HAVE BEEN WITHOUT USE OF THIS MACHINE SINCE 5/27/21, HAVE TAKEN TIME OFF FROM WORK AND BEEN SUBJECTED TO THEIR RUDE AND UNTRAINED CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT AND MANAGERS LIES. I will not give any star if there is a choice. My dishwasher is leaking when idle, I did not think it should be something wrong with the dishwasher, because it is so new, 1 year and 10 month since PC Richard installed it. We asked professional plumber to examine plumbing. Plumber found out the water inlet on the dishwasher was cross threaded caused by improper installation at beginning. We were very angry at this sloppy installation. We called PC Richard customer service, the phone call goes on for 2 weeks, is always hanged up. When I finally got answers, the representatives argued that it past 12 month guarantee time, they will not be responsible for it. I think they are wrong, they should be responsible for the impairment, because we have evidence showing that the damage is caused by their improper installation. A company should be responsible for their careless, sloppy work, so they can learn it, then do better jobs. The worst thing finally came, I asked to speak to their supervisor, the supervisor is what I have never seen a person such an evil. He answered my phone with gritted teeth, with a tone of a bloodless terrorist: "No body will change the company's decision!, I will not dooooo it!". I almost throw up. A supervisor in a company is in such an anxiety, they must be going bankruptcy soon. I hanged up.
On 8/6/2023 my new refrigerator I bought in January 2023 stopped working. They sent a technician out he told me the computer system was gone and with all the other troubles I have had with it, he's sure it's defective and I should have bought a Samsung! I then called cooperative to find out what decision has been made concerning my refrigerator and I was told that their technician put in his report I refused service, and I Continually told him I never said I never wanted service and it was his technician who said the refrigerator was defective. My word ment nothing. Since then no some has stepped up to correct the problem with my refrigerator. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for over 50 mins and had to hang up. To this date 8/31/23 NO one from cooperate and or service company have reached out to me! Shame on you for treating your customers at such a low level of customer service and even worse at cooperate level. You need to take an immediate look at who is representing your company at cooperate level.
I bought a dryer from them at P. C. RICHARD IN FRANCIS LEWIS BOULEVARD -that broke 3 times. It is under warranty and I made an appointment 3 weeks ago over the internet for service, They were supposed to come tomorrow morning. They just cancelled the appointment over email tonight saying that if it was cancelled in error to call them. I called and they are closed! I called the store and they do not help

This PC was incredible and the delivery didn't take long. Overall well priced product and I would recommend it to anyone in need of a PC.
I am a 58-year-old woman with Fibromyalgia, my son bought me a watching Machine because of my condition I can't go to the laundry mat. This was a Christmas of 2021 gift, but I got it by the end of February. The machine never was able to wash with cold water, that was the first issue, I got my supper checking on all the connections, which were fine. The next and final big problem was while spinning it made this awful loud sound, as if it were about to fall apart or explode, it was frightening. Something broke inside, because it floated the place, water was all over. A while after they send a technician to evaluate the problem. He was very thorough doing his inspection, explained to me what happened. And wrote a report so PC Richard would make the decision on the next steps. He also told me to give it a week, that was end of May or beginning of June, well, this is August 2022 and I have yet to receive the first E email about this issue. It's been a total, unnecessary aggravation in my current heath condition. Below is a pic of this machine model, don't buy it. It is the Samsung 27" WF45R*******W
I cannot recommend this company. I went in for a window AC unit. I was not told they offer a Survey service where they come out to look at your space & recommend the right unit. Given the size of my apartment they recommended a 10,000 BTU unit and only offered one brand. They charged me $35 for a shelf saying it was legally required. I later learned it wasn't required as my unit sits in a roll cage - which I showed them in a photo. They also charged me $225 for plexiglass, stating the side leavers that come with the unit won't work in my window. I found out from my building superintendent that it was not true. It turned out the unit doesn't cool my apartment. I called the service number I was given by P. C. Richard & Son only to be told the unit is too cheap to be serviced (they only do replacements) and the reason for my problem is that I should have a 12,000 BTU machine. When calling the store I was transferred to a store manager who would not let me say more than 3 words at a time. They refused to install a new unit without charging me a $200 installation fee, despite being told the warranty included free delivery & installation. Please think twice before doing business with this company.
I called Pc Richards for service on my refrigerator, and stove. I was told that after three service calls that I was eligible for Exchange I was excited. I was put in contact with Omar K, one of the managers at the Broadway store he is an impeccable person. With great empathy. He took care of my every need.he made sure I got what I wanted.He always came to the phone when I called. And believe me I called a few times. LOL, If I wanted to change something he changed it To the best of his ability.the reason for this review is that I have never experienced such a compassionate person who is willing to go above and beyond for me. When I was pushed around from person to person on the past. When I got to him. Everything was taken care of I'm writing this because when you walk into the store this is the type of customer service experience everyone should expect. Omar k is the best. Hands down! Well where do I begin I'll start with her name (Lois) I called the store and proceeded to ask questions about presidents day sales on 85"tvs she informed me that she could help me, she had me at I can help you (wow no run around or waiting until she found someone in electronics). She then proceeded to answer any and all questions professionally and I had a lot. To make a long story short Lois should be commended on her ability to articulate with the customers in a way you want to be treated when you're spending your money example, I went with a budget of 1300.00 and and ended up spending almost 1800.00 normally I would have just bought the tv and left but I left with a 86" tv a subwoofer and sound bar and two years insurance now that's what I call good customer service. I guess you can tell I'm a little long winded but Lois made me feel this way, commission well deserved, I feel like whenever I'm in the strip mall where this PC Richards is located I want to stop in and take her to lunch. That being said don't ever change Lois have a blessed career because you definitely don't treat your position like it's just a job. Your out of store some where in the world friend. Lol if there is any way you can show this review to Lois please show it to her I would like for her to toot her own horn
So not only did my refrigerator break twice and lost 1000 in food after fighting to get a credit they delivered a new one and a drier they damaged my stairs and left the garbage in front of my house
I bought a washing machine I was gonna pay cash but I wanted to build my credit so I took this loan with the PC rich card pay monthly and I agree to pay $50 a month because by the end of two years this washing machine will be paid and now PC riches was taking only whatever they want it so now I'm left with a $440 bill And I have to pay it by the end of this month or I get interest of $100 that's not fair to the customer when you agree on something $50 a month and PC Richards doesn't take the responsibility of taking the $50 a month it's not cool because then the customer is being Lie to I only did this because I was able to pay $50 for two years then at the end of the two years the representative was telling me that all I had to do was pay $40 not 440 no that's not good for the customer I need someone to help me with this because it's not what I agreed to

