One of the worst online furniture shopping platform. They are frauds and force you into buying poor standard products at high prices. Ordered a product and it came with scratches which was promised to be fixed but they are too reluctant to take any step and always come up with nonsense excuses. They simply don't care. My suggestion for others would be to not buy anything from Pepperfry if you don't want to go through unnecessary harassment.
Tip for consumers:
Never use this platform to make any purchases if you don't want to put yourself into undue harassment.
Products used:
Ren Queen Size Bed. The bed came with scratches and they said their support will reach out and look into it but that never happened. I tried reaching out to them but same old boring promises from their end and they never reach out. They are simply a huge scam.
