I made a purchase of $13 on bitcoin with cashapp, and sent the deposit to my account on bitbetwin, the receipt says order total $10,but they said they received $7, I asked for proof of them receiving $7 instead of the $13 I paid for a deposit of $10,my order id says order total $10, but they still say it's 7,without proof or anything on my receipt with a $7 received for tht order, my proof is my order receipt showing a order total of $10 completed

My deposit was delayed so I would miss out on points on free play redemption. Payment has been approved within the time I would have been able to redeem points for my deposit and my deposit instead was delayed. Previous deposit was del as delayed for over half a day. They won't send you a message to let you know that your deposit is delayed or on hold until you have to contact them to ask them why

Been waiting over 2 months for my winnings from them. They took my winnings and then tried to blame it on me. They are liars and thieves and they shouldn't be in business at all because they are stealing our money. If I lose it's on me, but don't take my winnings from me like a greedy POS. What you're not making enough cash with all the gamers money you get you have to steal the winnings too? F that. Not cool. Where do I begin? First, the whole set up with all the different platforms and the way you have to deposit just makes it not worth the trouble. I made a $30 deposit and ended up costing like $36 with the Bitcoin fees, and not to mention I never received these 2nd and 3rd bonuses they talk about in all the emails they keep sending repeatedly every single day. I made three separate deposits of $30 or more (spent over $100 doing so) and saw no bonus. And to top it off, you can't withdraw more than $100 until you've deposited more than $475? What is that? But I never won anything over $100 anyway so sadly, I guess it wouldn't have mattered.
