This place has scam artists working for them. They admit to making mistakes on people's accounts and then blame the customer for their mistake. They have no integrity or responsibility as a company; they take no accountability for their actions in w meaningful way and have no desire to want to be loyal or helpful to their customers. This site is very misleading and not to be trusted. They are liars and will give you any excuse to avoid helping you with any type of issue. I have had issues with withdrawing as other reviewers have stated word for word. But what really set me off is the fact that twice now, they refused to credit my selected platform. Which I was very near to completion on a daily and/or weekly bonus. It's no coincidence. They see that I have just one more task to completion on a bonus and then won't credit my game? Saying it's down for maintenance. But yet I'm logged in at the same time, asking well clearly that isn't true. I've been having issues with withdrawing my winnings! I get told several different excuses on why it's taking over 24hours to be completed. I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years but I can't be any longer because it's becoming an ongoing problem.

I jumped through every hoop they asked me to in order to get verified so I could withdraw from my game. They went as far as to send me a confirmation email saying withdrawals usually take up to 24hrs... It's been 4 days so far and still counting. Everytime I say something about it their "team" tells me there's been an unusually high number of withdraws and mine when he handled as soon as they can. Pfft nah more like they expect people to get tired of waiting and play their winnings back into the game. I've already deposited and withdrawn TWICE through a different provider since I requested my winnings from bit play. Don't waste your time frfr bc they'll never send you anything. Bitplay like to mislead members with Facebook posts promising those who join a group or share they will receive 15 in freeplay but once you complete it they tell you it is a contest and winner will be drawn. Posting a pic of the post to see if anyone can find that drawing in there.
