Paytm

I recharged 1967 for airtel dth 2 day's back still the amount did not credit in airtel account n I send him at least 15 email but there is no reply even they r not giving back the amount to my account back now I finaly make my mind to take action through cyber crime.

Before I booked ticket through paytm, paytm told me to book the ticket first and then they will add the extra baggage( provided free by emirates if not the reissue case). And now when I booked the ticket, they are asking me for 5550 Rs to add extra baggage. This is totally unfare. Very very disappointed. Will never use paytm in my life ever again.

Paytm is the worst site ever, I took mendeo from paytm last week, number of times I requested them for cash back, they are not adding in to my wallet, my sincere request is do not go for cash back offers.

I jes received an email telling me I ordered some $#*! I didnt I havent even ever heard of this company! I messaged them telling them that it wasnt me and I told them to remove my email from their system and the 'customer care' responded by tellinf my ticket number. Seeing the other reviews I advice you to not even waste your breath! False promises and lies!

I am very satisfied with paytm as i always get my cash back within an hour. I had ordered a beard oil and i was given the expected delivery date on 8th may 2017. Since i had to leave the town little early i had requested a day early to my departure to deliver my product the next day and surprisingly i received that product the next day which was 5 days earlier than the expected date.

Dear Sir, after reinstalling my paytm account on same no and same mail id, my earlier wallet balance of Rs 7000plus is not showing in wallet. Its more than five days while during installation message appeared that earlier wallet balance will reflect in 30 minutes. No response on mail from feedback. Can you pl. Help. My no. Is *******348

Worst and unprofessional company run by Indian cheaters. They show the cashback offers and once you purchase the product they they will give you lots of excuses for not to pay your cashback. My order No. *******548 purchased on 13 of May 2018 and till today I am fighting for my cashback of Rs1800. Every time I call them they give some excuses our team is working. Fu* their team for same excuses every time..

I lost Rs. 2000 for a service not used, the getwoo app claims once deducted they will not refund and paytm was supposed remind me of the auto renewal 5 days before the deduction from my paytm account, but that was not the case.

Once I recharged my wallet, 2k straight way lost. And on reaching customer care of paytm, they asked me to contact the getwoo app service provider (which they conveniently evaded).

Pathetic.

We bought fast tag from Paytm. From Bangalore to Chennai at Krishnagiri toll fast tag was not working an we paid cash. After 15 mins my account was automatically debited 65 rupees. When we tried calling Paytm customer care they said it's not our problem and due to technical error it happen. Vthey are not ready to refund. This is 3rd time happened. Such a worst service an cheating the customer. Don't buy fast tag from Paytm

I have purchased Lenovo mobile through PAYTM on 18th August. Which is found manufacturing defective phone. In duel sims, second sim slot is not working. I have requested immediately paytm to replace the phone. Today after 6 days paytm has not taken any initiative to replace it.It is very difficult to contact customer care officer of paytm. It is very difficult to deal with PAYTM.

Paytm show fake offer to attract customer towards their side. 5-6 time i made payment through paytm but I didn't get any refund till now, it's just their marketing method to attract customer so they increase their revenue by showing this fake offer. So, don't go through this app by seing attractive offer their.

I am always happy with the service but I have an issues with the product quality, recently I purchased 3 saari and the material they mentioned it was not the same. Even there is no option to complaint about the product to the seller. I am facing the quality of the product on Paytm.

They debit your paytm account and dont credit the receivers account. Its has past 4 days... i have been debited from my paytm account and not have received the payment. They have a fcukin service and there product they mention are not teh same... they cheat with us... dont use paytm.
