Prepay has the most respectful customer service out there they answer any questions or concerns about any problems you may have. The time frame for your problems or your concerns will be answered in a timely fashion. I love Prepay I stop using Afterpay and only use Prepay. Trust me when I say that you can't go wrong with Prepay they are the best by far
I love shopping on perpay. Payments are low, while it may take a minute to pay off the products are fantastic, 100% authentic, and come before the balance is payed off. They also making my credit look real good.
Ive had all great experiences except when i changed my address and they still sent my things to the weong address is still charging me for it, i cant get in touch with anyone i filled out a form weeks ago heard absolutely nothing back but my uggs are just gone.
Perpay is a great app for building credit. I started using it last summer & my credit has gone up almost 100 points since then. The products are great quality & everything arrives within a reasonable time. Would definitely recommend to those starting their credit journey.
Prepay is the best buy now pay later company out there! It's easy, and quick. Top of the line products at decent prices. They even help build your credit as long as you pay as agreed. If you have any apprehension about using them, just try it and I promise you won't regret it! Perfect for Christmas shopping!
They claim that they Report to the Credit bureaus which they don't i've been having this account for over 3 years and never been reported on my Credit
I love the idea of Perpay. It's the only way I've been able to buy big cost items. The only issues I have with it are: I wish each item had more pictures to them. It's hard to see the full use of the product since there's only on picture for each item. Also, sometimes the button features don't work right. If you press the back button it will back out to the home button instead of going back just one page. And if you order more than one item, it comes in multiple shipments which is fine, but it doesn't always give you clear direction on which item is being shipped and when. It just says it was delivered when only one item was.
Who really needs to read my review when it's perfectly clear with barely 3 stars and 54% of the reviews are a 1 star rating? That alone should be enough to say to one self "Nope, not even going to buy at all" Don't ya think?

Unresponsive customer service. Can't reach anyone by phone, email, or chat. Other than that I like using it when I don't need assistance. The prices are marked up well over the store prices, but I guess that's the trade off for not charging "interest". If they create a better way to communicate issues my star rating would be higher

Have been trying to return an item for 3 weeks. They refuse to send a return shipping label. They will not answer the phone, or provide any updates. Stay away from this company! I would give them 0 stars. Contacting BBB

Let me start by saying I have bought tons of stuff & currently pay almost $300 monthly for items I am happy with. However, I started looking for a file cabinet w/perpay. Their price is $22.50 x 16 pays=$360 which was shocking to me for a small 3 drawer cabinet, no matter quality. I looked online for pricing to see exactly what the difference in pricing is & the exact product goes from $160-$178! Look, I totally understand they are taking a chance & they are in the business of making money but $180 profit? Absolutely disgusting! Even $50-$60 is pushing it. This does not even include tax & shipping. Will not use them once my items are paid off. Profit? Ok fine, but this is predatory. I will do business somewhere else. Very disappointed in PerPay.
My card constantly gets declined. I have been told what not to use card on. Purchasing a movie off of Amazon was not on that list and now my card is possibly blocked... I respond and try to get info from message received and shows nothing. I can't get a response from the support team and I have called numerous times only to be hung up on...multiple times.

I never had an issue with them until now. I Never received the Iphone said it was out of stock and can't get an answer from customer support.they took payment for it already. It's been two weeks since I ordered it.

Honestly I was a little nervous but it's been great. Ordered our xbox as a mutual Christmas present for my husband and myself. Got it even faster than I thought brand new. I've made steady payments the whole time and any time I had a question it was answered as quick as possible. When I had finished paying off the xbox my credit shot up its great!
I have been a customer of Perpay for 3 years now! They really do make it possible to afford big ticket items if you don't have or want to pay the full price upfront. They do charge a little more for their items but in all reality, the little bit extra they charge is still cheaper than the interest rate on my credit cards! I use them every Christmas for my 4 kids gifts and none of us have been dissatisfied so far! The best part is, is that you don't have to have impeccable credit to get approved, Just a source of verifiable income and your good to go! Thank you Perpay for making my kids and now granddaughter's Christmases extra special 👐👐
Items are over priced but to be expected based on the type of program. Customer service is unresponsive; rarely answer your questions accurately and you can only contact via chat which is not live. Additionally, they have no means for you to track how they are applying payments and when you ask for statements they ignore the request and reduce your spending limit.(even with a perfect payment history). Questionable motives and ethics.
I opened a secured card with perpay and set up my direct deposit and had money taken out twice. Which is fine except I never received my card. First card was set to arrive by 4/14. Never came. I submitted a ticket and put in for another card and still nothing. I'm writing this on 5/8 with no idea if I'm ever going to get a card. Now all I have I a statement showing how much money I paid into this card I do not have access to and that isn't reporting the balance. Wish I never joined.

So this is a follow-up review from my original review on March the 7th it's been over 2 months and per pay customer service has completely failed unresponding and correcting my issue and instead they're sending me emails threatening to report me to a credit bureau for a product that they have obviously refused to make right on and what's even worse their excuse is it's outside of the 30-day return. When I responded to them and contacted them multiple times within the 30-day starting the day that I received the product and here it is May 27th and nothing

I have had nothing but the best experience with perpay. The only thing is that I don't like is the fact that everything is overpriced and having a bigger quantity of items as far as certain sizes but other than that I will continue to be a customer.
Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
