Ordered a Christmas ornament 12/7/21. It is 1/2/22. This shipment has been delayed several times. As of today is still delayed and no delivery date. Customer service is an absolute joke and will not help you at all. When you make a purchase it is 100% guaranteed! Not the case!
They will send you a scripted email about "exceptions". Do not order from this company they will not send out a replacement or a refund. Do yourself a favor, order from someone else they do not care about the customer or your satisfaction.
I ordered a personalized yoga mat and strap. They never sent the strap. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I had nothing to give because of this company. I even ordered expedited shipping. They have me back the shipping, but I still want the strap I paid for. Please don't waste your time with this company unless you don't care what you get or if you get it.

After reading all the horrible reviews I was scared that this website wasn't legit so I was really happy to see my package delivered and the robe I ordered was what I expected and the quality was perfect and they delivered to my door on Christmas Eve through FedEx Thank you!
P.S. The lettering of her name was exactly how we wanted it also! We will be doing business again with personalization mall again!

Name on mug is placed for use by a left handed person, Very disappointed that an option was not offered at time of ordering. Should come through for use by right handed individuals as they are the majority.

I bought several item as Christmas gifts and the quality was so horrible that I had to buy replacement gifts!
1. The blankets are so cheaply made…thin to the point of see through
2. The cutting boards had zero top coat and splinted wood…talk about bacteria uGH
3. The wooden signs are not wood…. They are so thin and cheep! The hinges broke immediately
It's a scam because everything is personalized there is no refunds! Don't make the mistake I did! This company should be out of business

Missed delivery for Christmas 2nd year in a row! I ordered from you last year, an ornament with my grandson's picture on it - he passed away at 5 months old. The ornament was for his mother. I was guaranteed delivery by Christmas and it did not arrive. I thought I would give you a second chance this year and I ordered on Dec. 4,2021, earlier than last year, and was again guaranteed delivery by Christmas. As of yesterday the tracking information promised it would be delivered by end of day today. It was not! I just looked at tracking information and the delivery date of today has been deleted and no information is available regarding a delivery date - exactly what happened last year! I even called your office four days ago to explain what happened last year and to express my concern that the tracking data showed the package arrived 20 miles from my home on Dec. 14th but had yet to be delivered and did not show a delivery date. I wanted to make sure I received the present as guaranteed by your company this year after what happened last year. I was assured by your representative that the package would arrive by end of day December 23rd, and a delivery date with December 23rd was placed up on the tracking information the day of my call. When the package did not arrive today I tried to call you and you are closed until after Christmas! I now do not have a present for a relative and have to go buy one tomorrow. Last year, your mistake hurt a grieving mother, this year another family member. Because I need to purchase another gift tomorrow, I want my money refunded immediately! I gave your company a 2nd chance, and was let down AGAIN! I have called Federal Express and was told that your company uses the cheapest shipping option which allows them to deliver the package whenever they want and they will get it to me when they can. I no longer want the item because I can't get It to my relative! I want all my money refunded immediately!

I ordered before I read all of the awful reviews and crossed my fingers I would be the exception. My order arrived 4 days after I ordered when I paid for shipping by Christmas Eve (it would have been 10 days). I was pleased with the shipping information they provided me. It was through FedEx with a valid tracking number. I ordered beer glasses (the short version, I don't know what they are called) with a personalized initial art and caption on the side. The website immediately showed me a proof once I entered my information. It appeared to be a sticker on the side. I was hoping it would be a quality sticker so I ordered anyway. When they arrived, the design was etched on the side in a permanent manner. It was very slightly imperfect but only if you were looking. I was overall very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased a stocking that I put in a name but did not display a year option when I ordered. I did not see a preview of the order so I assumed it was all good. Just the name on the wood paw. When it came in the mail it had a year on it 2001 well it is 2021 now and got the puppy 2021. At this point I assumed it was a automated thing. Well when I called I asked and the lady said no it is not automated and that there was an option. And that I could not return or exchanged. And on policies said as long as it is unopened in original package I can exchange. And I told her I wanted to speak to supervisor and she said she could not that I would be put on a list. What the hell this is the worst customer service I have ever delt with. She started being a Bxxxx to me. How can you be a business if you can not talk to a supervisor! I am very dissapointed and will not buy from here again! Do not buy you will be dissapointed in the products and service from these people.

Ordered Christmas gifts for my two older granddaughters on 11/29/21… today is 12/20/21 and these still have not shipped from the warehouse in IL and I got notice on 12/8/21 that they were shipped…
After 5 or 6 days of battling with these customer service idiots… they finally agreed to reproduce my order and send it out… got notification from FedEx that the label was created and that it was loaded on a truck and still no movement all day today and I'm supposed to have it Weds 12/22/21 before 8pm… yeah right…
To say that I'm not holding my breath is an understatement…
Will NEVER buy anything from this company again…and I will no longer recommend their company to anyone… personalcreations only for me… at least they stand behind their products and shipping standards…

Horrible customer service. They put my order on hold after they saw my card didn't match my original information which is understandable, but then instead of bothering to understand the situation they needed to speak to the card holder which was MY MOM! She works and so do I, so they made the situation hard on us both so I didn't appreciate that. I had my card compromised so I had to make do and give her cash in exchange to borrow her card so that I could get her this gift that she will not be receiving at all or on time for that matter. I even called 3 times over the course of 3 days to resolve the issue in which case I was sent to vm after their automated vm said they were closed for the day which is absolute bs. I will not be buying from this website again because its not their job to be concerned about these things and then to full proof it either, its their job to sell, pack and send out. Get your gifts elsewhere don't waste your money or time you'll be better off.

I thought I had found a very unique gift for my dad with a printed ammo box with his name on it. When it arrived I actually thought they forgot to put the writing on it at first because the ink was so light. I contacted customer service who had me send a picture to an email that didn't work. Then I had to call customer service again to get a different email. That person told me that that was their new style and they would not refund my money. I could send the item back at my own expense and get a store credit. Are you kidding me? I then tried to contact the customer service number again and they have a recording that says due to unforeseen circumstances, their business number is closed and not accepting phone calls. They then direct you to an email site that doesn't respond either. I guess my next step is the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I have ordered many things over the years and while I have been generally satisfied with the product the one time I have had a delivery issue I have had zero help. The carrier said the problem is them and they will not return a call. Looks like this gift is not going to make it. So next time I will look for another site to do personalized work.

Reading the reviews, I was a bit nervous about ordering an ornament for my grandsons first Christmas, but they had exactly what I want. I am very happy with the ornament, it came the exact day they said it would. And the ornament is awesome. I would have like the writing to be a bit bigger, but that's not their fault. Very impressed and I will definitely order from this company again

I am very unhappy with personalized mall this year. I have been ordering from them for four years now, and this year I have so many things that haven't been delivered yet, when they say it will be here by Christmas so I'm so very Disappointed in them I probably will not be using them again.

Do not order a friends clock! I sent 2 as christmas presents... both were screwed up! When i called customer service service they were not helpful. Very very embarassed sending those as gifts!

I received my order, a large personalized wooden cutting board and it was severely warped. When I called you customer service line the lady told me to take pictures so your company could determine what they are going to do. This was a defective product and I am owed my money back. I am contacting my bank and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is fraud!

Answer: They won't fix it. I called customer service and they pretty much said to bad. Also they may make you a new one but charge you 50% and the shipping charge.
Answer: I wouldn't if I was you. Use another company if you can. I haven't received the order I placed over 20 days ago. Don't recommend them at all. My experience.
