This website is great it's simple the games are fun the promotions are huge you get more from your deposits you would from going somewhere to deposit even with the fee that you pay when putting money or crypto onto your account if you don't have a checking account. Bitplay has many different gaming platforms to choose from, with each platform having a unique selection of games. Their catalog of games has expanded by a lot over the past year. The actual gameplay is high quality and the volatility of winning are still pretty favorable too.
Bitplay has changed a bit over the past few years. I remember when there were only half a dozen gaming platforms in their catalogue. They certainly have expanded in that aspect. I suppose that maybe it should be expected that the quality of customer care would decrease considerably. They used to process withdraws within an hour. These days however, it usually takes several days. I used to receive a prompt and informative response whenever I inquired about an issue I was having. Nowadays it's a 50:50 chance they reply at all.
So why the 5 star rating, you ask? Well, because just like many other reviewers, I'm waiting on a payout and I hope the 5 star rate will help quicken the process. This might be the most honest yet phony review written.
Easy deposits and slow withdraws mean they are quick to grab your money and reluctant to pay you out. At least you'll have fun in between, with the large variety of games on many different platforms that they have in their catalogue. I would give them 5 stars but they took away my favorite, Lucky Bowl out of Flamingo 7.
In comparison to many casino websites that I have tried, some of the platforms on Bitplay seem to have better chances of winning. I'm sometimes able to win back at least 2x of whatever amount I deposit. It doesn't always happen but certainly more often on other gaming websites. They offer daily bonuses to your deposits, which is nice but I do think they should just provide a certain percentage everyday. The task of finding today's bonus code is annoying sometimes. Faster withdraw times would improve their public image. The fact that they are quick to take your money but slower in paying out, creates a reputation of greed. Still, I have seen other companies take several days to process a withdraw, so I can't complain too much here.
They don't honor their own promos; prepare to argue with customer support staff for actual hours in order to get what you paid for. The "quest challenge" is particularly atrocious regarding collection of promos earned; but I am finally motivated to publicly review their nonsense today because they did not add the "happy hours" bonuses to my order, despite the order confirmation showing it and the time stamp proving the order was made within the required window. I've spent the last 20 minutes on support with an idiot named Jolene who claims "dear your order wasn't placed during happy hour" despite the screenshot shared with her proving that it was.
Want to be frustrated beyond reasonable endurance? Deposit at bit"work" and you shall!

They clearly have that you can only withdraw $100 a day if you haven't made a deposit. They do not honor this. So, if you win on your bonus don't even bother to try and cash it in because it is no good. It is wasted money.

Their support is great and timely. They don't take your extra funds if you cash out and leave remaining on the game. Instead they give you a daily Cashout line which can be increased with deposits. Withdrawals are within 24 hours. Only negative thing is I wish the withdrawals were faster. It's the slowest paying place I play at.
