Tried to call 3 days in a row; on hold for 1hr. 45 minutes so far today; 60 minutes yesterday. Never an answer or call back. My question doesn't fit into their limited email categories and no room to ask anything else. I used to love this place.

I ordered 4 Christmas stockings for my twins' first Christmas on 12/4. The stockings arrived on 12/10 and looked like they were made by people without supervision or guidance. The names were placed at haphazard locations on each of the stockings (so they do not look uniform at all when placed on the mantle). My son's name is completely crooked (they started the lettering at.25 inches and it ended at 1.25 inches). My name was placed on the stocking at 1.375 inches below the seam, while my daughter's name was placed at.375 inches below the seam. Finally my husband's name was placed at.75 inches below the seam. See the proof for yourself--the pictures are worth more than my words. I sent pictures of the defects to their Customer Service department on 12/12 and the response I received on 12/13 (after I called to follow up) was as follows:
"This has been reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team and they have determined the item was made according to the design parameters created by our Design Department.
We suggest to take the stocking and open the cuff up and adjust the cuff material. The cuff at the top of the stocking needs to be aligned so the name gets centered. You may have to lay a book or something heavy on the stocking to make the creases on the side lay flat."
Now I ask you? What does the cuff have to do with the positioning of the letters on the body of the stocking? I took a picture of all the cuffs lined up and surprise, surprise... the letters were still crooked and misaligned.
If this is their standard of design, do yourself a HUGE favor and find another company to do business with--one who truly values their customers and honors their published word.
Ordered a Christmas stocking for my grandson for $14, shipping costs were $13. Item shipped Dec 4 and every day UPS delays the order. PM web site states item will arrive in 3-5 days. Its Dec 14th and the item still has not arrived. I am so disappointed with Personalization Mall for charging an outrageous fee when the item may have arrived quicker and cheaper using the post office.
I do not recommend this company and will never use again.

When I received my ornament, it was broken and the lettering was off centered. It was a heavy ornament and was wrapped and packaged in deflated bubble wrap. With what I paid for shipping, you would think it would've been packaged in a box, at minimal. Of course I immediately emailed the company and have emailed two more times since and have yet to receive a response. Obviously I'm not going to receive a replacement in time for Christmas, if at all. This is my last time ordering anything from them.
I wouldn't even give a star-I purchased a custom light and custom ornament. Both arrived fairly quick but both looked horrible. Products almost looked used. I emailed and they did respond right away-had me send pics of both. They said they would send a replacement light. I just received the replacement light and its damaged as well. So scratched up-i am embarrassed to give this as a gift. I will not be purchasing from here again...the items looks so cute but not worth the time. Better options out there for the price! The attached pictures were of the replacement light and base-the first light was a lot worse.
This site is a joke. Offered $1.99 Ornament, with a $13 shipping fee attached. I had nothing to buy for a family I don't know well so I went with this. Even paid $6.95 for a box I could have gotten at the dollar store. The box is glued shut so I can't even check the spelling. They are crazy with those shipping costs. You're fooling no one, you're making BANK on that. Never again. Not a chance.
One star is probably too many. When my order arrived it was broken in 4 pieces. How do they think sending a breakable ornament in a thin bubble wrap envelope, tucked into a flimsy plastic bag isn't going to get broken in shipping. Really! I'm absolutely sure UPS and USPS know that this is breakable. Never again will I order from Personalized Mall.
This is the worst product I've ever received from Personalization Mall, and they need to stop doing business with this client. I ordered the personalization women's scarf item #******* for a Christmas gift; well, I was highly disappointed in the quality (thin) material. Now I have to take my business somewhere else and spend more money; that I don't have. Unfortunately, I do not know how to load picture from my camera on my phone, to my computer, to show product.
Workers are not paying attention what they are doing. I ordered a christmas stoking and they sent me a santa hat ordered from another person with a wrong personalization. Horrible!
Personalization Mall advertised a one to two days turnaround time to receive paid orders. This is a false advertisement. I placed an order with Personalization Mall on November 4,2022. It is now November 18,2022. The company (Krystle G and Sabrina R) indicated my order will show up on December 12,2022. I will not place future orders with this company. They provide false advertisements but no action.

I have ordered from Personalization Mall for several years, many items! The quality is top notch, the ordering process is very easy, and the service can not be beat. I am a school teacher and love giving personalized gifts to my colleagues and our staff. The students also are excited to see such fun memo cubes on different teacher's desk. I love given the photo mugs to friends and family. I have given my girl trip friends mugs with a picture of our group. I have given friends and family members picture mugs of loved ones that have passed away. My daughters are both professionals with offices. I have given them memo cubes, mouse pads, mugs, and other office accessories for their offices. This is something they ask for every other year or so when they are ready to make changes to their office areas.
I recently lost my dog after 15 years of nothing but love and happiness. I placed an order for a pillow and blanket in her memory. I got shortly afterwards and loved it! I will order again and I highly recommend them
Navy mat bleached to lavender in 3 months - they would not exchange and customer service said they didn't care if they received a bad review - they wouldn't exchange or refund after 30 days
Spoke to someone about an order I placed they told me it did not go through so I tried to order it again. I got 2 of everything I ordered and was charged $500. Called today and spoke with Mary Jo who was rude af. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY RIP YOU OFF. Stay away and go somewhere better. Hey Mary Jo go fk yourself $#*!.
Received item in less than 5 days via regular Fedex. I am impressed with the quality and it arrived

Make sure you read the whole Description of the product because they'll say 5 by 7 but holds 2 by 3 inch picture I've ordered a few things from here but never again disappointed
This is my first time ever using this company and so far, not happy. I am 11 days into my order and still not received it. After 8 days and tracking, it says no delivery date and with "pending". This was a birthday gift that looking at it, won't arrive before it! IF I ever get my package, I will not use this company in the future.
These shirts are not made for actual children but baby dolls. The 2T shirt neck hole measures only 4" in diameter. A new born baby's head is larger than this... don't waste your money if you have a real child. Attached are pictures of the shirt I ordered vs a shirt made for living children. Both are "2T".
Paid extra to receive item in 3 days. It's been over a week and my item is barely "in transit". I was promised a refund by 2 reps but the 3rd refused to give it nor even show any form of courtesy whatsoever. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
I had bought a cap for my husband for Father's day and he's worn it a few times but because he sweat it lost its colour, (we live in FL so yes it's hot) I washed it thinking I could wash it out but no, it's now a mess. I haven't contacted them because there's no way to.

Answer: They won't fix it. I called customer service and they pretty much said to bad. Also they may make you a new one but charge you 50% and the shipping charge.
Answer: I wouldn't if I was you. Use another company if you can. I haven't received the order I placed over 20 days ago. Don't recommend them at all. My experience.