Is there a ZERO star?! It's been 3 1/2 weeks since I placed my order and still nothing. They originally noted 1-2 days to ship, now they are out of stock and said 2 weeks. It's been over the 2 weeks and they said 2 more weeks, then he said they didn't know when they would be in, but they would "email me when they arrive". It sounded as if he had no idea when/and/if they would ever be getting them. I noticed the price went up on their website an additional $30, so I hate to cancel my order now. I just want my camcorder people! Geez, I'm missing all of my baby's "first's" because of this.
Probably worth the extra $ to just buy elsewhere. Oh, I did get the call from them originally saying they had to speak with me to verify the order before it could ship, and nothing was mentioned of it being out of stock... it was basically a call to try and sell me the accessories. When I declined, I feel like he got kind of rude with me. Same guy answers every time.
Just don't even bother with these people, they don't deserve our $, and we don't deserve their cr*ppy service and frustration.

I am completely appalled by the lack of accountability by PC Richard & Son. I was referred here by friends who said they had a great warranty program (extended service protection plan). I typically have never bought extra warranty for appliances cause I have never had issues with ANY of my appliances for being a home owner for 20 years! I bought the Bertazonni Range and it has barely worked for 2 years! For 2 years their service company has come out to TRY fix my range and they keep telling me my range needs to be deemed non repairable... I AM STILL waiting for someone to deem my NON WORKING range to be NON REPAIRABLE. I will NEVER use this company again! HORRIBLE experience.
Installer broke my sink during installation of dishwasher. I had to call plumber which PC Richard's will not reimburse me for. Stay away from this appliance store!
Worse company. I bought a washer/dryer and made it very clear, what I need (frontload, 110 voltage etc.) I even have it written down on the receipt. And hauling away the old machine. I received a top load with 230 voltage. The PC Richard installer drove away without even taking the old machine with them. I had to call customer service more than 10 times before someone took care of my situation. They had no washer/dryer in the warehouse. But I was told that they would receive a delivery of 10 machines and that I would receive one. I waited and waited. I called again. After several tries to get customer service on the phone I was told that there is no delivery for me scheduled because this machine is damaged. If I wouldn't have called I would have waited all day. Then they offered me a demonstration model. But they can't give me a delivery day and time because they have no time slots available!
This is going on for a week now. PC Richards has all my money (I paid for the first machine completely when I made the purchase) and is neither able to provide me with a new machine nor do I get my money back!

Answer: This company is a scam. Buyer beware! They sell damaged appliances as new and charge full price, promising they're new. We paid full price for a dryer. They delivered a unit that would not power on. They took 2 weeks to ship a replacement - also severly damaged. After two more weeks, they ship another one. Arrived just now - DAMAGED. This company can not be trusted.
