I'd like to comment on Karen P in customer service on solving the problem I had when my items j had ordered express for a baby shower did not arrive in time and had to find other alternatives. She worked with me and when they finally arrived told me to keep the items and gave me a voucher for further items on them. I fell in love with the items and their quality so I decided to accept their kind offer.
I loved shopping at PatPat. I brought the collection for my newborn. I would recommend PatPat. I had an small issue but the customer service is great and Rachel helped me with that. She was great.

I have been trying for a month to get information on an order that I placed on Oct. 21. No information in my tracking information, even though my order was shipped out on Oct. 21st. I have emailed 2 times, no response. I am past the date needed, since it was a birthday present. I'm not happy at all and will never trust ordering from this company again. I'm so sick of losing money on these companies. Another 35.00 down the tube. I should never trust a company that doesn't post a phone number!

This company and its customer service is PATHETIC! I had a HORRIBLE experience with them. I placed my order 5 weeks ago, still they did not send it. I have left the country now as I had to fly, and these pathetic people are telling me that they are not going to cancel or deliver my order on time, and forcing me to receive it even if I am not in the country! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE... YOU SHOULD BE BANNED FROM OPERATING FOREVER!
