Why does this company insist it is based in London, the supposed customer service people all have 'English' names, but are all in India? They say that the glasses are dispatched from England, but the waybill states India? Why can't they just be honest?

Oh an be careful if you think you are covered when paying via Paypal. I had months of arguing with Paypal as they class spectacles as 'custom made' which is not covered by any money back guarantee. After arguing my case that the lenses may be custom made the frames are not and managed to get a 'good will gesture' payment back from Paypal (not this dodgy company) for the frames at least.

The products are all substandard and use inferior materials. It is very profitable for them to retail their replica frames at £10-£50 when they cost just pennies to make. That, and the fact consumer protection herd can do absolutely nothing to hold them responsible for the scam unless they have a know EU presence.

Watch out for these con-artists, almost all of the 5* reviews on this site are fake - just look at the similar dates they were written.

AVOID THESE BUNCH OF INDIAN FRAUDSTERS
