All the games are as good as eachother. The limited withdraws is ok. When I win big it's like I get a daily payout

This is the second time I have tried to make a withdrawal and each time they come up with excuse after excuse why they can't pay me the withdrawal either it's on hold or it's pending all they're doing is trying to delay so I can lose my winnings which I pretty much done both times so they don't have to pay me out. I am not playing it any longer that way you will have to pay me out I have lost thousands with you guys and you can't give me one simple withdrawal. It's absolutely ludicrous and ridiculous the way you guys are operating. You guys declined a withdrawal but then 15 minutes later made it pending now how does that make any sense and it's been pending for 48 hours now. I will do whatever I have to do to rectify the situation and nobody else has to deal with this mess

I made a deposit with bit play and was told that my Bitcoin fees would be covered. However, once I made the deposit, they were not covered. Only $3 were covered and the fees were 11. They should not be lying about what they will do.

I have been scammed several times playing these types of games through dealers on Facebook! They don't just steal your deposit money though they load your. Money to the plat form even add a dollar or two extra so you think all is good and safe until you win and try to withdraw! Then they'll ignore your messages next thing you know the winnings are gone from your account and then the entire account is just gone! It sucks! But I've played with bitplay several times it's always a pretty quick load process witch is great! Customer service is ALWAYS just one text away, quick to respond, and always polite and helpful! Withdraw process takes a little bit some times but you can rest assure you'll get your winnings! Only thing I wish to change would be having to use crypto currency its kinda a pain for someone who really doesn't deal with it a lot and it has fees n all attached to it so you have to have any spend more than just what you want to load but I guess it's worth it to not have to. I won a significantly larger amount than usual on 12/21/23. I requested the max I could withdrawal($200) and the status underneath the withdrawal said "on hold" for the first time for over 12 hours. I had contacted customer service many times and was given different answers each time. Was also lied to by the agent Grace and was told I could continue to play and my withdrawal would be processed. That was a lie and my withdrawal that I won fair and square was declined. The agents were rude to me afterward and said "it wasn't my job to tell you not to play when you have a withdrawal pending, it's my job to assist you". Well then why did you tell me I could play without it affecting my withdrawal only for another agent to tell me that when you do it gets declined?I have over 25 pages of deposits and they want to screw me over on a withdrawal? They just lost a good customer.
