Paper quality (GSM) has decreased considerably over the years to the point the calendar curls at the bottom.
They reprinted using the same paper and now refusing to refund.
The template has changed as well so you can no longer add text onto a picture in the date field.

Pathetic and unbelievable - no respect for customers
If I say customer service is pathetic then it will be an understatement. I wish I could rate this company with less than 1 star.
I ordered 2 calenders on 1st of January one delivery for India another to Dubai. It was a gift to my family - photos of my newborn girl whom they havent met yet. Its been nearly 3 months but none of the parcels have been delivered yet.
When I contacted customer service first on 14th January via web chat I was made feel that it was my fault to place an order. The customer service girl was so rude, she asked why am I contacting in 14 days when its approximately 15 days?
I contacted them again on 19th via phone but they still didnt have any answer where the orders were. The lady I spoke to said she will reprint calenders and send special delivery. They used DHL who also didnt deliver any parcels. With Dubai order DHL asked 180 Dirham and when recipeint refused they just put a randon signature and said it was delivered.
With Indian order they have been holding the parcel for more than a for a month now.
Recipeint has been contacting them every day but they are so unhelpful. They kept on asking recipient for so many varifications for 3 weeks and after that said now they need sender's documents. Finally after so many calls messages to photobox they agreed to deliver but asked for £12.50 delivery and custom charges.
In february one of the manager called me after numerous call back requests. He reodered calender 3rd time and sent it via normal delivery but that too hasnt been delivered yet.
I call Photobox nearly every week for an update and every week I get a promise to sort things out but nothing happnes. Noone bothers to call back or look into the matter.
The calender has my new born girls photos and not sure what is happening with them. Really strange that company can not deliver simple item like a calender that too after trying 3 times. I am so paranoid and will never ever use this company again.
I would advise all who use this company after seeing promotional ads on Facebook please be careful.
I ordered a poster to be delivered to my son's friend for his 21st birthday. I live in Manchester and my son is at university in Cardiff.
I paid £7.99 for express delivery so that he would get the poster in time as I couldn't be there for an important milestone in his life and the poster was my way of being there on the day.
I receive a text and email on the Monday to say my parcel will be delivered on Tuesday so I make arrangements as his friend is in all day only to receive another text on the Tuesday morning to say there's been an issue and it will be delivered on Wednesday. I think fine as his birthday is on Wednesday. I requested for the parcel to be delivered after 12.30pm as his friend will be at uni in the morning. The jobs worth cannot guarantee the delivery time and will not do anything and cancels the order without confirmation with myself. I then eventually get a manager to speak to me after numerous calls who assures me it will be delivered after 12.30pm.
Needless to say I think I've saved the day only to find DPD have delivered in the morning and not only that they have returned my parcel to Photobox. Once I realised they had delivered in the morning I called numerous times leaving messages to speak to a manager but got no return call. Eventually I happen to get hold of the manager I spoke to the day before as she happened to pick up my call. I couldn't continue the conversation as it had upset me so much that I asked for her or someone to call me back the following day.
Once again no phone call came and I had to phone again on Thursday morning. By this time they had already ruined the surprise for my son on the most important day and I was already wound up and upset. No manager called me but they assured me the poster would be re-printed and sent out again on express delivery.
It was the following Monday when someone eventually called me. I was assured it was investigated but all I got was excuses.
Giving me a refund and re-printing and sending the poster out again was no compensation for the heartache that Photobox caused me by not delivering on time. The moment of my son receiving it on time and the pleasure I would have got seeing his face and hearing the excitement on his face when he opened it were all gone and I will never get that back. For an organisation that is in a business where they created lasting memories for people, the service and lack of understanding was appalling. Photobox left me with the worst memories of my son's 21st birthday and I can never get back the day.
No matter how hard I tried to explain what this meant to me all I got quoted by the staff and management there was that there was nothing they could do and that DPD had 1-3 days to deliver and their policies.
I will never use Photobox again and I would seriously urge others not to use them in the future. There is no amount of compensation that will pay for the upset that I felt that day. There are things that management could have done to make sure my son received the poster in time but they didn't want to do anything yet they managed to re-print and deliver in one day when it was too late.
