I turned $1 free play into close to $300! BBW did not let me withdraw because I did not make a deposit to play, which I then did after this email. Been on BBW for 2+ years and this is my first cash out transaction. As of this posting THEY STILL HAVE NOT CASHED ME OUT EVEN AFTER DOING ID VERIFICATION, DEPOSITING $$ AND DOING THE PLAYTHROUGH AMOUNT. I NEED THEM TO FIX THIS NOW!

Seeing their advertisement for instant access to you winnings, I tried to withdrawal money. After waiting 16 hours, I woke up to $0 in game and $0 in my account. So my money is gone and no one can speak on it or answer my questions. Just have their support team talk to me like I am dumb, trying to make it seem like it's my fault. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE OR THIS SITE!

The have the biggest selection of platforms I've seen and the don't play games when you cash out my only complaint is that it can take up to 24hrs to receive you cash out it hasn't taken more the a couple hours so far but it can take up to 24hrs when their busy but some of that is the bitcoin network

Absolute worst company ever complete nightmare they make it almost impossible to get your money I could go on and on and on and on the best way to describe this company is shady. AF and complete and utter nightmare that never ends and I still haven't gotten my money. This company is a liar the reviews are staged to get your withdrawal fast and if you tell the truth you get delayed in getting your money. I hate this company they need to be stopped and put out of business. Anyone saying this company is good is only trying to speed the withdrawal process up. They beg for good reviews when they need to be begging for some good sense. This company had no problem taking your money and playing when it's time to pay up. Then never getting managers or anyone to escalate your issue with. Waste of time money and patients dealing with bitbetwin.

I recently was playing with them and won a small amount ($25), requested to cashout, received email saying saying my cashout was approved & processed - but it never was, the money was never even taken off my game account, and I've tried multiple times to contact their help chat & I keep getting the run around & BS responses that don't solve anything. Take your money elsewhere!

Been waiting 8 days for withdrawal to clear blockchain. Bitbetwin says they're not responsible for my money mired on blockchain. I say pay a meaningful block fee so I can get my money. I pay premium fee to deposit as I only have 15 min til deposit invoice "expires" what do you think?

It's been 3 days now and I'm still waiting on my withdrawal to proyes.
