2 of the products I purchased stopped working within the first 3 months and have not been able to replace or get refunded. I bought my mom the Kendall & Kylie Watch for Mother's Day 2023 & it didn't even make it to the next, and she only wear it to church 😒 😡
First I'll say they give you a spending limit mine was 1000 I was going to place an order bit then changed my mind well guest what they lower my spending limit to 850 just because they wanted to force me to make the purchase stay away.

Last test for about 4 months I was doing chemo and out of work so I couldn't pay on my account. Soon as I went back to work I paid it off, was granted a credit card but they won't allow me to use my $1500 credit limit. I have been a long time customer and had hard times.
Perpay is great if you need to make a payment plan to acquire items you would like to have and or need. Payments come out of your check every week so there is no need to worry about keeping up with an extra bill. Also you have a chance to gain ownership of a credit card them also. And they also report to the major credit bureaus on your behalf for both the card and all your purchases at perpy
This was my first time using perpay. As they do charge a considerable markup, as someone who can afford payments and not lump sums this was good option. I took a chance on it and I got my item in less than a week. I ordered the new Xbox elite controller and it works perfectly. I have not had to experience the customer service yet but my experience was flawless. The only downside is the markup. Again, it's a good option for me. Thanks!

Absolutely the easiest online purchase return I've ever experienced. I was worried because I was in the hospital with heart issues and was outside of the window in the return policy, I didn't even have to tell them I was in the hospital. I wish al companies were this easy to deal with.

One thing I ordered I am not happy with at all.
And they droop my credit score by decreasing my credit limit because I was waiting for my direct deposit to go through. Annnd I get paid weekly and their payment schedule shows biweekly payments so I actually pay more than I am expected and they still dropped my credit limit which lowered my credit score.

I received an item that was broken upon receiving it. I sent in pictures as they requested, it's been a couple weeks and they just keep asking me to submit pictures and not how to return the item. I'm paying for an item I cannot use.

It's a great way to buy things and pay over time through your job. I have done a lot of my Christmas shopping on Perpay. What I like is that they have the newest gadgets and fashion trends. They do up the price a little, but for the most part it's worth it especially if you have a credit card through them. Even if you don't have a balance and pay on it your balance will keep going up.
At first I enjoyed Perpay but now it became a nightmare due to I used a shipping address for one of my orders associated with a person that I guess has a past due balance with Perpay they tell me I can't order until they bring account current. My shipping address is totally different I only used their address once. I was not aware of this persons account status with Perpay so it makes no sense. How am I being penalized for someone's bad financial decisions?

I ordered 599.00 dollars worth of Xmas stuff for my kids they sent me the speakers but did not send the beats ear buds instead I got a switch case and beat earphones I have requested a return on the items that I received but they keep sending a email from a bot system saying to return the ear buds how can I return something I don't have? The best secret to buying expensive items at low affordable prices. I have been able to purchase much needed items without breaking the bank. The payments are affordable and they come right out my paycheck so I don't have to worry about missing a payment. It even helps with my credit score. I love perpay!
Everything was good for about 6 months. I have a credit card and they report to the Credit bureau. Just recently I ordered AirPod pro on 4/20 it is now 5/2 and I have yet to receive item or even receive a timeframe for the order. I have spoken with chat support 4 different times and nothing has been resolved. I keep getting they will contact Distributing partner. They have taken money for the item but yet no answers. The support team must do better! This is a great app that can do some good for people but the downfall can be the customer service. Another company will come along and be better at it. I was a happy customer until this happened!

Tried placing order and submitted paystubs. Make more then what the item costs in a day at my work. But will say order not approved. Even tho its within my spending limit. Starting to think this is somewhat way to get money.

After you receive a spending limit your order goes to our Approvals Team. The order itself goes under an additional review process. Unfortunately, I do not have specific visibility into the basis for this decision.
