Bought 2 canvasses from the company and one had some defects.
When I contacted them, they immediately got back to me to resolve the problem by sending a new canvas that was absolutely perfect!
Ordered 2 canvases. They sent as 2 shipments. One arrived the day after the INITIAL estimated/expected delivery date which was said to be 28th when I ordered, updated to 29th when they dispatched the items (was still in time for Mother's Day so that was perfectly fine.) The second canvas/parcel was only just now listed as received by Hermes 10 minutes ago (today is Mother's Day.)
Customer service are pathetic. Called Photobox yesterday (Saturday) and was told that Hermes haven't been updating their tracking system for the past 4 days, which isn't true as my first parcel arrived the day before and the tracking was working fine. I assume they didn't realise/listen when I said I had received one of my parcels, so they would think I didn't know that the tracking was actually working. Was then told I have to wait until Tuesday before they can declare the parcel as lost. Was also told I'd get the delivery refunded since it hasn't arrived in time. Haven't received said refund. Either customer service are ill informed or they just lie to customers to keep them happy.
Unless they actually refund me the delivery, as they said they would, and reimburse me further for their mess up then I, my family or my friends will not be ordering from Photobox again and will go elsewhere.
Tip for consumers: Don't use to purchase anything within the week or two of a holiday (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter etc) as it's a gamble whether it will arrive at all, never mind in time.
Ordered a gift with a mother's day delivery promise, phoned the office on Friday to be told it will definitely be here by Saturday. The tracking app says hermes still haven't received the parcel from photo box. I'll be getting a full refund and going elsewhere.
Pathetic and unbelievable - no respect for customers
If I say customer service is pathetic then it will be an understatement. I wish I could rate this company with less than 1 star.
I ordered 2 calenders on 1st of January one delivery for India another to Dubai. It was a gift to my family - photos of my newborn girl whom they havent met yet. Its been nearly 3 months but none of the parcels have been delivered yet.
When I contacted customer service first on 14th January via web chat I was made feel that it was my fault to place an order. The customer service girl was so rude, she asked why am I contacting in 14 days when its approximately 15 days?
I contacted them again on 19th via phone but they still didnt have any answer where the orders were. The lady I spoke to said she will reprint calenders and send special delivery. They used DHL who also didnt deliver any parcels. With Dubai order DHL asked 180 Dirham and when recipeint refused they just put a randon signature and said it was delivered.
With Indian order they have been holding the parcel for more than a for a month now.
Recipeint has been contacting them every day but they are so unhelpful. They kept on asking recipient for so many varifications for 3 weeks and after that said now they need sender's documents. Finally after so many calls messages to photobox they agreed to deliver but asked for £12.50 delivery and custom charges.
In february one of the manager called me after numerous call back requests. He reodered calender 3rd time and sent it via normal delivery but that too hasnt been delivered yet.
I call Photobox nearly every week for an update and every week I get a promise to sort things out but nothing happnes. Noone bothers to call back or look into the matter.
The calender has my new born girls photos and not sure what is happening with them. Really strange that company can not deliver simple item like a calender that too after trying 3 times. I am so paranoid and will never ever use this company again.
I would advise all who use this company after seeing promotional ads on Facebook please be careful.

