Don't do it!

Don't do it! I ordered 2 weeks ago for my girlfriends birthday on March 10th. They were to deliver between 11am - 3pm. I got an email from customer service at 4:30 pm... the day of scheduled delivery, asking me for extra money because of the distance from the local flower shop to the place of delivery. And that they could not deliver until the following day until i agreed to pay the extra fee. Unbelievable!

I palced an order with them twice before and it went fine even though they overcharged me, the 3rd time i placed an order, they replied back that their loval partner was asking for $15 more because it's a provincial address, they never charged me extra before and I am sending it to the same recipient. I chatted with their costumer service which was no help at all, and they will issue my refund 2 days later. This is a very poorly run company with customer service that barely speaks english, stay away from them

I ordered the flower bouquet from the company which had lilies, hydrangeas, kalas and roses. Not to mention that they delivered the flowers late in the evening instead of daytime, the bouquet that the birthday person got had only 5! Buds of lilies! Tried to contact the customer service for a couple of days because according to their site "you can exchange the flowers if you are not satisfied" they had the gut to tell that the flowers they delirvered are the flowers I paid for! Stay away from that company and save your time and money! The worst customer service I have to deal with!

Not only are we being ripped off and cheated of a certain amount of tangible money, we are also being subjected to undue stress and the spoiling of special occasions. More compensation than just the monetary amount charged to our credit cards is in order.

Once a few people have contacted me about this matter, we can get the ball rolling. This outfit--"gifts n' ideas" and "pickup flowers"--is located in more than one country, so we have more than one choice about which legal system through which to demand compensation.

Oh my God!

Oh my God! This company is to terrible, I should have done my homework before ordering and check the reviews. Now I'm dreadful.
I ordered flower arrangment for my Brother's 50th Birthday in Europe. First of all they have a complete miscommunication between each other, took them a whole day to verify the payment information and then at 4AM ( of course who is sleeping?) they send me an email stating my order is out of stock and if I want they can deliver it 2 days later. Are you kidding me? How about if I serve you dinner and give you a fork at a later time, huh? You are terrible creatures. Get out of this business, you are nothing but failure. ( And by the way - put someone who can speak English clearly, I understand someone in India cost cheaper but c'mon)

I have never had any bad experience from online shopping in America. But these B... s* are black spot and i doubt where they are from. They took my money 10months ago and they dint deliver my product nor they are refunding my money. I have been told to wait 2 or 3 hrs everytime i try to talk or attempt to order something atleast. They are making me crazy...

I ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday. It was almost 5pm so I used the chat to see if they were delivered. I was told they were on the way to her house. They were never delivered. They finally arrived a day later, wrong flowers, dying roses, and a piece of paper a a birthday card. I was told I would get a full refund and still have not received it. This has not been 10 days and I keep getting told thAt they are looking into the issue. I spoke with a manager that barely speaks English and was told I would have an answer in 48hrs, that was 2 days ago and still nothing. I WANT MY REFUND!

I wish I could give 0 stars...! They charged for the delivery but never delivered! COMPLETELY SCAM WEBSITE. I cant believe I didnt read all these reviews before ordering. These people do not even have any customer care helpline & can be reached only on email or live chat. Which has completely unsatisfactory response. A bunch of idiots running this website in the USA. I want to know why they take orders if they cannot deliver and then cannot even refund my MONEY. LOOSERS! Shame on you for runing my special day!:? :/ :( :( :( *sob*

The website clearly stated to me the item would be delivered on 07/02/18. So I thought that is great I will place the order.

This is where it went from bad to worse. I was assured that this would arrive on time. The scheduled delivery date came and went no package, unsatisfied customer and very disappointed girl.

I demanded a refund of the product. The online support team are useless and seem like bots or some kind of AI. I was told to email their customer service. I am still waiting to hear back from them.

