Love the canvas prints, great value and their offers are not to be beaten. Delivered to your door in record time. What's not to like

I have ordered several canvases for my home, my parents and even as gifts. The beauty of a picture canvas is a unique art addition to any room.

On the website, they claim that production time is 24 hours if payment is cleared by 7 a.m. This was the case for my order. 4 days later and my item has still not been shipped, despite several emails back and forth about this. I would understand if production took twice as long as they state on the website. But 4 times is not acceptable, especially when they know I need this order shipped. No effort was made by this company to honor their own promises on their website and email correspondence.
I cannot recommend this company when others are doing a better job and keeping their promises to their customers.
The telephone number they have online is only available during "business hours"! I have called them several times during the day and never been able to speak to anyone. They do not inform you of what the business hours are! Just stay away from this company.

I have ordered multiple canvas pictures and they all turn out amazing! I couldn't ask for a better quality!

Downloaded picture, said it was suitable, canvas arrived with small picture in a corner. The site was not clear that we had to crop to size or that there is no quality check to confirm reasonable product was being delivered. Complaint has been returned as my fault. Company is in Germany and introductory offer to small to chase, but warning to new purchasers to be careful. Very disappointed Anne Thomson

This is the second canvas I ordered. Both are beautiful! The turnaround time was so fast. I would definitely recommend picanova to my friends!

I ordered a canvas and received two, one of someone I didn't even know! To add insult to injury they charged me for it. The canvas that WAS mine was of very poor quality. PICANOVA will not admit they are at fault, which I find is a common complaint, reading other reviews. Disappointed and exasperated by the whole experience. Won't be using them again that's for sure!

I had an enlargement of a print that is very special to my husband and me. It arrived in a package that protected the print really well; and the results of the enlargement were magnificent. Sometimes when you try to enlarge a print it doesn't come out as clear as the smaller version... this is perfect... so much so that we are having it framed to place over our mantle. Thanks, Picanova for a great job!

This company managed to send me someone else's canvas which was of a naked young boy. (Bit of a surprise when our picture was of a lighthouse!) Upon making them aware they did not seem overly bothered but I requested that they arranged for collection of the canvas as I certainly didn't feel comfortable disposing of a picture of a naked child (and this was a child, not a baby!). They agreed but then failed to collect it and are now telling me to dispose of the faulty item. Is hardly faulty - it's an indecent image of a minor, and one of expect a reputable company to take seriously. I'm certainly not going to take it to the dump and will have to continue to request that it's collected.

Absolutely loved Picanova! During the Groupon deal, we received 3 gallery wrapped canvases, for around $20 dollars a piece. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the canvases and wished that Groupon would have let me order more. Highly recommend!

I had a very old picture of my grandparents when they were on a tour in England. The pic was black and white - not the best quality, but once I got it scanned in and adjusted to the right size on their site, it came out looking phenomenal! This was a Christmas gift, I actually found a Groupon for $19.99 for the 16x20. When it arrived (in an extremely timely manner) I got the desired response, tears. This is something my grandparents will treasure forever! Picanova did an AMAZING job and I will definitely be using them again, Groupon or not :)

Ordered two 16x20 canvas prints through groupon. Received them in about 5 days. Perfect. They even landscapes a photo for me without asking (not an option with groupon coupon I guess). Will look for more offers in the future (reg price way too high.)

I attempted to use Picanova to order a couple photo mugs as holiday gifts, after purchasing vouchers for them. I ordered the mugs (after the vouchers initially not working), and paid the difference for shipping. After a few weeks there was no sign of the mugs and, I realized, no order confirmation. I got in contact with Picanova to figure out what had happened.

They charged me for shipping, but sent no order confirmation or shipping confirmation. The shipper also failed to leave a delivery notice and the mugs were eventually sent back. I could chalk all that up to some glitch in the system if vouchers aren't normally used. However, their Customer Service has been completely incompetent. They were unable to find their own order number, were unaware the mugs had been returned to them (after they told me the mugs were returned...), demanded I send photo evidence of destroying the canvases I ordered before getting a refund (?), and repeatedly put in the minimum effort possible to respond, often getting information they already had wrong. After finally agreeing to refund, they sat around on that until I followed up, and are just now claiming that the shipping charges will be returned. We will see. I'm still working on getting my money back for the vouchers.

It was a complex order, which I was fully willing to understand, but they demonstrated they had no interest in understanding what had happened and resolving it, and instead impeded the process (who can't find their own orders, but still charge you?), and attempted to off load everything possible to me or the voucher seller. No integrity or pride in their product. I'll still order photo mugs, but not from Picanova.

Incredible quality and even more unbelievable the speed of delivery on the two canvas pics we ordered. Received them within 4 days... Awesome job!

I had a beautiful picture, with a picture 'natural frame' within the picture (round lights in the background). I ordered the canvas on the website and it looked fine, but when the canvas arrived it was not the precise framing that they showed when I checked out. That's ok, it can happen. So I send a complaint, suggesting to send this canvas back and order another one with a mirrored border instead of folded. In that way it would not have to be as precise for my picture, considering that they cannot deliver the exact framing as shown on the website... but after a lot of emailing, they still didn't do anything about it. Not really a company that wants to have you satisfied, just wants to make money.

Great experience! I ordered my canvas on Sunday and it arrived by Wednesday or Thursday! Now I know I know this is unusual as it didn't come this fast last time, but they did promise before Valentines Day. Exceeded there promise! And it looked great, my daughter and son in law loved it!

Instructions and specs are straightforward = uploading artwork was easy. My first order was shipped the next day and arrived very well packaged/ true to color- have since placed a third order...

I had gotten a groupon from picanova. I used it as an Xmas gift! I received it faster than the estimated 2 weeks that they had told me. (Which was great because it came in just in time for Christmas) I gave it to my grandmother, and she loved it! Highly recommended!

I ordered a canvas print through Groupon. I've had some trouble in the past with items not showing up by the promise date. But Picanova actually showed up BEFORE the promise date. I ordered a 16X20 as a Christmas gift and it brought tears to my Dad's eyes. Great quality and prompt delivery.

Amazing Canvas! We’ve already ordered twice. The first print we ordered was a picture from our holidays that captures a very beautiful seen of nature. You can see wide green fields in a hilly area full of flowers. First we ordered the smallest canvas. We wanted to make sure that the quality of the print is good and that the colors are authentic. My wife and me were ravished by the quality so we ordered a bigger one with a similar but even more beautiful scene. We just received it yesterday. It’s perfect!

I loved the way the canvases turned out. They got here allot quicker then expected & the detail is amazing. Will definatly share this website with friends.

User friendly site, visual aid for the different styles of canvas were great and very helpful, best of all-on time delivery :)
