They are rule changers. I used to be able to cash out on the bonus. The one dollar bonus on Vegas x. Now I guess the rule has changed. They've done this to me on a couple of my winnings. I asked them multiple times now to close my account and they won't.

Bitbetwin denied my withdrawal they said I had to play part of the $100 saying it was a deposit. It was a win off my $13 they denied my withdrawal told me I had to play some of the $100 I played the entire $100 and I didn't win one dollar off of 100 spins I argued with the person told him that the $100 was my win he still denied my withdrawal stating it was a deposit it was not they won't give me the money I won fair and square if I were a player on these platforms you better watch out they are stealing from good customers I've gambled over $7999 with them this was one of the first times they stole cash from me if I don't get my $100 I'm going to see about getting them forced offline

I turned $1 free play into close to $300! BBW did not let me withdraw because I did not make a deposit to play, which I then did after this email. Been on BBW for 2+ years and this is my first cash out transaction. Seeing their advertisement for instant access to you winnings, I tried to withdrawal money. After waiting 16 hours, I woke up to $0 in game and $0 in my account. So my money is gone and no one can speak on it or answer my questions. Just have their support team talk to me like I am dumb, trying to make it seem like it's my fault. This site is getting worst it's taking over 24 hrs for withdraw and when you try to get assistance you get the same message that someone will be helping you shortly. Noone has in 24 hrs. I'm at the point I have to find another platform

The have the biggest selection of platforms I've seen and the don't play games when you cash out my only complaint is that it can take up to 24hrs to receive you cash out it hasn't taken more the a couple hours so far but it can take up to 24hrs when their busy but some of that is the bitcoin network

Could go back to faster payouts. They take money off account in good timing which is good but there payouts still take to long, they use to be pretty quick at it

Definitely do not recommend they will not let you withdraw with the free 1$ bonus unless I make a deposit which I did last week definitely scammers looking for any little reason to cash out zero stars they got even greedier they used to be good I will never ever make a deposit again I spent already $5000 on bitbetwin and won on Vegas x off the daily bonus $1 amount of 20$ got declined so what is the daily bonus for I hate bitbetwin

This website is a joke do not deposit and I mean do not deposit any amounts to this scamming organization. They do not have clear guidelines on how your deposit or bonuses ever become a cashable amount. The customer support agents are very knowledgeable and actually $#*!ed when it comes down to giving you any kind of adequate information on any of these subjects. Seeing as now that the federal government is regulating cryptocurrency I would suggest anyone who has had any kind of unscrupulous dealings with this seedy website to also go file complaints to proper federal government agencies and hold these scammers accountable. If they want to be a legitimate business they should have actual guidelines and rules to exactly how the process goes from a deposit amount to a cashable amount. They do not tell you this because they tried to scam the individual customer at a time. Instead of saying a playthrough of times one on your deposit they say just submit it withdrawal request and we will tell you the requirements which is absolute b*******. I have gone right now and started my complaint with the FTC and the consumer financial protection bureau. It will hold these pathetic excuses for business owners accountable for all this untransparency they have brought about upon themselves. Also even if you pay more than your regular deposit of like $10 they try to market as a partial deposit. So keep your coinbase receipt and everything else because those are key pieces of proof when filing your complaints to the federal organizations to show straight off how they tried to scam you out of the very beginning. My deposit still not on even though it shows that it's completed. It's absolutely ridiculous.
