They don't intend to give exemption to medical emergencies for people with mental illness. I provided necessary medical document to support my claims but they just accuse me for falsifying the document. Just horrible and heartless. They are just bunch of money grabbing company.
These guys are horrible! I had the most painful experience with Pearson Vue. 30 seconds into my PMI exam and I was disconnected by the Proctor for reasons unknown, and now it's showing I failed my exam. I seldom leave reviews online but wow, what a nightmare, Pearson Vue. Horrible customer care service as well. I can't grasp how a company so incompetent and so poorly managed can stay in business. There are no words that can truly express my disappointment!
I wish i can give them less than 1. After a stressfull exam you have to deal with this screwed up service, i never received my scorecard i called them and they repeatedly said to me it has been sent. Nothing, logged into my dashboard nothing there. Its the most disgusting,unprofessional and wastage of time service i really dont understand... how they even exist.
I wish I could give zero stars, or minus five stars. I give 3 months studying, 570 GBP, plan a trip to Ankara, Hotel, schedule annual leaves work programs and what did I get in return. Pearson Sabotaged my exam with your test center mistakes, took 15 minute of my time, didnt add this, couldnt understand or accept their fault, doesnt answer to emails or feedbacks for MONTHS, ignore me and after 4 months of review gave me an answer TOTALLY IRRELEVANT and NONSENSE, doesnt even have any connection of their mistake or my complaint. The worst company ever in my life. Hard to get worse then them.
Worst customer service, the agents do not know anything to resolve. I was trying to connect to the exam as per the proactor agents suggestion, and the exam link was expired. I connected with the technical team, all they did was to create a case in 40 mins call. They haven't provided me any resolution, i had to explain them 3-4 times with my profile details and they disconnect the call at times they have no resolution.
Not sure what kinda support is this for important exams like these.
Worst service ever.
Was in the process of reviewing my answers to the exam and suddenly could not advance to the next question. My test was completely frozen. I contacted customer service and was not helped at all by the first rep. The second did help and submitted a review of my case. I will now need to wait to see if I will be allowed to reschedule without having to pay for another test. Groan. The SPHR test is difficult! Not looking forward to having to repeat that..
Just trying to book an exam using the Pearson Vue website, but after approving the payment on the banking app, the appointment then is no longer available - this has happened on 6 occasions.
The Customer help portal is well hidden on the website and difficult to find.
Even though I was able to contact them using the chat window. The department that could help was not available...
Do not take tests with them online. I took Comptia Security+, the test ended on the second question because I mumbled something, I did not speak during my only 3 minutes of the test. The proctor from India stopped the exam. I called customer service, which was the worst. I could not understand what they were saying due to the thick accent and I got disconnected 4 times. Finally, when I got a person to talk they could not help me. I received the e-mail address for the company to state my complaint but nothing else. The whole thing feels like a scam to me. I lost my money...

System kicked me out right after my last question! Wouldn't show me if I passed and now it is stuck in an "in progress status". You can't speak with anyone, only a very slow online chat and still no answers! This is terrible! A 2 hour test and no answers! Terrible system!
Almost had a good experience. Right up until I got to the video proctor and the Live Proctor auditor says using a headset and mic isn't allowed. I passed all the system tests multiple times days in advance. I am not certain WHY a headset and mic aren't allowed. But it should be INFINITELY more clearly explained that way. I had to cancel my exam and reschedule for an in-person exam at a test center because I didn't have speakers and a separate mic system to take the exam with.
I've used Pearson Vue for 5 tests and 2 reviews and every time there has been an issue. The customer service is terrible and no one can actually help you, they just give you an email for customer service.
Then you just pray that someone will answer and actually be able to help.
My last test they told me I failed, they said I needed a 70% to pass, I got a 75% and they failed me.
I told them there was a mistake and they said they couldn't help me.
They are never consistent with what they say and will make you pay more and wait weeks at a time when you should be able to test again a few days after.
I'm trying to start my new job but still waiting for my license since they said I failed, even though I have the proof that I got a 75%.
If there are ANY other options for test taking, USE THEM! Don't use Pearson Vue!
I tried to cancel my test and receive a refund but could not do it myself due to the credit card being cancelled due to fraudulent behaviour online. When I called the customer service line, I was on hold for over 45 minutes long distance only for nothing to be solved. DO NOT TAKE A TEST using this service. No refund offered, only 'Please allow me to put your call on hold for another 3-5 minutes'. Very frustrating! I wish I could give a 0 rating.
The stuff is nice but the regulations that they are following mostly humiliate the exam takes. They ask people to roll up their pants and sleeves and tap their pockets and chest as if they accept people to jail ( not the regular exam). The exam is not fair and the questions are unprofessionally picked. You have to know all about everything, even if it is not your work duties while taking a specific exam. There is also no proper studying material, except Koogler, which is a total waste of time. I assume the only party that gets benefits from this is the State that collects the money for unfair examination to make it more costly for people to pass this test.
Terrible functionality and even worse customer service. Agent can't even find me in the system. I asked for a supervisor and after holding for 10 minutes she came back and said sorry I can't find you. I replied "that's why I asked for a supervisor" and it was as though this was new information. I'm now on hold again.
The worst, absolutely the WORST test taking vendor I have ever had the misfortune of working with. After being told I was eligible to take my exam, I was emailed a user name and password that DIDN'T WORK! Calling customer service, I was transferred 3 or 4 times to various people who had no idea what I was talking about or how to help me. They seemed bewildered at life in general and confused overall with what their job was exactly. Visiting the customer service page, I found no phone number or email despite the fact that the webpage stated that both would be found on the "contact us" page. I started a chat and was put on hold for an hour. I had to get back to work and when I returned to the computer, the chat was closed due to inactivity. This company is run by the most inept and incompetent human beings in the world of business. If I did my job half as bad as these people do, I would have been fired on the first day.
I did the online Comptia Sec+ 601 test last night and it was awful. I couldn't understand the very rude proctors. They were having problems and couldn't fix it. I was advised to exit out of the text and log back in 3 times. Everytime I had to sit in a queue before I would get another proctor. I would sit in the queue and it would continuously say that there were network issues and drop me to the bottom of the queue. There isn't enough supervision for the proctors. My test login was at 3:30 p.m. I didn't actually take the test until 6:40. I will never take a Pearson VUE online test again. Pearson VUE is a joke just like Comptia.
The worst customer service. Impossible to search for certain test types. Customer service phone operators continually transfer you to departments who either dont pick up or transfer you elsewhere.

I had some issues due to that I got married and name was different. I tried to update the system it did not let me and I called them and got nothing. The person in the chat ( help desk) did not help at all and when I was trying to type to her she closed the window down and I was not helped now, I don't get my money back to or reschedule and could not and did not take the test. SO RUDE!
This company is just cheated me out of £279 CompTIA security plus exam.my exam was revoked with no warning when my little son entered the room during my exam.They have refused to allow me to rewrite my exam so be carful people when writing an IT exams with this company in charge.
I was ten minutes early to the exam; it took them 30 minutes to assign a person to my exam, and they had issues on their end. I couldn't take the exam because of their issues, and now I need to "wait" for them to review the case so I can retake it. It was a massive waste of time; only after an hour did they tell me that I would not take the exam today.
