I had been on a winning streak and had been requesting the winnings and had received them until the 3rd day that I requested the winnings. They placed the request on hold because it was under review, 24 hours later it was still under review. I didn't receive the winnings. Today I requested the winnings from a new deposit made and guess what?! It was placed on hold again the reason this time? The system was under maintenance but it will be processed they just don't know how long it will take. They CAN'T GIVE AN ESTIMATED TIME FRAME. BS! Funny how the system is working just fine to receive the deposits.

I don't understand all these bad reviews. I never deposit more than 10 dollars at a time. I have cashed out way more than I have deposited. I have had issues with the verification pictures, but you have to understand if it's blurry it can't be verified, so just try and try again. Always had timely withdrawals also.

They clearly left out the phrase "up to" 300%. When they have run other promotions like this, it clearly says up to whatever percentage they are using at the time. However, when I received this ad, it did not say up to 300%. It said that you would receive 300%. Because of this I made $100 deposit and expected to receive the 300% bonus. I did get them to acknowledge that they had made a mistake in the wording, but they did never offer me the 300% promised in the advertisement, nor would they refund my money.
