I have sent in for a redemption Early this morning before 9:00 a.m. I was sent an email confirming that it had been accepted. I show 0 funds

You will get three emails. One saying it is accepted, one saying it is processing, and one saying it is completed. Once you receive the one that says completed, check your account. It should be there then. If not, wait a few minutes and check again. Sometimes the network is congested and it can take a few minutes longer to show up in your account.