I placed order on 25th November and still hasn't arrived. This is an Xmas present. Can't get through when call longest I waited was nearly 50 mins. Disgusting service won't be using again
Used for years to print out family calendars each year. No problem until this one. Bought credit, used, order cancelled - only found out when I logged onto photobox to check status. Went to support, they said a few photos were poor quality, got credit reinstated. Redid ALL the photos and made sure got the "happy face", ordered again, cancelled without notification again. Now going to request full refund and move to another provider. Feel completely let down, won't get the calendars out to my family this year now on time. Looks like they have gone rogue.
Fantastic calendar and great options for editing the pictures. The negative comments on here are silly!!
Ordered 25 prints and a advent calender 3rd of Dec advent calender still not arrived feel totally ripped off. No response to emails I've sent either.I recieved the prints which were ordered 3days after the advent calender Alot of the prints are faulty far to bright and some are unusable for what I wanted has tops of heads are missing really shoddy avoid like the plague I'm reporting this company to trading standards
Attracted by the Black Friday deal of 70% off Photo Calendars I visited the Photobox website. On being unable to find the deal that was advertised I made contact with customer services to seek clarification. The person I communicated with by email was very evasive and avoided providing a direct answer to my query. After 4 emails and doing everything but answering me questions they put a block on my emails. They are very dishonest.
I have spent 5 days making an album with 100+ pages. The price was set at x and never changed from day 1. Expensive but fair. Website has worked well and it was a nice present for my folks. Before ordering I contacted the customer service. Next day the price has automatically increased by 30% ........... which is really dumb!!!!!
Every year we order an A3 wall calendar. This year we got the 50% off email and went ahead and ordered a calendar. Today we receive an A4 calendar.......useless. What's the point of using these cowboys!
These guys are actually good and the support is fast, the reason for 3 stars is because like all of these print companies their vouchering and marketing is quite dishonest. They email me prices and i see discount codes, but then the discounts arent eligable at the prices they email me, then if i ask live chat to enable the discount, they first double the price, then enable discount codes, so it actually works out costing more than without the voucher. If pricing was more straightforward then I'd have given more stars.
AVOID! Awful slow website, claims able to upload in bulk but more than 1 or 2 at a time always results in "network error".
Default sets to premium product prints, so overcharges when trying to use credits.
They're expensive enough as it is, lots more much cheaper companies out there that provide a faster and better quality product.
Photobox customer service is also very poor.
I have called them six times now as part of my order was missing and it still hasn't arrived. Their customer service is a joke. You're on hold for ages and the staff members lie by telling you that items have been sent, when clearly they haven't. They never call you back when they say they will. The people they hire cannot do anything to help. Every query has to be forwarded by email to the 'production office'. I've now been on hold to them now for over half an hour, only to be told that it's '5pm and my query will be dealt with on Monday.' Of course, no managers are available when you want one. Funny that! Avoid this company at all cost.

This company has gone downhill places order they sent a Comformation that it was would be a certain time so I left work for afternoon to wait in whist I was in my house got an email saying sorry you was not in they pick the courier company Dpd totally idiots. Shocking services now have to take another day off work for some stupid mugs
Used to be brilliant but recent order in this year absolutely shocking. Truly awful customer experience as well in trying to deal with the issue.
im very disappointed about this web site. i ordered 6 photos and 1 photo book, they promise buy one get one free on everything. i got just 70p off . i was contacted service and they sey its just for items lovest price :)))) and another thing they took twice for delivery. its a good quality pictures, but service is realy poor, fake sales. dont trust them, hopes that can be usefull for somebody
Placed an order (£215.00) with Photobox (have ordered 20+ times previously). Received an email confirming payment along with an email from PayPal stating payment had been taken. Checked order status 5 days later and shows as cancelled. No notification that order had been cancelled and payment had not been refunded. Phoned to to query only to be told that might have been an issue and all they could do now is refund the payment and have to order again. Order needed to be delivered by Friday 8th September and paid for premium delivery. Earliest delivery date is now 12th September which doesnt work as this was needed for the weekend of 09th September. Customer services offered no resolution other than to refund and have to order again! Shocking.

The company was not rude and did reply to my emails but my photos took ages to upload and then there was huge delays in delivery due to a machine breaking down. I also did not realise the photos were coming from Malaysia (so were never going to arrive within the time frame I expected). When my 200 photos eventually arrived they were dark, grey and unusable. I will NOT be using the voucher codes I was provided with due to the long delay as I cannot use the photos in albums or scrapbooks - they do not reflect the images I uploaded. I do NOT recommend this company - save your TIME and money and get it done right in the first place somewhere else.
Ordered a phonebook for my best friends hen party and ensured I bought the express delivery with it so there was no risk of it arriving late. Unfortunately, the delivery address and billing address mysteriously merged together on Photobox's website and the package was held in the depot. I caught this a few days before I needed it, called Photobox and they corrected the address. The day before I needed the package, it still hadn't arrived and the tracking information said the package was going back to Photobox, for no apparent reason. After several calls to Photobox, they were no more than useless claiming they couldn't do anything and took no liability. Thankfully, Boots do the same job for half the price and within 24 hours, so my issue is sorted - so everyone who is reading this, go to Boots! The service is better and cheaper there!
More than half of the my photos arrived fault. They cut the above or the below of the photos absurd. I dont know how this web site has good reviews. Nonsense. Very bad experience. dont recommend them. I understand it is cheap so I wasn't expecting a good quality of the photos itself but I wasnt expecting to receive a bad cut of the printed photos.
I ordered a canvass from Photo Box last week, got it delievered yesterday. Though the service was very quick, the canvass was terrible. It was not crisp it was very blurry and my children's faces and hands on it was orange, what a waste of £30. First and last time I use that company again.
Don't even bother with express delivery.... I paid it for it to arrive on my fiancé birthday and I just kept getting emails saying it's not been processed not even an explanation of why! So frustrating I will never order from them again
