I had an enlargement of a print that is very special to my husband and me. It arrived in a package that protected the print really well; and the results of the enlargement were magnificent. Sometimes when you try to enlarge a print it doesn't come out as clear as the smaller version... this is perfect... so much so that we are having it framed to place over our mantle. I had a very old picture of my grandparents when they were on a tour in England. The pic was black and white - not the best quality, but once I got it scanned in and adjusted to the right size on their site, it came out looking phenomenal! This was a Christmas gift, I actually found a Groupon for $19.99 for the 16x20. When it arrived (in an extremely timely manner) I got the desired response, tears. This is something my grandparents will treasure forever! Picanova did an AMAZING job and I will definitely be using them again, Groupon or not :)
READ THIS. I rarely write reviews. But I want to share my experience. It's the holiday season and so many companies were backed up. It's understandable. I have previously ordered canvases from Costco, which does a great job but it's a little more expensive than this site. I bought the Groupon and it did take a few weeks for the product to come in but it's worth the wait. If you can buy this deal order this canvas and put it away for a gift for someone in the future, it did take a while to come in but it's cheap. $20 and free shipping? You can't beat that. I wish I could post a picture of the canvas I ordered the colors are so bright. And beautiful. And the pic was taken ona phone! It was blown up to 16x20 and my dad cried when he got it. He loves it. I recommend this deal to anyone who has time to wait for the product

I have fallen in love with my photos on canvas from Picanova!
I started purchasing canvas prints several years ago, in response to an offer from a nature photographer whose prints of a gorgeous Gorilla were irrisistable. Back then, I purchased a number of canvases to create photo areas in my home. The prints from Picanova were lush, richly colored, and more like paintings than prints. The customer service was provided to customers individually, with Picanova staff willing and able to review a print order to help the customer better ensure it would come out as hoped.
Picanova has changed since then. The prints don't seem as lush anymore and the type of personalized service doesn't appear to be available. But, I'm still a customer, and I look forward to getting special photos made on canvas into the future. My most recent purchase is an inspirational image that came out well and is being hung on a living area wall.

I have been unable to reach them for the past week to check on the status of my order (now 2 weeks old). They have not responded to my emails, and their 2 phone numbers listed do not answer at all during their reported business hours. They play a recorded message and do not allow you to leave any voicemail. I'm hoping this Christmas gift will arrive on time, but I'm not optimistic. I'm concerned this is a scam and I've been taken.
I absolutely agree with you guys. I uploaded a very beautiful picture of my parents in their young ages, being on a road trip in the USA with their Harley-Davidson. This is by far one of the nicest pictures I've ever seen of them. They look incredibly happy and the landscape is beyond belief. So I got myself a very small canvas, since I've always wanted to put this picture on my wall and I thought something more special than just a nice frame would be great. It is perfect. The quality of the work is superb. The site is easy to navigate and there are so many different backgrounds to choose from for photo books. I have also created a Canvas Print which could not have been printed any better. The turn around time is fantastic as well. Thank you for a great product!
My first canvas had a scratch which disappointed me a lot. No idea where the scratch came from. If it happened during production or during delivery. I called Customer Care and send them a picture with the scratched canvas. They were very friendly and guaranteed to fix it. I just received my order again and it is perfect. Couldn’t believe it happened so quickly. Very happy about the end result.
Great experience! I ordered my canvas on Sunday and it arrived by Wednesday or Thursday! Now I know I know this is unusual as it didn't come this fast last time, but they did promise before Valentines Day. Exceeded there promise! And it looked great, my daughter and son in law loved it!
Placing the order was very easy. I received my order in about a week when was much faster than some other places I've ordered from. Quality was very nice and the picture turned out wonderful. I will definitely order from them again.
I ordered a canvas print through Groupon. I've had some trouble in the past with items not showing up by the promise date. But Picanova actually showed up BEFORE the promise date. I ordered a 16X20 as a Christmas gift and it brought tears to my Dad's eyes. Great quality and prompt delivery.

Uploaded a picture (via a groupon) on a Sunday night, it was delivered on Wednesday. Thursday I got the shipping info email. I live in FL, so close to their home base. But my Feb. 2 order was delivered on Feb. 5, well in time for Valentine's Day.
Want to give them a zero but can't. Ordered a groupon on 11/29. I understood they might have been delayed because of Christmas and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Have called them numerous times and get the message what their office hours are. Not able to leave a message. Have written numerous e-mails and have not gotten any response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
When I ordered the frame I was hesitant because I never heard of Picanova. But I took a chance and I'm so pleased that I did. The canvas is beautiful. It was a gift for my son and his wife and they loved it as much as I did. The delivery was quick and the product is exceptional. I intend to use Picanova in the future.
Placed order and paid by credit card on 13th March 2014 for a canvas print. Delivery stated as 3,7 and 10 days depending of which part of the site you look at! Still not delivered on 31st March. No response to my email. My friend ordered a canvas print at the same time as me and it was delivered 3 days later! Guess how I feel.
The Quality was so bad, and to get the refund was a nightmare. Stay away from this Co.
