The last few times my experience has been very good with both loading and redeeming. The only thing I would change is having so many pop-up screens in the app. They come up so much that they get in the way of trying to do anything.

Only thing i say needs improvement is the withdrawal process and the amount of time it takes to withdraw your winnings it's inconsistent and is never quick other than that I have no complaints and would recommend this to anyone
