Everything on perpay is of great help id just prefer to be able to track my packages more easily. Any of my packages I have never been able to tell when they were being delivered, because of getting no notifications (emails, messages, app notifications, etc.) or even a proper tracking number. My first package I had no clue was even being delivered and missed the delivery guy multiple times. This is the only issue I've had with this app other than that the app is great :).
I love everything I've gotten from this company so far it's really easy and it's great that they do weekly payments the only thing that needs work is the direct deposit setup it's really a big hassle
Very Happy with my purchase, just finished payments and got an email stating it boosted my credit which in fact it did. Easy payments don't even notice it coming out of my pay check. Great selection of product also.
Right off the bat I was given $600 credit limit to shop. Then after I made my first purchase I was offered a $500 credit card I could use anywhere. Pretty amazing. Prices are rather high but payments are pretty cheap.
I bought 2 Apple pens and a iPad case. Come to find out there where not compatible. Never open never used. I still was charged not only the shipping free plus 10 dollars plus a 10% restocking fee. Horrible to rip people of knowing they already don't have the money or they wouldn't be paying double to get the things. STAY AWAY!

Im not sure why there are such bad reviews. I have bought quite a few things so far and never had a problem until last week. My package came and had been broken. I emailed and got a quick response and they are shipping a new bottle out for me.
As for prices being high...of course they are. Many of us are using this due to bad or no credit. It is what it is.

I am dissatisfied. I ordered an item 3 weeks ago and have still not gotten my product. Ive now asked for a refund and cancel my order because they are jot holding up on their end. I dont understand how they are able to take money from you but not produce a product... will NOT Deal with them again

I paid my last money's owed and tried to cancel my account/PerPay + subscription I guess is what they call it prior to December. I have now been emailing back and forth with the (I believe to be automated) customer service for over 2 weeks now. There are very helpful instructions on how to cancel your account, except when following the instructions... there isn't an actual link to click on like the instructions state. The picture is of their most recent email to me and my reply.

I have have placed 2 orders so far. I am mindful to go in when the last payment will be due and remove the direct deposit option so they won't receive any more direct deposits after the last payment. I didn't have any problem with first order products were good and and still working. A air fryer, baby carrier & a laptop. I no longer have the laptop so I don't know how it's working. I recently ordered a 65 inch tv and some beats headphones for my daughter. The headphones after a month won't charge past 20% The tv after a week keeps cutting off losing connection. & screen getting distorted. Keep having to unplug to reset. I would just say don't purchase any high end electronics from them. For sure

I've used Perpay a lot now. It's super easy and convenient, but there is a massive price increase on items purchased. This is essentially the loan interest worked into the cost rather than the payments. Some things are almost twice the cost of buying them in full through a regular store. But if you'd prefer to pay a little bit over time and are okay with the costs, it's well worth it.
They keep giving me notices I owe when I do not. I paid them off and they closed my card a while back. Now they keep sending me notices I owe more. I don't even have the card anymore. No one responds back. The bed frame I bought already split. The dresser broke some. All with regular use. Nothing extra. I tried to get items they said they have. Sent me the wrong thing. I'd just be careful with them.

I have had issues with my card being declined multiple times and when I called customer service, they were no help whatsoever. I only had help from one person and Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the outcome. I am still unable to use my card for certain purchases that I should be able to use it for.

Spent about $15,000 with them on big dollar items and never missed a single payment and they take longer and longer to ship every order I make...advertise I'm in active shipping status which means supposed to ship soon as order is made and it still takes a week to get order rolling and customer service is clueless with the same answer every time...I recommend Fingerhut before these guys cuz they lost me as a customer for taking way to long to ship

6-8 weeks to ship. Way overpriced and still have to pay for it while I'm waiting for it to even arrive. By time it's arrived it'll be paid off. Worst shipping time frames ever.
There is no customer service number only a chat that takes a minimum of 1 day to reply. And when they do reply it's usually then saying "I don't know" when I ask why it takes 6-8 weeks when they have it IN STOCK.

I love it that it already taken out of my paycheck or direct deposit. It's like I don't have to worry about the payment because it's already done but the products is limited and expensive. I bought ps5 and it's like I have to pay double of what it's worth.

I have only been a customer since November of 2023, but, so far the experience has been good. Only one minor hiccup when a product was no longer in stock but y'all were able to get a comparable replacement. I also appreciate the Perpay credit card to rebuild my credit. Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
