Bitplay is a pretty cool site with multiple platforms to choose from the each have a variety of different games to play! I don't always win but have won multiple times adding up to a pretty decent amount I've won all together. It's definitely a site with checking out!

I jumped thru there hoops to verify now after winning over $4000 there is an issue with the way my name is listed on my ID but this never came up when I registered. Also refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I Will contact Regulatory gaming agencies so this does not happen to any one else.

I think no one shouldn't play this game no one shouldn't purchase the coins no one said please games or none of that because once you win you cannot collect your winnings so if you jackpot you will not get your wings and they're trying to force people to become addicted to the game in order to collect your withdraw your womens they want you to deposit everyday and play the bonus in all this everyday and all of the level up to get your winnings and I think that's just enforcing people to become more hooked on casino games it's like a little bit of entrapment so I won't reach y'all I don't think y'all doing a good job I think it sucks because if I pay my money to play I should be able to collect that the end of the day all this you got to level up and do all this that don't make no sense don't act like a casino I want to play games like a casino but don't treat your customers like they would if they had if they went to the casino when you go to casino you can withdraw you don't have to level up

I've been having issues with withdrawing my winnings! I get told several different excuses on why it's taking over 24hours to be completed. I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years but I can't be any longer because it's becoming an ongoing problem.

Bitplay like to mislead members with Facebook posts promising those who join a group or share they will receive 15 in freeplay but once you complete it they tell you it is a contest and winner will be drawn. Posting a pic of the post to see if anyone can find that drawing in there.

I jumped through every hoop they asked me to in order to get verified so I could withdraw from my game. They went as far as to send me a confirmation email saying withdrawals usually take up to 24hrs... It's been 4 days so far and still counting. Everytime I say something about it their "team" tells me there's been an unusually high number of withdraws and mine when he handled as soon as they can. Pfft nah more like they expect people to get tired of waiting and play their winnings back into the game. I've already deposited and withdrawn TWICE through a different provider since I requested my winnings from bit play. Don't waste your time frfr bc they'll never send you anything. Not to mention the fact that playing through them costs way more than through anybody else too bc they won't take anything other than Bitcoin or one of those variations. So you send your deposit plus you have to pay an almost 5 dollar fee on top of that. Even more if you don't send the exact amount the first time. -10/10

My issue was not resolved, The representatives was very very rude, and because they know they have control over certain issues, they take advantage of the customers. And right now my issue will not be resolved until I speak to him and walk the baby steps, or wait. The issue I have has not been the first time for me, So for the representative Oscar to try and walk me through steps I've already done. I'm not doing it with him. As well as Oscar said I could not speak to a supervisor.

I've been playing for about two years now and in the beginning of course seems legit until recently i withdraw and instantly funds placed on hold its been 10 days and ive yet to get anything they tell me excuse after excuse. Complete scammers they will not pay out!

It took me over ten times to get verified in order to update my number, then when I tried to make a withdrawal there was an excuse for that! Don't waste your time! The U.i & U.E are great! The only thing I (personally) think would make it even better and bring Alot more people to ALL platforms,would be to option to use login credentials across all of their available platforms. It's a little annoying having to contact someone &/or re-register & make a deposit every time you want to play on a different platform when they're all related & relatively the same. Sometimes I'd like to create an account and see the layout and what games are available,the functionality of the site etc before I begin to play. But that's just me. Other than that. Everything else is great as I said previously. 🤗

Awful desire don't waste your money they will not correct problems and customer service is awful they don't pay attention and come back with off the wall answers

This site is setup nice, as far as anything to do with customer service and resolving inquiries they are absolutely trash. Give same responses you get the run around for days. Never resolved any issue I had. The outcome being that I lost money with them having no concern.

Customer service is good. Mostly depends on what your contacting them for. Definitely have had a hard time withdrawling money from them more than any other websites

This is the second time I have tried to make a withdrawal and each time they come up with excuse after excuse why they can't pay me the withdrawal either it's on hold or it's pending all they're doing is trying to delay so I can lose my winnings which I pretty much done both times so they don't have to pay me out. I am not playing it any longer that way you will have to pay me out I have lost thousands with you guys and you can't give me one simple withdrawal. It's absolutely ludicrous and ridiculous the way you guys are operating. You guys declined a withdrawal but then 15 minutes later made it pending now how does that make any sense and it's been pending for 48 hours now. I will do whatever I have to do to rectify the situation and nobody else has to deal with this mess

I entered a review but did not notice that I had entered one last year and it never got submitted so the date is old. I already send them over 6 or 7 photo reviews and none meet there expectations they literally want my entire hand in the picture ridiculous really I thought they wanted a picture of me holding my ID, no now they want my whole hand in it. The funny thing about them is that I already have 3 withdrawals equalling 185 dollars total with them and they still need my verification for 50 dollars I requested from them. Don't recommend this app to no one really unprofessional workers they don't have any knowledge what customer service is. I thought it would be about me not looking like my picture lol no it's about my whole hand not coming out, I even had my son take a picture of me and guess what declined, my 2 whole arms are in the picture and it's still not good for them. Well keep my money Bitplay just give me back my deposit that I made without verification.

So I currently am waiting on a withdrawal. The only negative thing so far is that the amount one per per kill should be a lot higher than $6 for 10 cent shots.
Other sites would have paid a lot more. For the fish games. It says in the email that leaving a review will speed up the process. So I will update how long the withdrawal process takes. And weather are not. It's true that leaving. I review helps. I'm in a tight spot right now. In urgently need some funds. So I'm curious to see how this goes since all the reviews are so negative.
