“NO DELIVERY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

YESTERDAY WAS VALENTINE'S DAY AND ITEMS WERE PRE-ORDERED DAYS BEFORE BUT NOTHING CAME! I AM ASKING FOR REFUND BUT NO RESPONSE! THEY CANNOT PROVIDE TRACKING OR COURIER NUMBER WHATSOEVER! I CANNOT LOG IN INTO MY ACCOUNT! ALL THEIR SPAM MAILS GO DIRECTLY TO SPAM FOLDER! DO NOT WASTE TIME! A SUPPOSED TO BE HAPPY DAY FOR AN ELDERLY TURNED OUT DISASTER FOR ME! THIS IS SIMPLY THE WORST SITE! I REGRET EVEN TRYING! IVE BEEN ORDERING YEARLY WITHOUT PROBLEMS BUT THIS IS MY HUGE REGRET!
