I downloaded the app today and played a couple of games. Said I won seven dollars and then my Apple app pops up in the seven dollars said deposit seven dollars. Well I checked my bank app to see if it actually deposited seven dollars and instead it withdrew seven dollars Calling my bank right now to report this as soon as it clears. People do not use this it is a scam. I don't care what anybody else says. It is a complete scam.
I have been playing for 5+ years in hopes of winning something. In fact have spent over 3 billion tokens in trying to win a stupid 50 dollar amazon gift card, but nothing. Complaining does not good to customer service, the overseas people could care less, their other part time job is doing fraud virus calls. I hope they go out of business. I am not playing anymore as of today...goodbye scammers!
No one ever win black and young someone who could really make a difference with the founding like build safe havens for homeless in my home town or make a way for battered woman if I had a chance at pch I'd make it actually worth given the prize to a young driven to change our world and less fortunate world sum our system yet failing to accomplish after all their rules and restrictions to resources no homeless want to even get the help of the broken system if it ain't rules it's limits and hold backs
I revive emails saying instant wins, all it does direct me to real state to buy homes I wish for & I can't afford, to change auto insurance I am not interested in. Not true, no one wins. Of course this is a negative review I bet won't get posted
Fake...I feel so bad for dad. He has been playing for 23 years and only one 5 bucks. He keeps I'll keep trying, I'll probably be in my grave playing, he says. Lol...I'll try to convince to leave it alone and to stop wasting his time...
I been with pch for a while and claiming my stuff until i had a question i called customer service got hung up on. Then called again the lady side step my question im dislike customer service not very friendly i m trying to figure out about the lotto i hit all the numbers but they wont tell me nothing there there starting be scandlist
My mom is elderly and has been playing for 5 years now, she has a spare bedroom with all the stuff she has bought covering the whole bed. She keeps saying they'll be here any day now and she's on her phone constantly playing all the games. She just lost her house because she was expecting pch to come any day, she was behind on her property tax and had such faith in pch... it was ridiculous! Well they never came and her house I grew up in is gone.
It should be against the law to do this to people.
So this is simply a narrative about something that occurred to me. I got a strange call from some unknown person claiming to be from PCH and asking why I hadn't responded to the PCH notification that had been mailed to me. "What was the address to which the notification was sent?" I inquired. He began to mention some numbers but asked me to wait as he looked up my phone number to identify the address linked with it. He returns after a minute or two and says he has no idea. "Then you're simply a horrible scammer," I said. How are you going to contact me if you don't even know what my name is or my address? He hung up, unsure of how to answer.
I once loved PCH. I got great deals on things. Now all that has changed. I got charged for things I didn't order. I received things I didn't order. I offered to return them if they would pay the postage. No response. Now they have collectors pestering me. I have concluded that PCH is not very honest.
Since years being with never won a penny, first year was buying some low quality junk paying at least 4-5 times more than could buy on eBay or 99 Cents Only Stores, than i stop to buy, but still responding to winning offers... very disappointed and tired to get mail every day... no winning at all - will unsubscribe
My name is Joanna Mita. I was told by Danielle Lam threw Facebook, followed me on Instagram claim I won money, and prize. Danielle Lam told me she is with holding my money and prize that I won. Danielle Lam said I have to pay a fee, and go get a Walmart gift card. Danielle Lam told me until I pay her the fee, Walmart gift card. She will come to my door step with my winnings. This is illegal and Fraud. I'm going to Sue Danielle Lam, and report PCH to the Better Business Bureau. For PCH to go out of Business. It's false advertising that we don't have to pay for our money, prizes.
This sweepstakes company had led my father (elderly) for 16 years and he never received a dime or a show after multiple times telling him what days they are showing up with the "Prize Patrol". He even bought multiple products from them just to see if making purchases would help his chances. At this point we are looking to join a class action lawsuit against them.
Items are cheaply made and over priced. Order something they say it's out of stock then out of the blue months later without checking to see if you still wanted it they send it to you anyway. Hard to come up with the money to send something back when you're on SS in the midst of inflation. Don't plan on ever winning anything from them. I spent 8 years making hundreds of entries buying many numerous item from them and have never received a cent from them. Do yourself a favor don't waste any more of your time or money. You would do better to give it to charity.
