Scam artists

Not only do they advertise next day delivery that doesn't arrive for at least 2 days but they also cut heads off photos. I specifically places the photos perfectly and for them to charge £12 for next day delivery that took 2 days and to cut heads off photos is unacceptable. I feel like I've been scammed. They've asked me to return the canvas for a refund (not sure why they want it back to be honest). They should have corrected it and sent a new one that matches how I put it on the website. Will never use them again

I ordered a few prints from Photobox as ONE order. Despite that they were sent as three different orders and the invoices sent to DHL all stated the amount of 85 gbp which was the total price for the order. When I contacted them wouldn't help at all only claimed I got a discount and this was the right amount etc. I ended up contacting DHL because I didn't want to deal with them anymore. Thankfully DHL corrected this even though they didn't have to.

I wanted to print 6,000 photos. The pop up chat couldn't give me bulk price or inform me as to how long the archival life of their photos was and pointed me towards the bulk discount email. After three emails over a week and a half requesting a price I received no replies, I attempted a phone call at 4:450pm but was told that the phone lines were now closed for the day! It just all seems very odd! I think I will go elsewhere!

Been using Photobox for years. There is an old saying... if it aint broke dont fix it... they did. New web site awfull. No ability to improve photos on site, photos displayed in vertical rather than horizontal column... an looking for another provider

Ordered prints in late June - estimated dispatch date was 3rd July. Sitting here today on 16th July and still not received. Spoke to customer service who that they're 'experiencing 14 day delays from estimated dispatch date' and not to contact them until 23rd July. I told them that 3 + 14 = 18? To which they said we don't include weekends in that number? What logic is this? Still not received my prints. HAD TO ORDER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND LOST THE MONEY. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a photo book which still hasn't arrived after 15 days. When I contact their Customer Services, I'm told just to wait! Twice! Please use another firm, their delivery estimates are useless and customer service is non-existent!

Ordered a photo book two weeks ago, money left my account but no order confirmation, logged onto my photo box account the next day and order was showing printing, then contacted photo box for an order confirmation (no reply) then checked photo box account and the order had disappeared, managed to get in contact with two separate people from the company, both of whom telling me I never placed an order with them even after me sending them over an image of the transaction on my online banking. Avoid ordering from them at all costs!

Orederd prints and it said it would be delivered on the 1st July, next email said 3rd July, then finally got on other on the 2nd saying that it will be here in the 7th. Too bloody late now, I would have orederd somewhere else. Customer care no help. Avoid unless you don't care when it arrives.

After ordering my daughter's Graduation pics into a memory book I was so dissapointed when i received it. Most of the heads were chopped off and that wasn't the case of the photos I sent. No refund for this!

AWFUL SERVICE. I searched around different printing company's to see which would be able to print an illustration for a my customer before fathers day. ALL other company's were clear when suggesting this may not be possible HOWEVER Photobox said clearly on the check out it could, by estimating delivery on the 9th June, so on the 3rd June i placed the order. I paid extra as they offered to pay £5 and my print would arrive by the 9th! It's now the 11th and they are telling me to give until the 25th June to allow it to arrive! THIS WAS NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED! DISGRACE, at least other company's like Snapfish, Boots, Tesco were very up front about their delivery time. Avoid Photobox fakes and go for one of the MANY other company's

Placed an order 18th April.
Received an email to say order has been dispatched and will be delivered 13th May. Waited another week as I understand current situation could cause further delays.
Still no parcel!
3 x emails later to Photobox and not even a single reply or acknowledgment yet.
Terrible customer service from what is supposed to be a reputable company. Can't believe they have nor even replied back.
Probably will never get my delivery or my money back.
Would not recommend as you maybe just
Giving your money away and getting nothing in return..

Photo jigsaw

I really wouldn't bother. Quality is shoddy despite submitting a high pixel photo as required. Then delivery well I placed order 23 April which has JUST delivered today. Save yourself the trouble and order from a UK company this company despatched from Germany I wouldn't recommend.

I literally cannot emphasize enough what a joke Photobox are. I ordered a jigsaw in April, its now June and it's still not here. Their customer service is a joke as they have no idea where things are and just keep saying their sorry, well so am I for even giving you my money in the first place. My delivery date has been pushed back 3 times now and I still don't have what I ordered. Each time and inbetween times I've had to start a live chat and waste my time as Photobox can't even send a poxy automated email telling me it's going to be later. Do not, and I cannot say this clearly enough, DO NOT ORDER FROM PHOTOBOX. They're a bunch of useless, clueless time wasters.

All I hope is that I don't have to chase up the order again for a refund, bet that will be a barrel of laughs.

I have been using Photobox for over 10 years now so have thought of them as a pretty reliable company. But think again... a very precious order that cost me a lot or though the sentimental value far out weighs the money I have lost through Photobox. Have been waiting for my order for over three months, have sent multiple emails, messages, written on their Facebook page and nobody gets back to you. (I have given them plenty of opportunity to get back to me but no one ever has). Very disappointed and upset Photobox has done this to me and my family. If you are thinking of ordering through Photobox maybe think twice read the reviews and look at their Facebook page, the company is obviously going down hill in a big way.

Gutted
May 25, 2020

Sent a photo of our black Labrador with him sitting on a tree stump, 1000 piece jigsaw thought this would be great for us all to do, the picture I sent was crystal clear, on receiving the jigsaw nothing was in focus and our black lab, was more blue, absolutely gutted expected better for what I paid. Wish I could of attached a completed picture, but sadly that's never going to happen. R Roberts.

Terrible company

Ordered a jigsaw 6 weeks ago and it has never arrived, they don't take calls, online chat is a joke leave you waiting for 30 mins and then hang up ignore emails! Have contacted trading standards as what they are doing in theft!

Awful. No contact to multiple emails (8 and counting). No contact number for Nz customers. No replies to facebook messages.
Have taken my money and have received no orders.
I have an order delivered in France somewhere not New zealand and no way to get hold of anyone. Avoid at all costs.
