I had booked my tickets from mumbai to melbourne which i paid *******/- n it got cancelled due to techincal issues of paytm they cancelled it. But took the amount from my bank account n it had been 11 days for which continuously i have been calling them regularly waiting for 15minutes they keep on hold and dont get me the proper reply. The customer care service sucks of paytm... they have tested my patience level to extremes. And my amount is not refunded yet... I ll soon plan a fraud case against paytm in court for taking my money through false practices and not giving back.

I bought the Tideplus of 1KG pack to get paytm Rs 30 offer. I was trying to redeem the coupon at paytm tideplus page but everytime it is saying "Please try again after some time". I raised this concern with customer care and they are so pathetic in replying emails and I still not able to get the cashback.

Beware of PATHETIC service, fake offers of PAYTM they are cheating with false promises. I ordered a Samsung washing machine online on 30/06/17 and paid online INR *******. My order was confirmed and expected and expected date of delivery was 06/07/17. I was expecting that they will deliver on time but it got delayed on part of Paytm and on 07th July I got mail that I returned that Washing machine and they have refunded my online payment. However I have NOT requested for any return neither the order came to my address. I kept on calling and sending massage since then to Paytm and their service provider but they are very arrogant and pathetic to reply. Not even bothered to reply my query that why they have returned the order without request or any communication prior to that. And now refunding me INR ******* is it my fault? Why should customer suffer.

I order a pen drive on 16th of June and and pay the money online. They were supposed to deliver my product within 24th June but the cancel my product and dont even bother to inform me and when i came to know. I asked to refund me. They claimed the have already refunded... but... i have not still refunded such e irresponsible and horrible website for shopping My order no *******654. I donot recieved my product and my money has gone... i suggest all my friends and relatives not to shop in this site...

I booked a bus last month 24th from bangalore to vijayawada with Komitla. My seat was booked, but after one hour i got message from operator the bus was cancelled amount should be intiated within 7 working days, Still now i didn't get any money refund to my account. So, please refund my money, and bus order number is *******831 amount is 642.

Someone who call Paytm customer care will get hell kinda experience, they keep you holding asking questions, after that they will transfer your call to the concerned department from where there are very less chances of answering your call.
You might have to wait for 30 minute or more until they wake up and answer your call.
The customer support menu also too complicated, you just wanna talk to costumer care that is why you call for but they are suggesting so many options which will make you confuse which option to choose.

Whatever may be the service, once your money get stuck against any failed transaction, you will be fu**ed up. They promise to resolve the issue in 2 days but it's keep taking time. Unlike other portals, for any failed transaction, the amount will never be reverted to your wallet. You just keep sending the email to customer care. You need to have patience and just forget about the failed transaction. When payTM will wake up, they might revert your transaction so you will get your amount back to payTM wallet.
