Je suis une cliente fidèle de PatPat et je suis très satisfaite de leurs service. J'ai fait une grosse commande pour ma fille. Certains articles étaient trop grand, j'ai demandé le remboursement. Non seulement on va me remboursement mais on m'a proposé de garder les articles. J'ai été très agréablement surprise par ce beau geste commercial.
Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Monsieur KIM B qui a été très réactif et très professionnel à qui je mets aisément 5 étoiles. J'ai été très très satisfaite du service du début à la fin. On vous répond à vos mails quasi dans les heures qui suivent.

Hey everyone! I love a good quality company I can standby behind. So we decided to go with patpat for our matching pjs this year and they did not disappoint. Shipping was fast and I loved that all the sizes to choose from were on the same page so there was no searching for them like I've had to do on other sites. Anywho enjoy these pics of my family in our apparel. Did I mention they are true to size and the customer service has been amazing. I've ordered other outfits for my daughter for Christmas so come back and check out my reviews then! Ciao

I purchased maternity pants for my granddaughter and it was too small in hips and thighs. I contacted Pat. Pat customer service and Claire D took care of everything in one day. I'm very satisfied.

Ordered from patpat for the first time and I can honestly say I'm very impressed with the communication and fast response. Quality of the pjs I bought are amazing, soft and comfy so glad I made the choice to order from this company!

I have had 10 exchanges with customer service about what should be a very simple issue. Yes, 10! I even sent screen shots three separate times and they keep sending me stock wording about "policies" that do not apply to my issue. The issue was a website error that didn't allow me to claim my already purchased discount (with points that are now lost). I am more annoyed at no resolution than the lost money. That a company cannot find a solution is frustrating, to say the least. I have purchased numerous times from Pat Pat, but am extremely frustrated this time around.