Don't feel bad everyone. I've been licking the stickers since 1973 and have entered daily for 4 years and have never won anything either. Some say its a hoax but how do you know? I will continue to enter daily what's it going to hurt there's worse things in life.
Other reviews mentioned glitches and errors, which do happen frequently on their games.
I did an experiment and in the clown game, I always picked # 5, every time, for at least 3 months. IT NEVER WON, That led me to believe, they are programmed to never win. And yes, the same goes for their scratch cards.
I did receive a $10.00 check. Probably on one of their spin wheels. These small amounts keep things legal, but I don't see their million dollar winners, in the paper or on T. V. "All in all" if you can get past the annoyingly, to many video commercials, which seem to be getting more and more present, in-between each scratch-off. It's up to each of us, to decide if it is worth it.
Cheap overpriced goods with dozens of repeated offers and getting same almost daily implying that purchase is not necessary to enter sweepstakes... big "come on" and a waste of time. Should contact to have my address removed from their system.
Loyalty obviously means nothing to PCH. All too often, the Search and Win program resets itself back to "wow, look at you - you get 5000 points for your first search" when it's possible to go back and show the search for the previous day awarded 25,000. Talking to one of their representatives does no good. "Let me check into that for you and if we can prove you did search yesterday, we "might" be able to restore your points. Why? The system is apparently broken. When asked what browser I use and I told them Chrome 10, I was told they haven't yet upgraded their own programming to accommodate 10 because so many people are "really old" and don't use newer technology. I've been using computers since before they invented the internet so I'm one of those old people. What they don't understand is that old doesn't make you stupid! This used to be a fun diversion - I realize I will never win anything - but the consistent glitches are getting old fast. It's broken PCH - please repair it.
The site is very creative, well kept, and they make it fun for everyone. I have not won, like many others, but its free so I cannot complain. Im sure if you keep up with it, and play your Tri Peaks, blackjack, slots or coin toss games here instead of elsewhere it will work out for you, and there is always the chance of winning money, or prizes! Good luck everyone.

Not sponsored or paid to say this just a player who enjoys the chance to change my life as much as the person next to me
I have been a loyal player, play every day. One day I opened the Pro Gamer Prize Vault, it said I won a $10 gift card from Amazon.com I thought hey, that's at least something. Guess what, the site ran into technical difficulties and awarded me 1000 tokens instead. Yippee! Lol Wish I could win all the money I spent trying to win. Boy was that stupid!
I've been playing their games for some time now and have never won a single prize! Total waste of time. The products they sell are dollar store rejects. I can't believe the Attorney General hasn't shut this joke of a sweepstakes down!
Answer: Probably but we keep playing as the games do give us something to do. Wouldn't bet on a big win however.
Answer: Am I still in the running for PCH's $7,000.00 a week win Thanks hoping for good news. My computer was down for two days. Does this disqualify me
Answer: I know they keep changing the dates for winning and they say no purchase needed until the end with a notice to buy something and you will be on their list they should be accounted for to better business bureau and all the items are made in china this company must be owned by china I'm done with them
Answer: Oh this is big time scam. Like I said in my review we put to much time into this wack company that when see anything about money we think it's them. Nobody ever wins there special early look prizes unless it's a guaranteed giveaway.
Answer: Well, and just as I expected, the October 23 "special early look" did NOT result in the "mega prize" being awarded. Surprise, surprise! I saw that they immediately started advertising on TV their next "mega prize" (what is it now? $5000 a week for life? Bet they don't award that one, either!) Just a scam to drum up sales to weak-minded people who actually think they have a snowball's chance in you-know-where to win anything at odds of almost 2 billion to one. A total fraud!
Answer: I didn't know this but it makes sense as there is nothing to it but the same thing day after day. PCH has gone downhill with games, lately, as even the daily puzzles, now, just drag and are hard to move the pieces. Too many puzzles and probably too many people playing, Also same thing, every day and are only for fun to kill time with. Maybe, now, they are just not monitoring the sites to see their problems. Bingo, no great loss.
