I just played their online blackjack for the 500th time, just for something to do while I'm listening to the daily news or radio, and EVERY TIME I play it the "dealer" just happens to win by "1" way too often. You get 18 the dealer just happens to get 19. You get 20 the dealer just happens to get 21. I've saved-off hundreds of print-screens of this. It's rigged. You only win at most 15 or 20 "points" which can then only be used to simply "enter" another contest. The odds on this site are one-gazillion to one.

Today is December 18,2020 They tell me I may not get it for Christmas! Very upset with this poor customer service!

Lost hope
January 12, 2019

I have been with publisher clearing house for a long time. I am closing out my account today and going to apply all my tokens to. The giveways, I have enjoyed playing your games great tragic effects. I am in full blown 4th stage nonalcoholic liver disease. When I started playing I was hoping for a miracle. I was hoping to win enough money to get my husband a F 150 ford truck that he sold when I got sick. We had a dream of building a small cabin near the river here so we could be near our grand babies. Bur, that was another lost dream. We have taken all our money to travel to the doctors. It would of been nice to have enough money to live comfortably. Ir" s my fault for having hope that I might be one of them lucky ones. My children kept telling me I was wasting my time. So I have become exhausted and I will be closing out my acct today. And for everyone who is still playing good luck to all of you. Thank you PCH for your fun games. I guess my loyalty wasn" t enough to win

Yet another sorry site that I warn all to stay from, you have to complete 10, yes 10 of these stupid nonsense surveys that look like something from a final exam in your senior year of high school, not to mention the rage they build inside you, forget gamer's rage it is survey rage this time, I've seen people throw their mice and keyboards in a fit of rage, I am one of those many, I am currently making addons for games as my hobby and side hustle now, these sites can fall into a volcano and burn.

“Do Not Enter!”
August 2, 2015

Or in Dante's immortal words, "Abandon hope, all ye who enter here.":-)

If you enter online, you will receive an INFINITE number of emails, each of which requires you to scroll to the bottom of an INFINITE number of pages, each containing an INFINITE number of ads. Better buy a lottery ticket; you will only be wasting some money, not your life.

I don't think they could be targeting the poor and elderly, though. Victims can only jump through their hoops with the fastest connection and the very latest browser. They are targeting people who can afford those, who might make better customers for the junk they offer. However, this is something to avoid utterly; once you have invested a few hours you will invest a few hundred more hours to avoid losing your time investment, and so on ad infinitum.

The "STING"
May 24, 2018

Two films were made in the 70s and 80s, "The Sting," and "The Sting II." They dealt with the "big con" in which a mobster was fleeced out of several hundred thousand dollars. As far as I am concerned, PCH is nothing but a "big con" in which there might be some winners, but the only real winners are the shysters running PCH. Their website is plagued with faulty software or software designed to curtail winning. The odds of wining any cash are virtually impossible! Your chances of hitting the national lottery, PowerBall or MegaMillions are better. If you want to waste time and feel constant frustration, this is the place to do it!

What a joke this really turned out to be
No one ever wins here by my experience
First one was a game where i scored and wasnt awarded the listed prize
Next came the email i opened that informed me i was the daily prize winner wich right after i opened the email and read it suddenly dissapeared
Next was another 10.000 dollar winner message that once again poof it was gone
When i asked about this i was informed that it was a computer glitch that caused me to get the winning email. Really?
Have you ever known anyone to win anything from this place. I have not how do they get away with awarding you a prize and then retracting it?
What a overall waste of time and money this has been for me and im telling you find something else to do dont waste your time or energy here. Its a joke and its all about rhem seling ad space to businesses there is no winners here that i can tell you about

Other then the 3 emails a day that get old, that isn't the issue. I started getting phone calls from people claiming I was eligible for government loans, people with strong non American accents. They called everyday for 2 months straight
I Google the numbers, turns out they were scams trying to get your banking information. More then one person making complaints about those numbers made reference to all this starting after registering for PCH, and even stating the people admitted that's where they got their personal information from... like full names and addresses and phone numbers. Since that was the only website in recent history I've signed up on it had to be by default PCH. Beware, they are either selling your personal information or have bad security, either way their association with these scammers is disturbing to say the least. The scammers also claim to be from the IRS, they tried that on me as well, saying I owed back taxes I needed to pay immediately. Somehow PCH is linked whether by fault or not, don't give them any information!

