I have changed my previous review (shown below) due to the company's attention to my complaint on this site. They experienced difficulties with their shipping provider, which caused a delay. They contacted me after my negative review here, apologized, and asked what they could do to make it right. I was very pleased with the product, once I received it, so I asked for them to duplicate it, free of charge. They did so, and it was received within a week. I am happy that they DO value their customers, and worked to save my business. The products are beautiful, and because of their recon, I will order from them in the future.
Unfortunately I am in the same boat as the rest of you! How embarrassing this will be to show up at my boyfriends parents on Christmas Eve with an IOU! If the company was overwhelmed with orders, and knew they would have time delivering by Christmas, I wish they would have given a heads up! I have no tracking number, no communication except for a "we're sorry" email with a promise of $46 in free product!
I would recommend this to anyone! We were extremely satisfied with our order and everyone who has seen the picture were amazed at the quality. I will order again.
Ordered a photo to canvas from a Groupon offer. The canvas was so thin that you could see the outline of the frame through the canvas. It distracts from the image.
I ORDERED TWO GROUPONS FROM THEM AND WHEN I GO TO USE THEM IT SAYS THE CODE IS NOT VALID. THEY DO NOT EXPIRE UNTIL TONIGHT... I HAVE TRIED CALLING THEM YESTERDAY AND TODAY DURING BUSINESS HOURS... NO RESPONSE. I HAVE EMAILED THEM AND NOT HEARD BACK. I'M GOING TO BE VERY FRUSTRATED IF THEY DO NOT HONOR MY GROUPONS.
We ordered a memorable picture and it came protected from shipping damage, beutifully printed and exactly as expected. The prices are very competitve and I would defintely use picanova again.
Although I bought a great deal on groupon, i felt the cavnas frame was a bit flimsy. The canvas wasn't stretched tight against the frame. But the picture was printed nicely.
I can surely recommend this new website. Price/performance ratio is top! Didn´t expect the promised 24 hour turnaround to be true, but it is!
Incredible quality and even more unbelievable the speed of delivery on the two canvas pics we ordered. Received them within 4 days... Awesome job!

UPDATE: I'm changing my review to 2 stars with an update that this company is not a scam. They do, apparently, exist. However, they clearly over-booked themselves with the Groupon deal accepting far more orders than they were able to handle and have a very immature customer service system. Not answering their phones or e-mails and not having any way to leave a message is SKETCHY -- they need to fix this ASAP.
After I originally posted my review here, I attempted to contact them every way I thought possible, having exhausted phone calls and e-mail. I tweeted at them and then sent them a private message on Facebook. Facebook, of all things, is where I finally got a reply from someone. They assured me that my order was on its way and said they had an issue with their system which was supposed to send out tracking numbers.
My canvas prints came the next day. The quality was fine, though the canvas is "thinner" (less sturdy feeling) than Costco prints and the color seems as though it would completely dissolve if it got wet (I tried cleaning a spot off a corner with a damp finger and the paint came off). I delivered one of my two prints as a gift and it looked very nice.
So, overall I'm happy with the product (at the Groupon price -- I'd never pay their full price). The company made some huge mistakes though. And I still seriously doubt the validity of the first handful of "5 star" reviews on this site. My original review is below.

WOW! This company is a fake/scam or something. Like the others, I haven't received any communication in weeks. Have tried e-mail, Twitter, and phone calls. No way to leave a message. Also, look at all the "positive" reviews on here. They are all from a 3 day window --- SUPER SKETCHY! I am sure these are fake reviews. SCAM!
Couldn't be happier with how my canvas portraits turned out. I was afraid they might be blurry because of the enlargement, but they look great!
I have told many people about Picanova. You cannot beat the quality for the price and the shipping was super fast!

I'm not typically a review writer... however, had such a terrible experience with this company that I feel like I need to "warn" others. I bought a total of four Groupons from this company. Our orders were all place on December 1st- with guaranteed Christmas delivery if ordered by 12/13. I received two canvases on 12/7, opened one to reveal a photo of someone I don't know. Opened the other to reveal a canvas with a damaged corner. The other two said they still hadn't shipped (were going to different addresses).
I emailed the company right away since they were all Christmas gifts. Didn't hear anything back until the following Monday, requesting pictures of the canvases that were incorrect. I sent them within an hour of receiving the email. My other two canvases STILL had not shipped. Email company again a few days later, asking for a response ASAP. Nothing. Tried to call number listed on their website. Regardless of the time/day- I received a message stating to call back during business hours, and no opportunity to leave a message, etc. Tried calling 10 times+ over the course of a few days. Still no response. Finally received an email stating the other canvases had shipped- only to be deliver AFTER Christmas! Emailed Groupon to tell them how upset I was with the absolute lack of communication with the company.
Finally received a email from the company (the Saturday before Christmas) stating that they were reprinting my canvases and that they should ship within 3-5 business days.
Received an email on 12/29 that my items were being shipped- however, it is now the 31st with absolutely no change in the tracking, which tells me it has still not been submitted for shipment.
To sum it up- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I got a group on coupon so my price was amazing. The work I receive was fabulous. Thank you!
