Ordered and paid for glasses end of February. Despite repeated phone calls to their London phone number, I still have no glasses. First reason given was lost in the post, that was one month ago. Promised to send another pair of glasses as priority urgent. Guess what I still have not received any glasses. Really poor service.

The worst buying experience ever

Ordered a pair of glasses on May 17 for £121.95, paid via PayPal. Received a pair of incorrect, unusable ones with the wrong prescription on June 2. Immediately sent them back (using my own cash) and asked for my refund.

On June 18, PerfectGlasses offers either a refund of £36 as a "gesture of goodwill" or the glasses. Still chasing my refund, but going to try through PayPal now.

Anyway, avoid this company at all costs. Unacceptable experience and it's not worth the stress.

Update@ June 19,2014: Escalated my refund to a claim and PayPal has backed my claim and provided me a full refund. Good for PayPal! No thanks to PerfectGlasses. Avoid them!

My order came exactly as I placed it. Thanks perfectglasses I was incredibly satisfied and am planning on being a customer for a very long time. Im already wanting to order more. Thank you very much for such pleasant transactions.

Very happy with my glasses. They took a time to arrive between the website claiming they were finished and actual receipt. When I phoned to enquire they were a bit vague, just saying that the glasses were in the dispatch phase. They could provide a better service if they had some form of detailed tracking, otherwise the natural inclination is that as a customer you start to think you will not see either your money or your glasses.

I found out about perfect glasses from my college who had used them and was very happy with the service he had received. So I thought I would give it a try. I made sure the information I gave was correct and current by having an eye test done just before sending the information off. The glasses I ordered arrived really fast, within a weeks. The glasses were made exactly to my prescription and the price was less than half of what I would pay for the same at a high street. I could not be more happy and would recommend to anyone wearing glasses. I will use you and Thank you for your service.

Having ordered reading glasses online in the past with less than brilliant results I decided to try and find an provider that was not just ok but GOOD (or better!) so I simultaneously ordered (same prescription) with Perfectglasses and one other previously untried. The glasses that arrived from Perfectglasses were absolutely perfect so much so that I have immediately ordered a second pair. Excellent!

I saw rimless glasses with titanium arms on the High Street priced at £167. On visiting Perfect Glasses, equivalent glasses were being offered at about £30!
I ordered one pair of 'distance' glasses, not expecting a quality product, but on receipt, found them to be superb! I immediately ordered a second pair of 'reading' glasses - and was equally satisfied with them They are, in fact, the most comfortable-to-wear glasses that I've ever had! I've been so delighted that I've been showing them to all my friends and recommending 'Perfect Glasses' to them. My husband is now going to order glasses for himself.
Throughout the whole order process, I was kept absolutely up-to-date with the progress of their production, and the delivery company gave us a precise delivery time, with 1 hour!. I cannot but recommend Perfect Glasses in the strongest of terms if you want a quality product at an unbelievably-reasonable price

Prescription was correct. The frame is very light and fit me very well. I had tried progressive lenses from those so-called professional optical shops before, and all of them were much more expensive and failed, but the ones from perfectglasses worked out really well for me. They may be able to make the frame look to be of better quality.

The glasses arrived within 2 weeks of of placing the order, they arrived neatly packed and I had received a text from them on the day of delivery confirming a time slot so, I did not have to wait in all day nor did I have to call them as the regular text updates kept me posted on the progress of the order. All in all it was a good experience dealing with these folks. I will suggest this website, if you are looking for quality glasses at a very low price.

Really pleased with my new glasses. I've always bought from my high street optician but wanted to give ordering online a go and glad I did. The glasses are great quality and were a great price.
