None of them came through. I called them in the afternoon only to find out they cancelled it without informing me. No cancellation email, nothing. I could have arranged from a different florist :( Very mean way of doing business! I am still waiting for the refund. By the way they do business without sending you cancellation email, I don't know if I would receive refund. Stay away from this website and avoid disappointment.

I paid a lavish $80 online on flowers and cakes to make it very special to my mother. Since there is no delivery, I need the refund back. It was no easy money for me. I am going to lodge a cyber fraud complaint using 1800-11-4000 for this pickup flowers.com if I don't receive the refund in a week's time. I will update this review based on my experience.

I ordered bouquet for my mom on her birthday, and these people sent a totally different one than i even imagined. I chose a multi flowers bouquet and they delivered with single colored flower bouquet. When this was brought to their notice they told they will compensate for the same. I asked for the right bouquet delivery again but no action was taken from their end till now. WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD WITH THE ONLINE SHOPPING. My mom birthday was totally messed up. PLEASE DO NOT OPT THIS PICK UP FLOWER WEBSITE FOR ANY PRODUCT.
