Seemed to work well, didn't crash and I passed my course. Occasionally had to restart the whole thing when I had to stop and resume it at a later date,
Almost had a good experience. Right up until I got to the video proctor and the Live Proctor auditor says using a headset and mic isn't allowed. I passed all the system tests multiple times days in advance. I am not certain WHY a headset and mic aren't allowed. But it should be INFINITELY more clearly explained that way. I had to cancel my exam and reschedule for an in-person exam at a test center because I didn't have speakers and a separate mic system to take the exam with.

The support is pathetic, they just play around and ask same questions without understanding the a single statement, forget the whole issue. Their "as soon as possible response" is like week long time. This company is operating in manual labour era rather than improving their service. Everyone creates a case but that never gets opened in reality it seems.
I did the online Comptia Sec+ 601 test last night and it was awful. I couldn't understand the very rude proctors. They were having problems and couldn't fix it. I was advised to exit out of the text and log back in 3 times. Everytime I had to sit in a queue before I would get another proctor. I would sit in the queue and it would continuously say that there were network issues and drop me to the bottom of the queue. There isn't enough supervision for the proctors. My test login was at 3:30 p.m. I didn't actually take the test until 6:40. I will never take a Pearson VUE online test again. Pearson VUE is a joke just like Comptia.
The stuff is nice but the regulations that they are following mostly humiliate the exam takes. They ask people to roll up their pants and sleeves and tap their pockets and chest as if they accept people to jail ( not the regular exam). The exam is not fair and the questions are unprofessionally picked. You have to know all about everything, even if it is not your work duties while taking a specific exam. There is also no proper studying material, except Koogler, which is a total waste of time. I assume the only party that gets benefits from this is the State that collects the money for unfair examination to make it more costly for people to pass this test.
They don't intend to give exemption to medical emergencies for people with mental illness. I provided necessary medical document to support my claims but they just accuse me for falsifying the document. Just horrible and heartless. They are just bunch of money grabbing company.
I was ten minutes early to the exam; it took them 30 minutes to assign a person to my exam, and they had issues on their end. I couldn't take the exam because of their issues, and now I need to "wait" for them to review the case so I can retake it. It was a massive waste of time; only after an hour did they tell me that I would not take the exam today.
Save your money. Seriously. The absolute worst platform ever to take an exam. I am out money because it took 45 minutes to check my system. Unbelievable.

Customer service is Horrible, they had my name wrong in the System and NO ONE could change it, spent 1 hour and 15 mins on the phone. Hung up on 2 times, and trans 7 times. Only to talk to a VERY rude Jason. Who i couldn't understand, and he made it very clear he didn't want to help. After listening to my last call found out i was LIED to, and they didn't FIX the issues, forcing me to reschedule my test. Why is it so had to find thier #? And why should it take 3-5 days to fix a NAME?
The most non-user friendly ordering system I've seen for the online and exams. And customer service is outsourced to another country.
Terrible functionality and even worse customer service. Agent can't even find me in the system. I asked for a supervisor and after holding for 10 minutes she came back and said sorry I can't find you. I replied "that's why I asked for a supervisor" and it was as though this was new information. I'm now on hold again.

I wish i can give them less than 1. After a stressfull exam you have to deal with this screwed up service, i never received my scorecard i called them and they repeatedly said to me it has been sent. Nothing, logged into my dashboard nothing there. Its the most disgusting,unprofessional and wastage of time service i really dont understand... how they even exist.
Absolute worst service, I don't know when Microsoft is going to learn to replace them with another vendor

This company is horrible, to say the least! I studies for months, paid over $500 for a test. The monitor from Pearson Vue abruptly ended my test. He said I could whisper questions to myself, which I did, and he logged me off after 35 minutes of a 3 hours test, which of course, passing was an impossibility, due to I didn't answer most of the questions. Companies that use Pearson Vue look very bad! Pearson Vue is a reflection on them! Unprofessional, and just down right horrible!

The company is rude, obnoxious, and extremely unprofessional. I was taking a test that took months to study for, cost hundreds of dollars. The monitor cut me out of a 3 hours test after 35 minutes! There are thousands of 1 star reviews on sites! This company should cease doing business!! Horrible experience!! It's difficult enough to study, pay, and prepare for a 3 hours exam! They use people that are rude, uninformed, and unprofessional, to monitor hard-working good people!!

