Won't ship on time.

On the website, they claim that production time is 24 hours if payment is cleared by 7 a.m. This was the case for my order. 4 days later and my item has still not been shipped, despite several emails back and forth about this. I would understand if production took twice as long as they state on the website. But 4 times is not acceptable, especially when they know I need this order shipped. No effort was made by this company to honor their own promises on their website and email correspondence.
I cannot recommend this company when others are doing a better job and keeping their promises to their customers.
The telephone number they have online is only available during "business hours"! I have called them several times during the day and never been able to speak to anyone. They do not inform you of what the business hours are! Just stay away from this company.

So 1 month on - no canvas but they have taken my money - 67 emails and apparently the canvas has been returned to them as address was incorrect - still waiting on picture of packaging... never ever again!

I've used Picanova many times now, and am not disappointed. One reviewer stated that "edge details are lost", but this was his own fault because he chose the edge wrap option, which makes the photo wrap over the edges of the frame, which is a stylistic choice. If he had chosen black or white edging, the whole photo would have been visible on the front. I made that mistake myself, once, too. I've turned my home into a gallery using this site, and have made many gifts as well. I would recommend them.

Downloaded picture, said it was suitable, canvas arrived with small picture in a corner. The site was not clear that we had to crop to size or that there is no quality check to confirm reasonable product was being delivered. Complaint has been returned as my fault. Company is in Germany and introductory offer to small to chase, but warning to new purchasers to be careful. Very disappointed Anne Thomson

Not what they say

I had a beautiful picture, with a picture 'natural frame' within the picture (round lights in the background). I ordered the canvas on the website and it looked fine, but when the canvas arrived it was not the precise framing that they showed when I checked out. That's ok, it can happen. So I send a complaint, suggesting to send this canvas back and order another one with a mirrored border instead of folded. In that way it would not have to be as precise for my picture, considering that they cannot deliver the exact framing as shown on the website... but after a lot of emailing, they still didn't do anything about it. Not really a company that wants to have you satisfied, just wants to make money.

This company managed to send me someone else's canvas which was of a naked young boy. (Bit of a surprise when our picture was of a lighthouse!) Upon making them aware they did not seem overly bothered but I requested that they arranged for collection of the canvas as I certainly didn't feel comfortable disposing of a picture of a naked child (and this was a child, not a baby!). They agreed but then failed to collect it and are now telling me to dispose of the faulty item. Is hardly faulty - it's an indecent image of a minor, and one of expect a reputable company to take seriously. I'm certainly not going to take it to the dump and will have to continue to request that it's collected.

Horrible customer service. I had a groupon for a canvas print. My photo wasn't high enough resolution for the large size, but they refused to let me use it for a smaller (and cheaper for them!) size print. Their customer service was rude and unhelpful. Will never buy anything from them again.

My whole ordering process until I received the canvas took me in total 4 days. The canvas are amazing. Robust, intense colors and all this for a very reasonable price. I give picanova.com 5 stars because they absolutely deserve it! I'll definitely order again!

This included: from researching our requirements on their web site, excellent and very competitive pricing, ease of placing the order, contacting their customer service by phone to verify that they had received & understood our order, including an amazing 4 day delivery, well protected and packaged artwork, and finally the superior quality of the actual final product. Absolutely loved Picanova! During the Groupon deal, we received 3 gallery wrapped canvases, for around $20 dollars a piece. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the canvases and wished that Groupon would have let me order more. Highly recommend!

I ordered a canvas and received two, one of someone I didn't even know! To add insult to injury they charged me for it. The canvas that WAS mine was of very poor quality. PICANOVA will not admit they are at fault, which I find is a common complaint, reading other reviews. Disappointed and exasperated by the whole experience. Won't be using them again that's for sure!

Currently dissatisfied

Currently dissatisfied- website says product has shipped, but no fedex tracking number is listed. No one is answering toll free number or 305 area code, I've been calling for 6 hours now. No response to my email. Gift will not arrive in time for Christmas gift. Will update if I receive any response.

Placed an order the first week of December with the promise of holiday delivery. Have sent 2 emails for status updates and made multiple phone calls all with no response. At this point I'm hoping that I receive these pictures at all. This feels a bit like a scam.

Amazing Canvas!

Amazing Canvas! We’ve already ordered twice. The first print we ordered was a picture from our holidays that captures a very beautiful seen of nature. You can see wide green fields in a hilly area full of flowers. First we ordered the smallest canvas. We wanted to make sure that the quality of the print is good and that the colors are authentic. My wife and me were ravished by the quality so we ordered a bigger one with a similar but even more beautiful scene. We just received it yesterday. It’s perfect!

I had gotten a groupon from picanova. I used it as an Xmas gift! I received it faster than the estimated 2 weeks that they had told me. (Which was great because it came in just in time for Christmas) I gave it to my grandmother, and she loved it! Highly recommended!

Ordered two 16x20 canvas prints through groupon. Received them in about 5 days. Perfect. They even landscapes a photo for me without asking (not an option with groupon coupon I guess). Will look for more offers in the future (reg price way too high.)

I was a little uncertain about the order process. So I called their Customer Service. They were very friendly and explained the different options to me in detail. I ordered a 12 ̎ x 8 ̎ canvas and chose the photo Wrap as the edge option not being sure how it will look like. I had just one canvas before in my life and the edges were white as I thought they usually are. Wrong! I like this version much much more. The way the picture passes through the frame makes it look so real. It's sooo beautiful! The view sample on the site helps you to get an idea of how it'll look like. Absolutely recommendable!