Take Action Against PCH
December 22, 2019
Updated review

This is an update on PCH. I spent some time today looking over people's reviews of PCH-and I got again disgusted by their scam and fraudulent practices. I myself mentioned that I wished there was a Class Action Lawsuit we could enter against PCH. Many others also mentioned that. Today I tried to do something. On Google I entered "contact whitehouse". I got a website called "Whitehouse.gov". You can either email the President or a Federal Agency. I emailed Federal Agency and put in "Attorney General" or "Whatever Department Deals with Fraud" and explained what's been happening with PCH.
MAYBE NOTHING WILL COME OF IT. That's probably what will happen.
But, on the other hand, if enough of us who are totally disgusted with what PCH is doing will also use "whitehouse.gov" to complain about PCH and ask for an investigation, MAYBE something will be done. There are over 400 of us who have major complaints against PCH on this site alone. MAYBE WE CAN MAKE SOME CHANGES.

Update- Now PCH says I owe them money!
March 20, 2019
Previous review

I despise PCH and I wish I had never tried to enter. It started out as an email with no sign of PCH, saying I was chosen to win a $100 gift certificate from Walmart or someplace else by filling out a survey. This trick led to entering PCH. After all the turmoil i described above, now PCH's controller keeps writing me emails saying I owe money for some item I supposedly purchased from them. First, when you first start entering PCH, you are forced to buy 4 items, which are all cheap garbage from China. You have to give your credit card number in order to get this crap. Why I ever ordered anything is beyond me. But the thing is I HAD TO GIVE MY CC NUMBER IN ORDER TO GET THIS JUNK. So for the past couple months, I've been getting emails saying I owe money on an item. Which item it is is not described. And why they accuse me of not paying, when I had to give my CC number for anything I ordered, has to be a scam. I've replied over and over that I owe nothing and please stop bugging me. I called Customer Service one evening and actually got through. I asked to speak to this company controller so I could question him about my alleged bill. The Customer Service Rep was trying to find a supervisor to help me when I had to leave for an appointment. I am going to call back tomorrow.
I believe this is another scam aimed towards senior citizens in order to scare us into giving PCH money we don't owe. I'm a senior citizen, but I'm not all that dumb, except that I entered PCH's fraudulent contest. That was Uber dumb. Never again will I ever open any PCH email.

I'd like to give this a MINUS ONE TRILLION!
December 21, 2018
Previous review

This has to be the MOST DESPICABLE SITE on the whole of the Internet, and that's saying a lot. I remember the days when I'd only get Publisher's Clearing House snail mail. Those WERE the good old days. I got started with PCH this time by a phony scammy announcement that I had been chosen for a $100 Walmart card. Yeah, right- IF I FILLED OUT A SURVEY. The survey led me to the PCH site. From there, you have to pick 3 or 4 things to "try out", meaning BUY. But they don't tell you there are several pages of these items, so I ended up buying junk I didn't need or want from the first page. (OK, IM AN IDIOT).
However, that's only the start. To make a truly long story short, here is a recap:
1. You never truly know where or IF you really entered the sweepstakes for their contest. I BELIEVE THIS PART MAKE PCH A TRUE SCAM. That's the main point, and they know this because-
2. You get so many emails every single day, every day telling you that you didn't finish your entry yet and will miss out on winning because you didn't finish your application.
3. So you try to "FINISH YOUR APPLICATION" and have to waste huge amounts of time watching ads from sponsors so you can play scratch-off games to get tokens to add up for some unknown reason which is never explained, STILL NOT KNOWING IF YOU ACTUALLY ENTERED THE SWEEPSTAKES.
4. Your email gets filled up constantly, driving you half mad.
5. Then come the "SEARCH" emails, which make you search a category they provide you, such as Cable carriers, Senior Living, In-Home Care. You can't just highlight the category, you have to type it in. Then NOTHING HAPPENS. You are STILL wondering if you actually entered the sweepstakes.
6.5 minutes after nothing happens after you put in a Search item, something happens, and happens and happens. Your phone rings many times. You get calls from agents representing whatever search item you put in. These agents call from everywhere, and they call often. I just picked a search item because PCH told me to, not because I wanted anything.
7. Still, you keep getting numerous emails every day telling you that you didn't complete your contest entry!
TO SUMMARIZE: I am still not sure whether I actually have an entry to win anything from PCH, but at this point, I TOTALLY DESPISE PCH AND ITS SCAM LIKE, TIME WASTING, MONEY WASTING, GRUESOME, AWFUL INVASIVE TACTICS!
I'm unsubscribing from PCH!
Go back to the days where we got to pick a few magazines to order.
This whole PCH thing disgusts me and it seems to prey on elderly desperate people (like me).