THE ARE SCAMMMMMERS, when i booked they give you the option to apply with passport or ID, i added my emirates ID and they will ask about the country of issue for the ID i put UAE. When i went to the test they asked me for my passport. I was holding my passport and the emirates ID. Then I discovered that when you put the country of issue for the ID they will change it into the citizenship in the application. I told them that i applied with my emirates ID so I have to add that the country of issue is emirates. They were so unprofessional and they said that they don't refund.
I was in the middle of an exam in the Pearson testing center in Metairie Louisiana. Then the power goes out 3 times within 90 minutes. The last time, it stayed off. We were told by the 2 nice ladies working not to worry because we could continue our exam when the power came back on. So after waiting in the hallway for 4 hours, because they told us we couldn't stay in the testing room, the power came back on. Everyone was ready to finish their exam. Another lady showed up and told us we could NOT finish our exam anymore because it would take too long and they would have to stay at work a couple hours extra. JUST COMPLETELY TOLD US THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT WE WERE BEING TOLD THE LAST 4 HOURS. We asked her to help us schedule for another date that week, because after this week the entire format of the test was going to change. She was absolutely 0 help. She gave us a case number and threatened to call the police if we didn't leave. Now the customer support is saying it will take 2-3 business days to have the ability to reschedule, which will be too late.
We had the opportunity to finish our exam where we left off. But they wouldn't let us.
The WORST PART IS THEY WERE HAVING POWER OUTAGES THE WEEK BEFORE THIS. And knowing this, they took no precautions and told us nothing.
If you have to go to a testing center for a test, try everything you can to not deal with Pearson. Customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with.
Wish I could leave this review 100 times with 0 stars. But doesn't look like it will affect their Rep much since they already have a 1 star average.
Worst customer service, the agents do not know anything to resolve. I was trying to connect to the exam as per the proactor agents suggestion, and the exam link was expired. I connected with the technical team, all they did was to create a case in 40 mins call. They haven't provided me any resolution, i had to explain them 3-4 times with my profile details and they disconnect the call at times they have no resolution.
Not sure what kinda support is this for important exams like these.
Worst service ever.
Amazon should be embarrassed at how terrible Pearson VUE is. Their registration process is impossible. I couldn't download the software because they said I had apps open, that even Geek Squad could not find. I wasted 2 hours of my time when I could have been studying. Finally I gave up on online testing, and I registered for an in person test at the nearby university.
I was going to take the Azure Fundamentals exam and checked in on time. This process requires you to take photos of your workspace and ID. I'm disabled and wasn't able to get up to go get my Driver's License, so I took a photo of a photo using my web cam and phone. It took me 20 minutes to get these photos due to my disability (Cerebral Palsy). The photo clearly showed my photo, and was denied to take the test! Microsoft needs to take another look at this company. There are people in this world who physically can't take pictures, and there needs to be procedures in place to account for that! If anybody from Microsoft happens to read this, please take another look at this company.
These guys are horrible! I had the most painful experience with Pearson Vue. 30 seconds into my PMI exam and I was disconnected by the Proctor for reasons unknown, and now it's showing I failed my exam. I seldom leave reviews online but wow, what a nightmare, Pearson Vue. Horrible customer care service as well. I can't grasp how a company so incompetent and so poorly managed can stay in business. There are no words that can truly express my disappointment!
They Said I left testing screen during my exam and I did not. They cannot provide me video of me during exam despite recording me! I was robbed I did not chest on my online proctored exam!
I tried to cancel my test and receive a refund but could not do it myself due to the credit card being cancelled due to fraudulent behaviour online. When I called the customer service line, I was on hold for over 45 minutes long distance only for nothing to be solved. DO NOT TAKE A TEST using this service. No refund offered, only 'Please allow me to put your call on hold for another 3-5 minutes'. Very frustrating! I wish I could give a 0 rating.
I've used Pearson Vue for 5 tests and 2 reviews and every time there has been an issue. The customer service is terrible and no one can actually help you, they just give you an email for customer service.
Then you just pray that someone will answer and actually be able to help.
My last test they told me I failed, they said I needed a 70% to pass, I got a 75% and they failed me.
I told them there was a mistake and they said they couldn't help me.
They are never consistent with what they say and will make you pay more and wait weeks at a time when you should be able to test again a few days after.
I'm trying to start my new job but still waiting for my license since they said I failed, even though I have the proof that I got a 75%.
If there are ANY other options for test taking, USE THEM! Don't use Pearson Vue!
Terrible level of customer service. I had to call to schedule an exam and some of the staff had problems with English. Twice the connection was simply dropped during conversation. During the exam the proctor was rude and unpleasant, also i barely understood what he was saying at all. Luckily he could write in chat. Avoid persons vue if you can.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Portal is buggy, they had me rip my desk apart just to try to get a far enough visual of my desk instead of panning. After question 1, the test exited and I cannot get back in. There is no customer service #. I'm out $400 unless I go through my credit card company to backout the charges.
I had some issues due to that I got married and name was different. I tried to update the system it did not let me and I called them and got nothing. The person in the chat ( help desk) did not help at all and when I was trying to type to her she closed the window down and I was not helped now, I don't get my money back to or reschedule and could not and did not take the test. SO RUDE!