The package actually arrived, the recipient opened the package which was 12/02/18, it looked nothing like the original photo, the roses had started to die and the vase was broken

Incompetent

I purchased Valentine's day flower for my little sister who is a special child hoping it will make her day. I checked with their Customer rep if it will for sure arrive by 14th and she said YES. My little sister kept on waiting whole Valentine's day into tears. Next day they emailed me asking for alternative contact number which I already had provided but I still gave them same number and guess what it gets delivered after 4 days on 17th where there is no Valentine's day anywhere in the world. I had to contact local friend for alternative local flower delivery. Not just disappointed on how it made poor kid sad but they have been so ignorant in their email keep asking for same phone number which I already provided with original Order and also when I said it's too late please cancel refund they refused that. They are the worst service and worst website you could use to make anyone feel miserable. Please for your loved ones sake DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.

Placed an order to be delivery overseas. They billed twice and order was never delivery. They don answered the phone, neither email or when now you attempt to logg in with your account they don recognize your logging info. Please report this to https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx/
Should be a way to bloq this awful people.

Delivery is poor, i have ordered different one and they delivered different one. Then i told them pickup flowers team to rejected it, they agreed to cancelled the order, this was happened on 3rd jan 2018 and today its 24th jan 2018 and now they are saying we wont refund back, its 32$ and this company is cheating to customer. Plz dont buy anything in this site. They wont deliver in time and dont waste your money. I have all voice clips and chat communication and iam going to file a complaint in consumer court and will kick this bull$#*! company...

I feel disgusted

I feel disgusted. I order the flower on 13th july and the delivery on 23rd july and they stuff it up. This supposed to be a surprise and now all i've got is disappointment. After this happened i will never use this site again. Hopefully as they promised the goods will be delivered 24 july

I saw the reviews here but after chatting to an agent on the site, decided to believe him that the service is good.

I was sooo wrong! The order was to be delivered in the morning but the first call from their delivery person was at 10pm! That was too late to accept a delivery so we asked him to deliver the next morning. Thenm no news! We're still waiting to hear. The site chat agent won't give us a number to call locally!

Absolutely rubbish service.

This is a scam

This just happened to me too. I order some flower to be send to australia from the U.S. they keep sending me email saying that there is a problem sending the flowers and that it will be send at the earliest convenience. After 2 days later i contacted them and they told me that it was sent to the wrong address. I reply back telling them that i know this is a scam. I didn't bother arguing. I filed a dispute w/my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO ORDER YOUR FLOWERS. THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY. They will keep sending you email apologizing for the delay, etc... but it doesn't go anywhere because your relative will never receive the flower.

They will do everything to keep ur money. Nobody seems to be incharge. If u complain, it goes to the same people that takes ur order. This pickupflower site is a scam. Keep ur money or look for a professional flowershop that will make their customers their priority and would live up to their words. They subcontract all their orders that's why their assurance is a pure plain LIE. STAY AWAYYYY..

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

THESE PEOPLE ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS! Sadly, so many people fell victim to their evil practices. I ordered funeral flower arrangement for my aunt in the Philippines for 20 September 2016 but the flowers never arrived. They were quick to charge my Visa card though. I rang up their Sydney telephone number 02 8006 1744 few times but these Indians did not offer a refund and all they could do was apologise. I reported them to Scamwatch (tel 1300 795 995). All victims should do the same. For others who are looking for services from flower companies, please do not allow yourselves to be the next victim.

I have never been so disgusted with a company who will promise you anything to get an order but once they have your money, negate on ALL responsibility. Promised Delivery of specific date which was crucial it must be this date & discussed at length with customer service team who guaranteed me before ordering, then as soon as I ordered they emailed me to say they won't deliver on that date. Offering no refund. Won't respond to emails and numerous calls. Then when I do manage to get through, keep making promises but it's just empty words. No integrity or honesty in this company and now my lawyer is on the case! Please I'm warning you, save yourself the stress and runaround and deal with a genuine business! These guys should be shut down, they don't even seem to care about their name and reputation. The manager was never available to speak with and the customer service team who took my order was the same ones receiving my emails and calls so i felt like they were covering it up. Very disappointing as I am wanting regular deliveries to the Netherlands but Pickup Flowers are just taking people for a ride and when an issue arises, they don't want to know about it. SCAMMERS! They should be ashamed of themselves.
