I was very satisfied with the custom service (lady SUSIE B)- I wasn't satisfied with 2 items from my order and they offer me to return full refund while keeping the items. Very quick response.
The goods look like on the picture but you have to check the material - there are many from polyester and spandex which are in my opinion not so good for babies because of sweating.

The first time I bought on Patapat I got clothes for my daughter and I have to admit that I was mind blown by the quality along with the great prices. Then I ordered xmas matching pjs for my family and I made a mistake on my order. When I contacted PatPat they were quick to help me solve my issue. So far one one the best quality products and customer service that I have used.

I expected everything to be sixed similar to shein and fashion nova, you know, small. But it's actually normal sized clothing! And it's good quality as well! Customer service though is what sealed the deal. They were fantastic!

The way they give you a refund is by store credit only and if there is a problem with an item you buy with your "refund" and need to do another return, they will deduct that amount from the current sale and refund you less than what you actually paid. They are THIEVES and their product don't last more than a few weeks plus their delivery takes FOREVER!
