I asked for a refund on the same day of my order after reading poor reviews. I got through an Indian sounding chap called 'Francis'... right.
I was promised a refund within 3 working days. It's now been 10, no goods delivered and being given a run around. I've filed a chargeback with my bank, avoid these scammers
"I don't even recall when I began using perfectglasses.--it has been years for sure. I generally wear contacts, with of course, back up glasses. I prefer glasses when I am on the computer and when I am going to sit and read for pleasure for extended periods of time.
Perfectglasses is fantastic! Once you have your RX, (even without one to look) go to their website-upload a picture of yourself and begin ""trying on"" glasses. It will blow you away the selection of frames available---any kind you want----I have glasses for everything you can think of, because they are so CHEAP! My optometrist is also a gem. She writes individual prescriptions for me and labels them: computer, reading, contacts, progressive... etc., etc..."
Don't use them! The workmanship is rubbish and the customer service is non-existent. If you have ordered and want to return items get them sent signed for and keep the receipt! Then escalate a claim through paypal - it seems to be the only way to get your money back; that's what I did.
An absolute waste of time and most likely a con website! I ordered some prescription sunglasses that i was told would be with me in 3-5 working days, After many phone calls and e-mails and 3 months of waiting I have still not recieved my sun glasses or my money back although i requested it on many occasions. I would suggest everyone stay well away from this website!
Recieved glasses with broken arm, ignored my emails, Facebook message and fobbed me off on phone saying they would get manager to call me, never it.
When to PayPal to get money back only £19 but wanted me to return to India on recorded delivery at my own costs £13.40!
Company is cheap, con artist whom I shall not be recommending to any one!
The service and quality from Perfect Glasses is outstanding for an online service. Polite staff, excellent choices, and fantastic quality products and rock bottom prices. My Walden Electra's are my new favourite thing.
These glasses are perfect. Only need them for around the house or when I'm not using my contact lenses. They were a great price and look more expensive than they are. I've had a lot of compliments about them. Service was really easy and quicker than ordering from my usual opticians. I was worried about ordering something I couldn't try on but it was fine. Highly recommend this company.
I found the 'Try On' option on the website to be incredibly helpful as there are 1000's of frame choices. With prices starting from as little as £9 and options from designers such as Hugo Boss and Gucci the only problem I had was choosing a pair. Delivery was quick and the text updates were very helpful. No problems whatsoever.
Poor quality, slow service, poor communication and 2.5 months and still no refund from "No Quibble" Guarantee!
I ordered a pair of glasses on 25th November 2013. They were delivered in January and the lens were not properly fitted. Returned within a week. 2.5 months later and despite numerous calls and emails, I am still awaiting a full refund under the prominent "No Quibble" guarantee!
I did eventually (late Feb 14) received a partial refund which had PayPal charges deducted from the amount which was already less than the amount paid.
Don't use this poor service.
You can do far better and unless your transaction and prescription are simple, the hassle is not worth it!

I took advantage of the 50% off and ordered for a pair of police sunglasses for only £46 with all the free coatings and lenses. I was obviously sceptical about ordering from an online store with no one there to tell me what I needed. I called the optometrist and asked for my most recent measurements. Jumped on line and plugged in the details. It took about an hour after searching for the right size, shape, colour etc. I was happy to see they arrived today (6 days) and more happy to see the perfect pair of glasses. My left eye has a huge difference between the right eyes and the other places make me pay extra to have it thinned down. The difference is about a thickness of 2 business cards. Hardly noticeable. 99% the same as £250 the pair. BOO YAHHH
I am going to order more for myself and my family!
I have used this company twice now and have received outstanding service from them, they have always been extremely helpful with their advice and delivery has always been very fast. The website it extremely easy to use and with the added feature of using a credit card to measure the distance between your eyes is a lot easier than trying to do it yourself with a ruler.

I've bought glasses from quite a few online retailers in the past and I was really impressed with this site. The service is really quick and they put a lot of information about the sizing of the frames onsite - this is important to me as I often struggle to get glasses to fit. The frames turned up looking exactly like they did in the photo and they're really high quality despite the price being very low.
I love Perfect Glasses! I have some Boss Orange prescription sunglasses and could not recommend them enough. They came in good, sturdy packaging and the frames are beautiful. I love the look of the glasses on and being able to see properly through sunglasses was great! Excellent quality for price with an excellent range on the website.
My last order included two pair of sunglasses. Both are progressive. I continue to be impressed with the quality and accuracy of the progressive lenses. I have ordered eight pair in two years and wear seven on a regular basis. I recommend noting your favorite frame width and also ordering progressive sunglasses, they are great for summers.
I would be last person to recommend buying glasses online.
Was not sure how buying glasses online really works, I did like the frame on this website for 50% Off. I called the customer support and placed an order over the phone. The asked to me email the prescription copy as I could not understand what was written on that. After 5 days I received the glasses, I was delighted that I was able to see through them clearly and it cost me less than £20. I do not remember buying glasses for less than £100 from my optician. I have already recommended perfectglasses and guess where all my purchases will be from, in the future!
Buying through Perfect Glasses was such an easy experience! They have such a wide range of products and the quality of the glasses I received was great. They're very affordable too, with a lot of offers on the designer ranges - I'd definitely buy from them again!
