Poor Customer Service for One of their MOST Loyal

I'm sitting at 32 hours right now waiting on a $48.50 withdrawal. I've put somewhere around 10 or 12 THOUSAND dollars into this website, just to get told they flagged my withdrawal and put it on hold bc of abnormal gameplay...ummm if anyone out there can cheat these platforms Id love to know how bc that I can promise you isn't me and if I did...it wouldnt be for $48 dollars and some change. But Bitplay.ag wants to lie to me and tell me it is bc of congestion on the Blockchain, when I submitted a withdrawal on one of their sister sites 2 hours later and had it in my account in under 8 hours. But I am being lied to about nonexistent Blockchain congestion over a $48.50 withdrawal. Take your money elsewhere people, you will likely get treated better. 8 times yesterday, and I've got the screenshots to prove it, I was told by incompetent employees named Ann and Grace over and over that they would look into it, just to wait up to 8-10 hours with not so much as even a response. Your money will suite you better spent elsewhere. These people don't care their customers and will $#*! you around mercilessly, bc I what complained that they took a platform off of their happy hours promotion after I sunk a smooth $500 into it in 2 days, and when it comes time for me to get a fat bonus on a good sized deposit they dropped the platforms just to show me how much they care and upon complaining about it, I then can't receive my withdrawal of $48.50 in under 24 hour timeframe like their website says the withdrawals are processed in. Nope sure can't...instead I'm sitting at 32 hours and still waiting, being lied to by every single schmuck I talk to in their live chat. Don't try calling them either, u can't leave them a voicemail, the phone message just goes in a loop, even if u do, u might have someone tell you their going to look into it, and then never reply again for 10 hours, but they won't truly do anything about it except accuse you of cheating, delay your withdrawal, and then lie to you about it the whole time like they're conducting business as usual, then blame it on the Blockchain like I didn't get a withdrawal from their sister sites in under 8 hours that I submitted 2 hours after theirs. Your loyalty, money, and time will be better spent elsewhere no one at Bitplay.ag cares and or operates in good faith. When ur gaming that assumption is paramount, you spend money with someone praying when it comes time for them to pay you out in return, the process goes smoothly. Not here at Bitplay.ag folks, from one of their most loyal patrons, I can tell you that it absolutely does NOT! I've won contests on their site, been featured on their Telegram channel, which I never even received the gifts they said I would for winning, just extra freeplay, like they aren't making money hand over fist on every single patron they serve. They should be disgusted with they way they've treated me over the last 32 hours, I know I sure as $#*! am.

P.S. - They might have a bunch of positive reviews...but that is bc they offer freeplay for new customers to post a positive review of their company on here...don't believe it, they will eventually screw you around too. Over a complaint.flipping really.

P.S.S.- Check out where they accuse me of cheating over a $48.50 withdrawal people. I put over $500 into that platform in the last 2 months, cashed out $120 last week, and hit for $48.50 on my daily wheel on that platform, Vegas Sweeps, and now I'm CHEATING?!? How mother$#*!ing insulting and petty of them. 32 hours and counting people, don't b their next victim, spend your hard earned money elsewhere, they will likely appreciate you unlike Bitplay.ag does to me, one of those most loyal patrons.

Tip for consumers:

Spend your hard earned money elsewhere folks, they will dick you around unmercilessly and lie lie lie to your face about it
