Don't bother. Around 50% of all items do not match sizing of website. They gave me 1 cash refund amount to bank, if item is at a sale price they give a ‘special voucher'. They progressively steal money through what the ‘system' calculates is the correct refund amount which is way less than you actually paid, and are intentionally obtuse when communicating. Not worth the frustration. The items that do fit correctly aren't great material, don't wash or last very well.
The order its the way i imagine. The quality of the cloths it feels so soft and my baby love it. Thank you and i will order more.
You don't get this level of customer service anywhere anymore.
