After a little delay to dispatch my glasses I was very pleased with them when they arrived. The savings on high street prices are amazing, even with extras like react alight lenses and thinner lenses the price was half from my usual supplier.
I required two pairs to the same prescription. Because there was only one of my preferred frame in stock, I had to order two different frame styles, and enter the prescription twice: tedious, but not too bad. I received a follow-up call inviting me to upgrade from standard lenses, to which I agreed, but I am not convinced that there was much benefit to vision as a result. The glasses arrived very quickly, well packed and in good condition. Of course I have no way of measuring how well they match the prescription, but the two pairs are seemingly identical, and (almost) compensate
I got some frames from Perfect Glasses a couple of weeks ago and I am so impressed! Delivery was quick, they were well packaged to prevent damage in transit, and the glasses themselves are great quality, really strong and don't feel cheap at all. Definitely going to be returning in the future when I need some more!
I made an error on my prescription, my fault. I therefore returned them and paid for new lenses. Nothing happened. In the end I sent 3 follow-up chaser e-mails over the next few weeks - fobbed off with "We'll chase the laboratory" type replies.
When they finally arrived they are perfect, and i am very pleased with the glasses.

Having been to the local optician and had my eyes tested I purchased one pair of general use specs (mainly because of the high prices). I saw an ad for PerfectGlasses.co.uk and took a look. I was so impressed with the range of glasses and prices I thought I'd try them out. Within a week my glasses arrived. Exactly as I had ordered and of the correct prescription at a fraction of the cost at High Street opticians. I will definitely be going back to this site in the future.
Very slow service. Email a week in to my order saying my prescription wasn't correct and it would cost an extra £12. Paid the £12. Glasses arrived 3 weeks later. They look nothing like the glasses I ordered. However, prescription is spot on and I don't know where else you can get prescription sunglasses this cheap.
Was not happy with my full experience but I was able to attain a full refund after much effort so you can not fault their guarantee, however the only down was the effort it took talking to multiple people to effect my transaction and if I hadn't used PayPal I'm skeptical as to whether or not they would have come through
Firstly tried to charge 4 times the price of anyone else for prisms.
Now have still, after 6 months, not replaced a frame which broke after a month's use, despite promising to do so, the only frame they sent for me to re-glaze did not fit.
This company is based in India, using an outsourced Customer Service company. If anything goes wrong you haven't a hope. And, since they ship through the Gulf states they CANNOT deliver in 2-3 days as they imply on their web-site.
In short cheap, nasty & dishonest.

I got what I ordered after three weeks. They take an incredibly long time to deliver glasses. Also, don't give them your main email because they appear to either sell your email to other vision companies, or use their sister websites to spam you. You can expect to get several emails a week from a range of companies after signing up, even if you didn't request it.
Poor quality lenses, poor workmanship, cheap frames. All made abroad most likely India. Also shipped from outside UK. Note; the UK address is only that an address it is not the companies actual address, check it out if you don't believe me there are many off-shore companies located at the same premises and more than one online glasses supplier too. Very slow at delivering anything with a high prescription. If they don't have the frame you ordered in stock they will make your glasses in whatever they can get hold of and send them to you! Yes they did that to me! Had to raise a Paypal claim.
Wish i had read the reviews before ordering. Rubbish frames glass not even fitted in frames, promptly returned them for a refund, they have emailed but now they seem to have misplaced my return. Will report them to trading standards but will forget about refund thank god i did not spend much, they also tried to get extra cash for so called complex prescription. Avoid this company at all costs.
My cousin turned me on to perfectglasses. The cost savings is incredible. While I would prefer to try on real glasses in front of a mirror where I can see the actual size, shape and colour, I'm pleased with the results but it still takes me hours to decide on which frames to buy, but they're cheap enough that I can afford more than one. Great sale this summer. I bought my first pair of prescription sunglasses and their great!
Don t touch with a bargepole. Glasses plastic and lenses made to totally wrong Prescription. Could have harmed my eyes they were so bad. Sent back for refund or replacement glasses, as per my script, but now they can t trace them. Wanted the Mail Tracking no but I can t get the e mail reply to send. Have tried all ways. Weird. Only 1 E mail address, phone is answering machine and if you do get to speak to anyone, you ll have a language barrier.
I think I have now had three pairs of glasses from them and they've been good value for money. I've recently taken delivery of a replacement pair and the rubber cushion had fallen off on one side. No problem, they are sending me out a replacement in the post. Would recommend.
My prescription had just changed slightly and I needed new sunglasses. The opticians tried very very hard to sell me £300 ones. Bought my glasses from here, they cost me £30! I thought I'd buy a cheap pair to see what they were like and they're better than perfect. I cannot recommend this company enough. They phoned if there was any kind of query and were extremely polite and helpful on the phone. They even phones after I'd had my glasses for a week to ask if I was happy with them. Great service, great sunglasses at a great price.
Not good, took 3 months to complete mu order. Lost one pair of glasses by their courier, didn't bother to tell me. Would not refund me, which i think must be against the sale of goods act. Said i had to order an alternative as they were no longer made, so i did, only to find out after a month that my prescription would not work with the glasses ordered. Eventually told them to send me any frame of their choice that would work. Glad i never have to deal with them ever again.
I can only agree with the other negative views on this site. The price increases the moment the order is placed, the so-called money back guarantee is effectively worthless, and the glasses less than perfect. They are far keener to take your money than solve the problems they create.
They may well be able to supply standard single vision lenses since that's all they guarantee, but there is no guarantee for anything more complex indicating they can't be sure of getting it right. If they mess it up as they did in my case you've lost your money. Distorted vision and aching eyes after ten minutes use seems to be their idea of perfect glasses. It's very much a gamble when you place your order, you may be lucky or you may end up with glasses that are unusable.
An update to the above. Glasses purchased from Asda with the same prescription and at a lower price, with perfect vision.
Buying glasses has always costed me a bomb as I have a high cylinder value. Until now I had to spend 250-300 quid, but Perfectglasses go this done for me in less that 85. They did not have -4.50 cylinder in the online option so I rang them an customer service was prompt enough to get me a quote and an alternate payment method of the extra 20 that they charged me for the high prescription. The glasses arrived in two weeks and can't find any fault in it. Now that I know the drill, I have placed another order and will highly recommend this company for the quality and price these guys offer.
I have had two pairs from them and delighted with both, semi rimless with all added extras like anti-reflective coating, anti-scratch, uv protection for £20.00 each. All the way through your order you are kept informed by text and email about what the status of your order is and if you have any questions they are quick to answer them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them as my experience with them has been total satisfaction. My two pairs I ordered were a great fit and i am over the moon with them. I will not buy from high street opticians again, give them a go it is worth the money. My local opticians take £25 for anti-reflective coating and as you can see i got glasses frames everything for £20 what a difference. I will definitely buy from them again.
