Non seulement on va me remboursement mais on m'a proposé de garder les articles. J'ai été très agréablement surprise par ce beau geste commercial.

Hey everyone! I love a good quality company I can standby behind. So we decided to go with patpat for our matching pjs this year and they did not disappoint. Shipping was fast and I loved that all the sizes to choose from were on the same page so there was no searching for them like I've had to do on other sites. Anywho enjoy these pics of my family in our apparel. Did I mention they are true to size and the customer service has been amazing. I have had 10 exchanges with customer service about what should be a very simple issue. Yes, 10! I even sent screen shots three separate times and they keep sending me stock wording about "policies" that do not apply to my issue. The issue was a website error that didn't allow me to claim my already purchased discount (with points that are now lost). I am more annoyed at no resolution than the lost money. That a company cannot find a solution is frustrating, to say the least. I have purchased numerous times from Pat Pat, but am extremely frustrated this time around.
