My issue was not resolved, The representatives was very very rude, and because they know they have control over certain issues, they take advantage of the customers. And right now my issue will not be resolved until I speak to him and walk the baby steps, or wait. The issue I have has not been the first time for me, So for the representative Oscar to try and walk me through steps I've already done. I'm not doing it with him. As well as Oscar said I could not speak to a supervisor.

I've Been a player for years i took a break then came back and a lot has change. The U.i & U.E are great! The only thing I (personally) think would make it even better and bring Alot more people to ALL platforms,would be to option to use login credentials across all of their available platforms. I've been playing for about two years now and in the beginning of course seems legit until recently i withdraw and instantly funds placed on hold its been 10 days and ive yet to get anything they tell me excuse after excuse. Complete scammers they will not pay out!
