Ordered prints in late June - estimated dispatch date was 3rd July. Sitting here today on 16th July and still not received. Spoke to customer service who that they're 'experiencing 14 day delays from estimated dispatch date' and not to contact them until 23rd July. I told them that 3 + 14 = 18? To which they said we don't include weekends in that number? What logic is this? Still not received my prints. HAD TO ORDER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND LOST THE MONEY. AVOID AVOID AVOID
