Incorrect product is delivered after taking 3 weeks delivery period. In spite of several mails & telephone the product is not replaced though the correct booking product is showing in pepperfry site. Even requested for refunding the differential amount between the product chosen/supposed to deliver & incorrect delivered product, no result. They are very big liars. At the time of purchase of my sofa they told me the warranty of cushioning lasts for 2years but now when I asked for the service they told it lapsed. Also they don't provide any document support of warranty at the time of purchase.

I had ordered a bed cover in grey and white from the brand ROMEE. It came in a black and white, colours completely different from the picture. My entire theme of my room is grey and white. The picture represented on the website showed that it should match with my colour theme. In reality it does not. Also the fabric quality that has come is so rough. I would never imagine using this as a bed sheet. The fabric is not worth the MRP of almost Rs. 5000/-. I bought at a 50% discount. But not accepting returns for inferior quality fabric and the colour being completely different. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with Pepper Fry. They do not care about any customer care. Have no received a single call about this. Would rather move to but next time from Amazon. At least they have a decent return policy and if the client is not satisfied with the quality, you have some security to return the product. The fabric sent by the Pepper fry is so rough, it enough to give someone a rash. Anyway, would never buy from Pepper fry again

Now after 10 days i got the refund of 7326 rupees, deducting 789 rupees, as per customer care 205% is charged for cancellation charges. But even after that i lost 8115 minus 2.5% ie: 203.00, even then i should get 7912, but they gave only 7326 a difference of again 586.00, they never paid me,

I had purchased yumna kingsize bed in Feb 21. They said engineer wood will be there and when bed comes it's literally made with bhusa ply and they deceived me for ******* I raised concern with customers care but no response from the paperfry as I paid already all money in advance. Since I was doing up my place I bought a whole range of products from them at one go such as Beds, Study table, Bar stools, Garden Chairs, Benches, Dining table etc, after sometime they all had some defects, like paint coming off, nails coming off, cracks etc, the wood they claim sheesham is very brittle. Their after sale service is pathetic, first it's a task to connect to them after you connect, you will be flooded with messages but the guy won't come. It's better you try others like your local shops, woodenstreet, urban ladder (my morgen chair is( spik and span after 3yrs), but don't buy from Pepperfry. Planning to file a consumer complaint for defective product and deficiency in service.

Pepperfry seems to be this fancy website/app & but it gives the false sense of being customer friendly & lot of discounts. Discounts are added as pepperfry points out of which most cannot be used. The delivery date is only for delivering the product which is not assembled yet. We bought 3 products from pepperfry & there were some pieces of it missing everytime we ordered. Then it takes a lot of time for them to bring back those missing pieces & call a carpenter again. I got frustrated with the entire process. They took back a delivered TV stand because of missing pieces & told that item is unavailable. We had to buy another one somewhere else last minute because of this delay. Those pepperfry points are an illusion! They really have to work on serving the customers better. I lost interest in buying from them ever again. I used to be a big fan of their app & designs but it's not worth all this hassle. Never going back to them again.

One of the worst online furniture shopping platform. They are frauds and force you into buying poor standard products at high prices. Ordered a product and it came with scratches which was promised to be fixed but they are too reluctant to take any step and always come up with nonsense excuses. They simply don't care. My suggestion for others would be to not buy anything from Pepperfry if you don't want to go through unnecessary harassment.

I ordered pouffe twice each time delivery was not made and they've tied up with some $#*!ty platform called "E-COM" where they call you and ask if you are available, even after we say yes. I have purchased dining table and its Chairs from Pepperfry which is not of the desired quality as the seats of the chairs are getting separated from its back. I had raised complaint for my order No ******* for which their carpenter visited my home on 31/5/2021, he himself agreed that the product needs replacement. Since then, there is no communication from the Company. I had raised my complaints through phone and e mail, but no one attended to my complaint till now.
