The worst company to work with. No proper guideline given to employee how to do and when to do what. The biggest issue is employees have no personal life and neither their claims are processed at the right tym. They do their work to complete their target in unethical way.
Last week i paid the electricity bill via paytm.
They cut the whole amount of bill from my account but didn't pay cause of down surver and promised to refund the amount into my account they didn't refund yet. I've used many time for recharge n data pack the service was always good, jst on that trust i also paid my electricity Bill of Rs. 3,561. N the communication between us is only email in that they only ensuring that we will give u back. This time littrely i gt irritate
I had placed an order to buy Philips 9080B speaker. It was promised to be delivered within 7 days but they never fulfill it. After the delay, I contacted Paytm customer service, and they mentioned me that the seller has not acknowledged the order. After 3 days the order was canceled by them. I had to wait for a week to get such a response from them. Even the customer care doesn't support you much! They will send you some automated messages. I had tired to contact them 3-4 times, and I got the same messages back to back again!
Pathetic service!
I placed order for oxymeter using Paytm site. I called delivery agent to deliver the order. He did not deliver my order. I called him multiple times. Without contacting me, he cancelled my order. I suggest everyone, please do not purchase anything from this site. Very worst

The courier boy yesterday called me at 3.15PM. When I asked him to come after 5 (since I was not there in the place), he told me that we can't come to your home at your convenient time and if required you can cancel the order. Also, he told me that else come to our office(which is about 20km from my working place). Moreover, he updated log as 'cancelled'.
2nd one... I have done one more order(sari), but the item received is entirely different from what we have seen in website,
One of the stupid online shopping zone. They think people don't have any other work to do, first shop and then call them to get the cashback and the then the customer care people ask us to sent the snapshot stating the cashback detail, this is the only work the customer have,

Paytm service is very fast in adding money to paytm account but very poor and like a fraud when balance money is to send to customer Bank Account... I am trying for last two days. To get my balance amount to my bank account... every time pay tm says that pay tm is unable to send the money right now try tommorow... what a rubbish...@#$&@£...
I tried to add money into wallet and it added the money in Gift Voucher.
There is no way to transfer the same to the wallet.
No Customer Service for Gift Voucher. The IVR is not ready to take the transaction ID appearing in my account. I pledge once the balance is finished I am not going to use this stupid app. Stay away from this app bloody cheaters they are.
They don't care for customers. Money has been transferred to Act fibernet. Through payTm UPI app. The ACT has not recieved money. The money has been debited from my SB A/c for more than 2 week.The PayTm team does not have courtesy to make a single call or interact with customer after multiple communications.
I bought the Tideplus of 1KG pack to get paytm Rs 30 offer. I was trying to redeem the coupon at paytm tideplus page but everytime it is saying "Please try again after some time". I raised this concern with customer care and they are so pathetic in replying emails and I still not able to get the cashback.
I send a money from my another paytm no of 3100rs. From paytm wallet to my friend paytm wallet on 26nov 2016 and from my account it's deduct bt still it's showing pending status on my friend wallet. N as well as not providing any help line no also only we can mail regarding our issues and on mail still paytm not even a single time reply to me. So I m very disappoint from this app

Paytm is a no. 1 fraud company i had lost 340 rs which never came back I had paid my electricity bill of last month money is deducted from my account but the bill is still pending it says payment failure in the paytm app... my mob nois *******438 never beleive paytm...
Very worst site ever I have seen.
Every time transaction is failing and we have to struggle for our own money.
And customer service is also not helpful in this situation.
Due to transaction fail problem I have paid pantry 4-5 time.
Will suggest other people also do not use paytm for any banking transaction.

I have done a sundirect recharge through paytm it's showing successful... if I have checked in my sundirect account it's received any recharge for this I asked both the customer care executive they are not accepting the issue at ll I losed 1300rs because of paytm it's worst service they r fraud... even then customer executives also talks like fraud only it's worst don't choose for it go for some other apps
I bought one watch it's not worked more than 20 days. I have 6 months warrenty on that product but paytm is not giving any information about how get warrenty they are not responding to mail worrest service. Paytm is going smash few more month I am observing it is getting so many complaints very bad reviews. I hope it will smash, not becasue of my product just because of worrest service
What the hell is this paytm is only the FRAUD Company nothing else. They said - we don't have a courier pick-up service at your address and would appreciate if you can courier the product. But they can deliver product on same address.
For the namesake return policy is there, but there is no return option for the product in PAYTM website.
Worst experience with this app... booked ticket in pvr money deducted but, didn't got seats and confirmation from the pvr, and i didn't got the booking message... totally waste of time and money in using paytm app
