Perplay has finally refunded the 298.00 back to my banking account. It took less than 2 working days. I am glad of the resolution but I wish they had agents you can speak with to get issues resolved. They only had instant messages and that may take sometime before anyone responds.
This company continued to take money out of my account after I successfully paid off an item. I have been speaking to Micheal and Simon and they still have not paid me back 288.00. I will ve seeking legal counsel and will report a theft by receiving. This is ridiculous that after you pay a item off you still take money out of someone's account. I have screen shots of all conversations and yet to have my money refunded.
I placed an order. Over $500 worth of stuff. For one, they charge for shipping and secondly they take forever to ship anything. I had already made 3 payments on the item before it even got delivered to me. That's how long it takes. They need to do away with charging for shipping when you spend a certain amount. Secondly, money shouldn't be pulled from my account until they have confirmation that the item has been delivered. I didn't even know if the item was in good condition or not so they need to stop doing that. Don't waste your money here.
I love being able to buy large items with Perpay. Having it taken out of my check makes it easy. The only issue I have is I have been a customer for a year and a half purchasing many items and paying them off, yet I have never been offered the Perpay credit card. I have met their qualifications and still nothing. They give you very little information and no way to ask questions.
They say they're interest free but they fail to mention their products are almost double what you'd spend in store. I was curious and looked at a TV on perpay. It was 300 less through best buy. Just because they offer payments, doesn't make it worth it.
I have purchased a few things from Perpay and ive loved everything ive received EXCEPT my cast iorn set. The set came w 3 pans and 2 of them were broken. I tried to reach out to CS and nothing, your company does not make it easy to connect with someone in these areas. I continued to try different ways to contact someone and finally i got someone, he told me to email the pictures of the broken pans etc and i did but no one ever got back to me. Now my new issue with a purchase im currently trying to make is it shows once im done choosing what i want, the amount that will come out of each check and then once approved its giving me a different amount(higher), this has never happened to me with previous purchases.
I wanted a place I could get products with poor credit who would approve me without paying too much over market and per pay helped me.
I've been trying to contact customer service via phone call and via chat About making a withdrawal. Of the funds that's in my per pay account. I've sent multiple emails. Sent multiple messages on the chat screen. Haven't heard back from anyone. Is anyone else having this problem? Customer service isn't the greatest.
I read reviews some people are saying they didn't have a great experience but I did. I turned my perpay information into my employer the payment was taking out 10/13 my product was at my house 10/15. Although the site said it would take 3 to 5 weeks. If your item is accessible at the moment and your payment info legit you will get your products in good time as if you bought it full price direct from the original retailer themselves. I love this site good job guys.

I really do love this! I'm able to get my son his birthday and Christmas gifts and I'm able to pay weekly with my paycheck. It even helped my credit go up since I've been making my payments on time 🥰 Thank you Perpay!
So I started my direct deposit information last week on the 23 of August of 2023. I decided to move forward with trying to contact someone to make sure that my deposit went into the right account even though I copied and pasted the bank info for the Perpay account. When I did reach someone they immediately dismissed me and I havent heard back from them since. All I got was a message saying they would forward the information and reach out to me quickly. Its been almost a week. I still have not heard from them. I will be pulling my direct deposit information this week if I still do not hear from you Perpay. I can afford to buy anything on your site in cash but I am choosing to do this because I want to spread the payments out.

I purchased a laptop through Perpay. The payments came out of my check automatically, ensuring that payments were always on time. It helped boost my credit score and my credit amount was raised with them (my buying power) super quick! I love Perpay!
I was in discussion with a rep about how to continue to make payment since I was switching employers, it was a call I made in advance knowing I was switching. Rep didn't know what to do and was researching options. Finally after a few week span I had a payoff resolution, and in the meantime issued me a late payment mark on my credit report and refused to remove it when I inquired about it.

This company took my money and make it extremely hard for me to get it back. I paid off an item and they continue taking my money from my check and ladies and gentlemen, if you notice how easy it was for them to take your money well try to get it back. It's a Fraud. We miss you overpay so they could force you into buying something and they tell you they will deposit a small amount on your bank account but it could take three months for that to happen until you give up and just buy something stay away from this company

I have e used this for 4 years now amd I love it, paying gor high value items with weekly pay is great. The only issue i had was when I was in the hospital last year for three months I couldn't pause it and it brought my credit down 100 points.
I've been using perpay for over 2 years. I've ordered a sofa, washer and many household items. I even ordered an iPhone, with no hassle. No hidden fees and everything is presented before moving forward on the purchase. I gave 4 stars because their shipping can be extremely expensive on larger items. They do give you more credit with the more you buy. It's a great alternative to credit cards.

While i understand that the service would be expected to have somewhat higher cost for having installments on items, the prices of items on most items are at least double what you would get anywhere else by paying directly to the merchants. If you're ok with this, go ahead and use it, they do deliver and fundamentally the service does what it says. Be aware there is no live customer service, and it takes at least a day via their messaging system to get back with you. The messaging system that seems to be made to look like a chat system is not. Takes the same 24 hours to get an initial response and sometimes just as long to get subsequent responses related to your questions. Customer service is very sup par for today's world. I have used perpay in the past for a few years and realized how much time and money i'm wasting by going through them.

I purchased a computer through them in December 2020, I received it and was happy, 4 days later it stopped working, then the only means of contact them for any support is through email, there is no means of speaking with a live person even through there "chat" services, which is a joke! I get the return label, I return the computer, I receive the replacement a few weeks later. Again, excited to get my new computer set up and ready to go. 4 days later yup you guessed it stopped working! Contacted them through their crappy means of communication and 2 weeks later I finally receive a return label, but they are refusing to refund my purchase, they will only give me credit back onto their site, and I now refuse to do business with them ever again!
This is my first time using PerPay, but so far I'm very satisfied. I was able to make a large purchase and they broke it into 8 affordable payments that are routed into my payment account from my paycheck. It's a great idea for people who have bad credit or no credit or even if you don't want to pay outrageous interest on your credit card. You have to follow the directions carefully to set up the payment process, but if your company uses a payroll service like ADP, it's super easy. Just don't forget to stop the payments after you've paid the balance. They shipped my order after the first payment. That's why they need our SSN. What if someone doesn't finish paying for their purchase? Then they have a right to report it to the credit bureau.
Reached out about an order that is showing delivered that I havnt received.they sent a pic of a box where the carrier left at a door with no other info like the door number or letter, all Perpay team member john can tell me is that I should keep my account active in order to get help. I asked for a contact number no reply! I asked abt a refund no answer it's been 24 hours nobody as reached out to me … they just stop responding to all my messages … I won't be paying for an item I don't have and at this point all I wan is my money back

They took 91 dollars out my check but never sent out the things I order then changed the price to 46 weekly I talked to someone but they ignored me they need a phone number to contact people cause this form of communication is not proper!i want a refund!

Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
