Was not happy with my full experience but I was able to attain a full refund after much effort so you can not fault their guarantee, however the only down was the effort it took talking to multiple people to effect my transaction and if I hadn't used PayPal I'm skeptical as to whether or not they would have come through

We are aware that while making a purchase online our customers are taking risk to purchase a product that may not be suitable on receipt hence we offer a Unconditional Returns for worry free purchase.
